QFT!

At In-n-Out, my signature order is:
Double Meat w/ Cheese, animal style, with whole grilled onions, chopped grilled onions, and whole raw onions. Extra tomatoes.

I eat dicks, We have a local drive in one, where you have to get out of the car to order at the windows, and you can never go inside to sit and eat because the entire inside is the kitchen and you can see everything they are doing to your food before it goes in your mouth, which is quality I like, I used to work for McDonalds, and Jack In The Box, and I can tell, some awful horror stories.

Another variant on my ultimate bacon burger, this time with muscatel and peach cured bacon. Patty is ~90% 80/20 beef, 10% chopped bacon; seared in bacon fat and then braised in bacon stock, bacon stock and burger drippings then reduced and thickened and poured on the burger. Topped with tomato, kosher dill slices and muscatel and peach bacon. Had to cook it to medium because of the ground bacon.

I really like burgers cooked on a grill over an open wood fire ... just build a good bed of coals and it gives it a really nice smoked taste ... (I use a BBQ cover on top of my grill on top of the fire pit as well that I've retro-fitted ....)

... this also works amazing for salmon, steaks, have a pizza oven gizmo that I put on top as well ... it's AWESOME!!!!

If you need to improvise and you don't have a cover for your grill, you can also use foil trays as covers to trap the heat in when cooking over an open fire.

I like a homemade chickpea and garlic pattie on a lightly toasted wholemeal bun with avocado, roasted capsicum, tomato, basil and parsley, onion, tomato relish and black olives (all organic)

I compare my love for this burger to the effect I used to get from MDMA in my teens :)
