If you meant that why didn't you just say so instead of saying NASA.kinda misleading.

Yep this is why I dont have anything to do with FB etc because you say something and then I say something then you said that and then I said that etc etc . At my stage in life I couldnt give a stuff about trivial matters. Most know what I am talking about and there the ones that didnt reply with a remark. We will leave it at that cool?

It means exactly what it says - I empathize with you wanting an international Herbie, but like I said I would give up all my vapes to be able to move down under! You're totally welcome to move to Canada and buy a Herbie

Pros and cons to every geographical location! But i'll take Oz over Canada anytime.

Oh, Canada not a nice place to live at the moment? Canada similar somewhat to Aussie (except maybe weather) Govt are def more fucked up and backward here though especially the mob in Government now!! They rejected a motion to give the herb to TERMINALLY ill patients because the health minister said they might get addicted!! FUCK ME!!! what a bunch of dill brains, this is what we gotta put up with. America 50 years ago got most of the world to make cannabis taboo now that USA has done a bit of a back flip the rest of the world aren`t so quick to follow again. America did such a good brainwash didnt they!!

I have found the last couple of pages to be very confusing. Unfortunately I could not read the post by @Vap2.0user because I cannot read one large mushed together paragraph. Not trying to be a ass, but I literally cannot read posts like those.

I will give a little input on the herbie and vapes in general.

1) grind. I believe in my heart after doing this for a very long time (vape) that the grind is the critical factor. If you do not get the grind right, in most devices, you might be disappointed with the results.

2) moisture. Dry herb is the way to go in most devices. Yes, this is counterintuitive to what we always did, but in most cases, you want it to be dry.

3) "no-standard" because there are so many different strains, tolerances and a bunch of other factors, no device will work exactly the same for every person. In general in this hobby, patience and trial and error are crucial. I have seen many times where someone tries a device, hates it and says it does not work before doing the proper testing.

focusing on the above three things might help. and remember, creating different paragraphs makes posts easier to read for people who have ADHD :)

It may have been asked before? Does the herbie have a 12volt socket in?? Thanks

jivebuggered,
Hello.

I am writing this message from my country Colombia.

I am a user of "Herbie" 2 months ago when bought it with a friend who traveled on vacation to Miami.

My unit is wonderful in every way, except for the matter of balloons but is a problem of the globe or receptacle that my 'powerful machine of steam' as well to easily improve in upcoming releases of balloons surely.

I want to report the only problem that I had actually and that has happened 4 or 5 times including the videos that take today.

It is a "system lock" as the "Blue Screen" Windows (to use an example).

When the system stops responding (buttons, shutdown, all top) it freezes and the only way to solve is is disconnect the Herbalizer of power and then reconnect it.

The problem has always happened when I use the whip and helped me fan to take steam.

I think that pressing the fan button in a short period of time could lead to the failure of the system.

Want to leave the videos and step thank your collaboration.

I have had it happen half dozen times or so. Did it yesterday. Also today when turning on it made very weird and loud grinding sound? Couldn't really tell what was going on, but it sounded awful. It occurred when the unit was starting cold to 445f.

Well since this happened to @stickstones as well, it appears to be a glitch that is quite rare. I have definitely never experienced it.

I've seen it at least 6 times in 10 months. Just unplug and it works fine again. I always just assumed it was a memory leak I or something since it never really turns off.

Almost there...
Really surprised that nobody mentioned this before, but seems like a pretty simple fix.

@lazylathe has this ever happened with your Herby?

I have had this happen to me a few times.
I mentioned it quite early on but it happens very rarely and usually when I am too quick on the controls.

If I am in a rush and open Herbie and just push the vapor therapy button immediately it can happen but not every time.

When I let Herbie go through her regular motions she is fine.
Anyone remember how long games would take to load with the old Sega computers?? I now give Herbie time to pre-heat and once complete I then push the vapor therapy button.

Just a quick unplug and restart resets Herbie and away she goes again

Interesting, I wonder if my exclusive use without the lid prevented such events, but perhaps most likely it's due to not owning it as long as most of you.

We need @Engineer !

I believe which is a blocking of the system... maybe lack of RAM or the processor is overloaded.

It fixes with disconnecting and reconnecting but it continues to be something very strange and nothing nice.

Well all issues aside...

Just arrived home, tired and not feeling too well. Crappy conference food!!

Decided it was cleaning time and then Herbie time!
So an ISO bath and water rinse of all applicable parts and reassemble.

Load bowl half full of some quite potent ChemDawg.
Place two aroma pads on top and close lid.
Fill one bag at MAX, i could not see my hand on the other side of the bag!!! WooHoo!!!
Hit the bag through various bubblers and also dry!
Strangely enough dry and my Atomic perch WT taste the same!!! Awesome!!!
There was a distinct difference in taste using my other WT's.

HOLY COW am i medicated!!
Aches and pains - gone
Stomach - awesome again!! Can actually stand the smell of food!!

Herbie i still way at the top of her game!!

Reporting in on this. The rush method you mention above is the only method I use on Herbie... Open lid, immediately press Vapor therapy button. Have had no lockup events or odd behavior. Possibly my response to next quoted post applies.

I plug and unplug herbie at each session... keeps him out of site of them prying eyes... This may be a reason I don't see any of the odd behavior some are reporting...
