JyARz Storage Containers

My JYARZ arrived. I was asking about the shipping method in the hopes it was USPS so they might arrive today, and they DID. The size (Satchmo) is perfect for storage and is just about ideal for what I was getting them for. Just a tiny bit of smell that should be eliminated by leaving them open for a couple hours. And the glass is significantly thicker than the Classic.

I'm very pleased, Aldo. Thank you for making a great product.
Leave them open whenever you aren't using them for a while..
I have had mine for a few months I think, and if I leave them tightly sealed with no herbs inside, the smell that collects inside is strong. Now if I am not storing something in the jar I leave the lid JUST screwed on, not tightly at all but enough to stop it from falling off. I avoid an air-tight seal unless I need it to be airtight because no doubt that would eventually attribute to the jar wearing out.
Always leave lids off or loosely-on to remove that smell, it takes a few days

Well, now that I have both a Classic and a couple Satchmos, it's only right for me to get a Chico. That won't happen right away, but it WILL happen soon. I don't do concentrates, but I am currently using a small brown glass jar (freebie from EZVAPES, I think) for my ground herb for the Lotus, and I think a Chico may be a better choice for that. And then I'll have the whole line. It's just the FC kind of thing to do...

And BTW, having some time to waste today I read the WHOLE JYARZ thread. Very interesting historical progression of Jyarz as a company. It is very clear that this was a "Man with a mission" from beginning to now. You are an impressive fellow, Aldo, and you deserve great success. I am quite sure you will find it.

I'd love a concentrate jar for small ground herbs too one day. Maybe soon. And yes that's why I'm proud to stick behind him and his company, it's something to admire!

I would really like units that can hold up to an ounce if that was possible. Does the current largest one hold 4 grams?
Yeah about 4-5 grams if you use tetris skills to get it all in. A lot of people are asking for larger ones but he needs to give it some time for the company to thrive with the products they already provide.

I do find that the Chico size is just perfect for taking herbs in my purse... and loading the Elevate, or the Hammer stem, from the Chico is so very easy... less mess for sure!

I might pick up another just for my Cannabis Paste capsules.... the little jar I'm using is too small, and awkward to try to open.

Always...Always grateful for the positive feedback! Thank you!

And for those of you who asked for White Classics we've done you one better, we have some new special custom etched Classic JyARz in white. They are more expensive because the etching work is done by hand but I think you'll be very impressed with the quality. Here they are:

Hope you all like them ;-)

With all of the Crowd-funding / Kickstarter campaigns happening these days; it might be worth the effort to put one forward for a revolution in herb storage solutions! Extra large & extra small sizes :leaf:

That's a good idea - I just need to do some research but I'm going to give this some real thought.

Ahahaha, yes it still works. Just pointing out a little hiccup though. You can tell FC has adopted JyARz as our own :lol::evil:

Don't forget my wide and shallow, silicone lined concentrate jyar ;)

NOT FORGOTTEN! That's a big untapped market for us.

You all keep me on my toes that's for sure

Greetings FC Community,

JyARz (the "why" is silent) is a new company, we opened our website in October 2012. Our mission is to create the best glass-lined, environmentally friendly portable containers on the market. Below are some of the features of JyARz:

-JyARman

I have a suggestion if you have not already done so, you should look into your same concept and come up with something for concentrates. I would like to see it have a square bottom for ease of removing your concentrates. EDIT> If not glass then square out the bottoms on some of the silicone inserts and have them slide in/out of the existing glass.

Great Product, are you offering discounts to FC members? I ask because after tax/shipping these add up fast and I do not need 6 of the same thing. Thanks again and great to see another innovative vendor.

@JyARz PS, I like your new shapes/sizes and the fact you know a thing or 2 about your musician history :)

We are thinking about adding so called platinum silicone "sleeves" (non-stick) to thee current designs for concentrates. Square glass is highly customized and too expensive in my opinion - unfortunately.

Discounts on JyARz.com apply across products so you can mix and match and the discounts will apply to all JyARz in your cart regardless of model.

Thank you! We are trying hard to make innovative and very high quality products.

I think I missed the gender thing...not sure what that's about but I'm a firm believer in personal freedom of expression in all forms (as long as you aren't hurting someone else).

Anyway, I'll look out for the big order...thank you for spreading the word...it's working!

And I sell the t-shirts at events mainly ... I have a bunch here but not worth putting on the site. If you want one tell me what size and please send me $25 (they are really nice quality cotton and water based inks includes shipping) via aldo@paypal.com and I'll send one your way. Oh and include your address as well.

No stickers right now I'm afraid.

Thanks,

-Aldo

True that. But to be clear, Chico has a glass core (curved bottom for scooping) which is great for various concentrates but not great for the super sticky stuff - that sticks to glass. Waxes for example don't do great on glass.
