Cheap High Quality Bubbler

I noticed Alina has quite few new recyclers on sale. What worries me is she only shows one pic of each piece so there probably not their actual bongs. I asked her about posting more photos and told her how much better her recyclers would sell if she put a function video in the listing. Actually the function videos could hurt business, if they recycle like a some of the recyclers the chinese have put out lately.

I don't think I have ever heard of a member using that source. It could be good, it could be bad. That is the risk of untested sellers. But when you take the risk of trying a new seller it helps us all because you can report back on whither or not they are legit

Hey guys been following the thread for a while now and finally decided to sign up. I currently debating on a purchase. I know the GB-186 and GB-187 are both great bongs from what I have read. But if you were going to just purchase one which would it be? I am will be using it for mostly dabbing but I am thinking about purchasing a log style vape in the near future to use with it as well. Let me know what you guys think and thanks too everyone for all the info in this thread.
With the gb-186, you don't have the vaporizer right in your face. You can also look into the can and see the bubbling water, and vapor density

Finally part of the GB187 club.

Took a bit longer to get here, apparently left HK on the 7th and only just got it today.

I'm happy with it though, I like the big base and the glass feels a lot thicker and better made than my other china pieces. Of course I had to run out of supply yesterday, so not able to test it just yet. :(

Recently my GB-186 has gone from the scrapheap to daily driver with the e-nano. I love it. It works perfectly and is a serious heavy hitter compared to the D020-W which I also love. I'm using it with an 18mm Joda carbed gong and it just rips!

Got my Double Arm Recycler (GB-242) from yingmin5 last friday, I am really impressed. Best recycler design I've seen coming out of china so far. Hits effortless, smooth and never dry. I like it best for dabs but it works great with my Nano as well (I do use a dropdown though, it's a small rig). Very nice function as well. I thougt I was over china glass but yingmin brought me right back.
If you are looking for a dab rig and/or recycler, go for it.
Also, thanks @blankrider for the recommendation.

Yeah they really nailed it with that recycler. If they would make a bigger version with 18mm female joint and thick glass it would be the best ever.

Whatever member is good at communication with the Chinese and already built a rapport with yingmin should contact him about this. There would not even be a need for sidecar 187 if they built this recycler and priced it around $50

Chances for this to happen are about as big as the sidecare 187. When somebody comes along and orders a few hundred we might be lucky. My guess is the recycler we are enjoying now is whats left of the Cheech production run, would explain why nobody else has it for sale etc...

I get the feeling there is a strong missconception of the forums spending power and influence on those sellers. The same goes for the sellers perception of us.

Me too! The 186-1 and DO20-2w are the only pieces that I use with the nano anymore. The 2w Is great for sipping, and the 186 for...chugging.

I also use them both with a Joda carbed gong, but with that being said: the water displacement is too great on the 186 and I find that my load often times ends up all over the floor. Where do you keep the water level? I stay a little under the second perc. luckily I can still safely use it with my Claisen setup. I think I'm going to need to get a special made carbed GONG with a large diameter carb hole

My problem with this one was that the perc just doesn't have enough room to fire. The result is only the top slits firing, and the piece being very water sensitive. Whenever I handed it to a friend they got a drink! It would be great if it was twice the can size...

Have you tried your Crafty with the GB186 or BG187 yet?

I got my double arm an hour ago or so. I've gotta say this is one sweet little piece. Smaller than I originally anticipated but in a good way. The hit is super smooth. With the right water level it feels almost mechanical (if you can picture what I mean. Idunno.... I'm completely vaked!!). Got another sweet little piece too. It's a simple 14mm male bent kneck single turbine perk. Can't remember the number. It's a beefy little sucker, very cleanly made. I'm very impressed with both pieces actually. And that is hard to say coming from an American glassblower.

Good recommendation @blankrider

I was curious about blowback with the Gb-186 and a carbed gong. Could a gong have a right angle bend in it with the gong being at the part on the corner where the air hits first during blowback. You'd be able to block and release the carb with your thumb while holding the gladd piece. Not sure how difficult that is to make.

........ Pretty sure you're referring to his standard Carb'd gong design, which he already makes and sells....

But this is getting off topic........

I'm still waiting for my YQ-42!!! Still no update since October 31st. SunShineStore tells me to keep waiting and that it's because it's their busy season. But it's been 26 days since I ordered! Shit from SSS is never this slow to arrive! I wouldn't complain, but it's a birthday gift for a friend who's birthday was LAST MONTH! :bang:

Anyone else having something stuck at "Processed Through Sort Facility" in china status? It's been 18 days with no new updates on the shipment.....

We have a huge flea market here and the Police are ALL OVER sellers trying to pass of knockoff products as the real thing. It is big business , selling fake Gucci bags or Louis Vuitton or Rolex fakes.
I would watch out with that. Someone will know where to find you when they found out you sold them a fake.:goon:

I don't advertise them as Mobius or anything. I just say "stereo matrix bubbler". The police here have bigger/better things to worry about I'm sure. Good looking out though. I doubt I'll get to that point anyways.

Not a fan of that practice either. It's one thing if they are sold as knock offs but another if people are led to believe they are genuine. That's taking money out of some American glassblowers pocket to be honest. I don't mind china glass but, please don't sell it as American.

Edit: I wrote this before you posted the one above.

It seems kind of like a lie of omission if you don't include the word Chinese in the description. Pretty sure a lot of people aren't aware that counterfeit bongs are a thing so seeing a logo (assuming your ads have pictures) will automatically make them think it is legit.
