The Mighty/Mighty+ by Storz & Bickel

Gonzo

Slightly Stoopid
i had a accident yesterday and broke my left arm and separated my right shoulder. The loading tool is really coming in handy. I'm not sure I could load the mighty without it or help from my wife. I'm really glad I just acquired a few ounces of blue dream. I'm going to need it over the next few weeks. :):(

Sending positive vibes your way. Good on your wife for lending a hand.

hey, quick question. how long does it take to arrive? has everyone actually had it to their door the next day?
has anyone in nyc ordered one yet and care to share how long it took and whether the package got to their door at night or during the daytime.

I see on the website that you need to sign for it and I will be at work. so I guess the first thing to try to find out is whether it arrives the following morning, afternoon or evening?l

I ordered a Crafty on a Wed afternoon and it arrived on Friday evening-but the time was dependent on my UPS drivers route. He always comes in the late afternoon/early evening.
Someone posted that if you order it before 10am PST it does arrive the next day, if after that time it's the following day. It has to be signed for , but maybe you could have them leave it at a UPS store.

That just happened...
Sincere sympathy...and curiosity...how did you manage to accomplish such a feat?

On one of these.

I am expecting to pay duty in canada... I will let you know.

Took two days - ordered Wednesday afternoon scheduled delivery is Friday

You are unlikely to be charged duty. Most goods from the US are duty-free (NAFTA, don'tcha know) but you will almost certainly be charged HST and, because it's UPS, rapeage "brokerage" fees. I have had articles from the US delivered by UPS that were worth (true value) less than half their "brokerage" fee.

Yes, but nafta only applies to products made within North America, Mexico, etc. These babies are made in Germany. I'm pretty positive they will charge tax, duty and brokerage fees. I ordered Sunday night and I am receiving today. I am located in Alberta. I have a charge of almost 100cad I have to pay before they release to me. I hope these are duty free and I can get the amount adjusted after.

The HST is 13% (although I'm not sure in Alberta) and the rapeage is $35 so that sounds about right. Most of the goods I've received from the US have been made in China, they're still duty-free.

Sorry about your unfortunate and painful Airwheel accident elmomuzz.

But ... could you use this as an opportunity to let us know how well the Mighty will work with Nugs shoved into the bowl opposed to ground bud since grinding may be a bit awkward for you for a little while seems the perfect time to experiment with using whole bud.

Be well. Stay medicated. :peace:

I posted this in the Crafty Thread but it's for everyone asking which one you should choose between the Mighty and Crafty.

Compared to a Crafty (which is about the size of the Ascent & what I would consider the perfect size for a portable) it is enormous. But it looks like a nice size for a cordless home vape that you can bring to a friend's house or travel with, but it's just not for on-the-go or discreet usage. If I have a home vape then I want my portable vape to be as portable as possible without scarficing performance. It depends on the person. Like I said earlier, you can work around the battery issue but you just have to live with that size. If you don't mind that and just don't want to deal with a power bank, then by all means get the Mighty.

The Mighty doesn't really seem that much bigger then the Crafty. Maybe if you have a purse. Even if I put the Crafty in my pocket, it would still be the biggest thing on me. You might need to keep the mighty in a little drawstring backpack or something, but none of these vapes offer the discretion of a pen shape.

Just ordered through storz and bic. ... Approx. two days to Canada.

Now I have a herbalizer and a mighty! I hope I'm good for at least a couple of years now.

Damn VAS!

Just to confirm, I can use it while charging, right? It just can't be completly dead?

I killed the Mighty battery, and when I went to turn it on as soon as I plugged it in, the passthrough did not work at first.

Once I had charged it roughly 3-5 minutes it began to heat up So it seems it cant be COMPLETELY dead, it needs just a tiny bit of juice.

So you're not actually bypassing the battery when you use the Mighty plugged in, right? I know that's true for the Crafty, but I was wondering if the Mighty ran off AC power when plugged in. Seems like that's not the case.

Sorry about that. I'm new to this..lol. What's up everyone? As of right now, I think the mighty is the best thing since sliced bread. I may put my firefly in storage for a sec. Just got my mighty yesterday. Testing tonight. If the battery lasts longer than my firefly, we're in business.

Mighty battery definitely lasts longer than the Firefly. I would say the Firefly battery is almost as strong as the Crafty, and the Mighty is roughly double that.

I only wish there was a button to convert the Celsius to Fahrenheit..

After testing last night, the mighty is worthy of the name. Amazing clouds!! And to me, the auto shut-off feature is kind of handy.

Can't even complain about the price now...
