Is the New Mig Cigs Tornado any good?

I'm thinking of getting this for a friend and I can't find a lot or reviews.

All I know is that it does Vape not burn, and the cost is very reasonable. I like that.

FYI, this would be my friend's first vape.

Definitely a rebrand. $100? Not a word about a warranty either. You can get a Titan on eBay for $50.
