Discontinued Indica Vaporizer

@Krazzykid , I tend to agree. Not that I wish to lose sales, but since I already pay freight and duty to bring the Indica into the USA ,@PlasticTastic 's likely to be taking a double hit. Vapefiend's price is probably lower than mine and I'm sure local customer service would be preferred over cross Atlantic turn around. Besides the color difference. which is major,..they are essentially the same devices.
Ah damn, I take it as it's not possible to just re-direct one to my doorstep?
Haha, okay so I guess I'll get the SS for now and wait for the Noire and simply get that as well. Excited for next week though!

I currently own the Pax. But I hate how it requires large amount of material in order to produce decent hits. Does the Indica work well with small amount such as 0.1 g?
I frequently half pack my indica, use a spacer and get 4-6 solid rips. I start on purple for the first few and then switch to red for the rest. That's my fav feature of the Indica, usually a small amount for a big results.

The other nice thing with the Indica is you can packed it fuller and get multiple sessions out of it without degradation of performance. I will fill it to the top, lightly pack, fill it back to the top, then add a spacer on top. That gets me 2 solid sessions, one on green and then I save the rest for a later session on purple/red.

I just started a new fulltime job so have had almost no time to browse various forums. I'd been planning on ordering an Indica since this summer, but decided to hold off for the noir. Filled the void with a FlowerMate, which is ok but am eager to see the real deal. So nice to finally have a minute to catch up on forums and realize that the unit was indeed released "mid october" like we were promised so long ago. Also glad to see the discount code!

Hint for anyone else trying to figure it out: I thought I got the gist of it immediately, and then overcomplicated it for myself. As someone else pointed out, in the end, it really is simple. I'd be happy to provide more hints but not sure how Mike wants the game to run. The code does not take a genius to crack, although, in a way, it does.

(By the way, I hated the same thing about my Davinci Ascent - the glass flowers used as spacers are a PITA to use, and I still pack 0.3 to 0.4g each time!)

Once again I can't let this slip through as it's simply not true. I use 0.1g and less on average with my Ascent, by tamping the load and making a small puck, no effin' glass flowers needed and what not, and it's a steam machine. So I'm sorry @Ratchett, I love you mate, but this is disinformation!

Really? You don't have a problem with the puck rising and breaking apart? I found without stuffing the excess space with flowers, I'd get debris in my mouth. I never had any luck leaving the excess space in the oven empty perhaps I'll have to do some more testing and see how it performs

At first there were some "rising puck" issues, but I think they stopped when the gf and me learnt to draw not too hard (and also not to shake the device too much when handling it and passing it around) Nowadays it happens very rarely.

As for the debris I tamp the puck hard enough so it stays the same from start to end (I have to use the metal tool to remove it when the session is complete) That being said, the glass stem do catch some stuff over time and has to be cleaned often, but I don't swallow particles.

Sorry for the small digression Indica people, this was completely off-topic! :p

But I re-iterate: kudos for Indica for providing these spacers, @Davinci_vaporizer promised we would get some for the Ascent months ago and we are still desperately waiting for a solution!

Here begins the wooden indica mouthpiece and wong saga!

@Shit Snacks @Vape Dr. @TNT_error I know I am missing others but am going off the top of my head, I am sorry I missed ya, I hope you all that are interested in what I have been doing will spread the word...

...Now we have the Indica, this also is my first attempt at doing a piece for it, I did this one by hand took me some time but it fits well and works sure enough. I drilled the draw hole at 1/8" so it improves the airflow, got some solid hits from it and was surprised at the amount of vapor I got from the unit. I think I have figured out a way of doing them faster and more consistently instead of doing them all by hand. Oh its fun but screw doing it by hand for every piece, that shit takes alot of time. So I hope you all like what I have done and remember its probably gonna change slightly here or there.

This was on @Ed's TnT thread. Ed posted this. Thought I'd post it here too. I will be ordering an 18 mm WonG when he comes up with one.

^ Wow, that looks really good. Something about the wood, makes the vape look classy

I wouldn't share my device with anyone when I have a wooden mouthpiece on though, there's no way to clean it.

@Vitolo suggested using booze like bourbon to clean the wood. I can't remember what @Ed's TnT said to use? I'm the only one allowed to use the wood in my house.

Working out in the yard earlier with my Indica getting some leaves picked up. Trying to get ahead of the game. A losing battle with maple trees. A very easy vape to load in the house and have in my pocket for when I need it.

I've read a post that said the Noir had some upgrades and a post that said it doesn't. So which is true? Cuz I can buy the v2 for $160. So I'm wonsering if you guys think the Noir is worth $40 more? Also, the code is basically free shipping cuz it still comes out to like $200 lol

The Stainless Steel Indica, Item # 500, still in stock at this time, is the previous design to the "Noir". Once out of stock, all of the Indica will be the same. If you wish for the newer upgraded and Improved Stainless Steel look and feel, We should have some in about a month. I'll announce the transition on the forum.

@Shadowz This was the post from Mike.

The Noir is supposed to be Item #400. See what you get on the Indica site. If you order from an unauthorized vendor your warranty will be no good.

V2 for 160 probably refers to the initial production model I believe (technically there was a v1 that was bigger with different temps, but it was never released beyond beta testing I think so really its like v0). The noir is the actual version2 of the initial production run indicas. Noir is available in black (but there are betas of it in silver in a few places, like vapefiend and some received them as replacement units)

I think it does have warranty. It's the one on ebay. It comes with a free grinder and a small air tight container.
@Shit Snacks Do you think the Noir is noticeably better?
