Quick question about the tenergy charger shipped with the LB...it came with no instructions, and after searching a bit, I've come up dry. My question is can the batteries be left in the charger after the cycle is complete? When the lights turn green i take them out, but this means I have to be home, and awake to charge them...does the charger go to a neutral/idle mode when its done?

Thanks

Is it the T-3150? I'm pretty sure that has a trickle function. Incidentally, a while back MF posted in here that they don't have a great relationship with Tenergy anymore and switched to another supplier. So if you point out to them that your LB shipped with a Tenergy charger, they might send you a different one for free. They did for me.

Hi there are rechargeable batteries at Radioshack, I was wondering if these batteries would be ok for use with the launch box, I didn't see a number rating but I saw that ThEy were Na-Ha
If I don't have enough info then next time I go there I'll look at the fine details and report back

I believe that MF has stated previously that Radio Shack batts are not recommended.

After reading almost all of the entries on this board- finally got my own mflb!! So wanted to say thankyou to all contributors and give a little back also in a brief report.

OMG. It is THE best thing I have ever bought. Have been vaporising almost exclusively for 18months. Was using a system called Vaporstar with a tube bong and lighter. Was perfectly happy with this but grew frustrated with a few aspects of its operation, lighters and lack of stealth.

I came across mflb by accident and quickly got the impression that it was a must have. The most unexpected benefit was the taste you derive instantly from this thing. I found the experience of taking the hit native more pleasant than that which I had considered the gold standard of the Volcano!

Other perceived benefits include the remarkable efficiency and the dose control factor. Almost filled the trench when it arrived yesterday and was pulling at that one trench all day. Ended up perhaps a little too wrecked. I am not however a massive heavy user but would normally have a little vapor per day. This is ideal for a user such as myself.

The device is smaller than I had imagined and a thing of beauty. I will treasure it.

Already bought some extra batteries and a quicker charger.

How do you have it connected to the aqua vape? Has your draw technique changed using the aqua vape?

I totally agree. Taste is amazing with the LB. I never knew my herb could be so tasty as I was used to the taste of combustion.

I have another question, if you combust herb in the trench can you just clean it really good and it will be good to go again or is there more to it

Clean it really well with Iso and Q-tips and then use a fully charged battery with the acrylic slide open to burn off the ISO.

lwien answered the OP's question correctly.

Around the holiday season, Magic-Flight ran out of their branded chargers and temporarily switched to shipping a tested and compatible Tenergy charger. I'm not aware of the model number.

Oh man just ordered my MFLB, sooo excited. Going to probably get the car adapter with the PA too. What an amazingly versatile machine. So pumped to be done using lighters and hurting my lungs. Wish I had found this place before I started smoking, would have saved my lungs some damage methinks.

I just ordered the PA adapter with the car adapter. Does anyone have the car adapter? Can't wait for both to come so I can use the MFLB on the road and at home base when I don't wanna turn on my EQV and wait for it to heat.

I just got mine. I'm vaping a full trench. It's lasted maybe 12 hits but I still don't feel remotely medicated. Does it take a while to kick in or do I have to figure out how to use it?

dude it should be within 1-2 mins. Are you exhaling large vapor clouds? IF not, you are doing it wrong, or you have some weak meds

been around the block
hell, i try to keep the exhaling clouds very small and work my temp up slowly and evenly, and i still get blitzed off of a very small amount of bud.

That might be fun to do but it sure does waste a lot of bud.

And don't ya need the PA to get those large, thick clouds?

Over the past 5 months of vaping almost daily (coming from being a once or twice a week toker) its gone from taking three rips off my mflb to get extremely medicated to taking a whole trench or more to get half as vaked as i used to. So its all relative imo, most of my friends who are occasional smokers who try it get extremely vaked off a small amount of herb though.

So excited. I just got home from shopping, I believe I have assembled the perfect vape kit. At least for me ! Ordered a maha c9000 with 4 powerflexs, the 12v adaptor and case from thomas dist. Then hit up the local headshops and got a mflb for $90 plus tax, next was a black essential vaaapp with xtra vials for $70 plus tax. I have a small space case grinder/ storage case and a couple of other little items to round out the slimline aluminum case I picked up at the surpluss store that will house my goodies quite well.
First run with the mflb, I'm very pleasently surprised by the taste. The main reason I have put off switching to vaping is I. Didn't want to give up the flavor. Glad I did. Now I'm impatiently waiting for the batteries to charge so I can really see what its all about.
I have to say that when I was first introducted to the mflb I was very skeptical. So small, so inexpensive compared to the other vapes. The lady behind the counter at the headshop must be really desperate to dump this thing to claim that it was the best vape they had, even though my friend said he was looking at volcanos. So I had to check it out online and see if there were any reviews or testamonials for this thing. I was surprised when I read a couple of nice things about the mflb. And then I found fc. 360 pages of posts about this thing. I've been gluded to this site for almost a week. I havnt been this excited to purchase a consumer product since I was a kid. The only shortcoming in my eyes was that it wasn't designed to work with concentrates, hence the vaaapp. I could not be more impressed with magic flights customer service, dedication to its product, and buisness model. I really hope this company is around for a longtime.
And thank you fc community for making my decisions so easy. You guys are great ! Now its time for some medication;)

I think I was just expecting a magic cure to my thc tolerance through vapes. I smoke via bongloads all day and I'm noticing how high my tolerance is unfortunately getting

^^ That's why I asked it as a question rather than making a comment. ;)

And no, I never read that before. I must have missed it as I was skimming over that link. Wonder if that nose breathing technique would work for the PD as well?

Guess it just goes to show ya that in one way or another, we're all newbies and always have something new to learn.

Thanks for that link to that tip, Paka. Much appreciatied.
