Unconscious Objector
On the Extreme .v3 using the whip. This was last night about 3 hours after I ate 2 peanut butter canna cookies. This was more for curiosity sake than anything else because I was already very medicated. Wanted to see what kind of flavors I could pick up.
Using 200 mg of finely ground herb, I started the E from room temperature/off, and went up by 20C each time. Generally took 4-6 hits using the supplied 24 inch whip, waited 10-20 minutes and tried at another temperature. Before switching temperatures, I would remove the whip and lightly stir the bowl contents.
100C - Picked up a very strong citrus/grapefruit/lime taste. The vapor even smelt citrusy when exhaling through my nose. No real effects, but boy does this taste good, and much cooler than using the Launch Box in native mode.
120C - Tastes like oranges and pineapples, which I suppose would be okay except I HATE pineapple. Again very strong aroma which is similar to taste. Starting a faint, small head buzz (really hard to pick up against the background of an 800 mg edible buzz)
140C - A really nasty taste here. Tastes like lighter fuel or oil/petroleum product. Is this where the diesel name comes from?
160C - Have a really nice lime/pine taste. Exhale is very herbal/piney. Definitely a strong head buzz showing up.
180C - A strawlike taste is showing up and I can pick out something that tastes liked clover honey. The aromatics that I really like are starting to fade out, but what is here is decent enough. My head is vibrating a bit too much for my liking but I have to soldier on. Starting to get very large vapor clouds. It was evident at all previous temperatures but can't be missed now. Still very smooth and not rough or harsh at all.
200C - It tastes pleasantly like fresh cut hay or grass clippings and something spicy that I would swear is cinnamon. Massive vapor clouds. Still cool, but is becoming a bit harsh. A deeper body effect is coming on that I really didn't expect on top of the cookies, so rather than walk the temperature up to 220 I stopped here.
Summing up I was very surprised at the range of tastes that came out of the diesel. Next week I'll have to go at the Kush in the same way. I really wasn't able to figure out any pain relief or anxiety reduction because of the effectiveness of the edibles.
