Sooo who can point me in the right direction for some tubing to fit a ss tip to a gong? Thanks in advance!
I need this info too. I have a spare nylon stem and an old style gong stem that I have been dreaming of mating together.

I've got some silicone in the shop for just such purposes but can't remember the exact size. I'll try and remember to check when I'm back in there later. :peace:

::edited with more info::

Heya guys @KidFated. and @Scott A I can't find a receipt for the tubing so I'm not sure where I got it, probably either US Plastic or McMaster-Carr but it's soft silicone with an OD of 3/8" and an ID of 1/4". Lets you put one of our stainless tips in a GonG or Direct Draw tube.

Looks like only have a foot or so left but it only takes a little less than 1/3" per stem so maybe that's enough for you guys? If not I can order more or you can order it directly from the above sources.

We don't provide or sell battery packs but the vapes can certainly run on them.

A few members around here run all their Dogs via battery if I remember correctly. Maybe they can chime in with some info. :peace:

Im also thinking of ordering a new little doggie so i can take one on the go (Im kicking myself for missing the sale!)...Im curious about these battery packs if anyone has one that is reliable and is a good deal?

Thanks for the response @underdog . I need to make an order from you guys soon for some screens so if you could toss in like half an inch of it that would be cool . If not I can just order some no problem.

What a guy!
So I said I'd put up a video last week, but what the heck life happens and a week later here's the video I promised.

My Dog is looking great after a few polishings and the grain really stands out now. It's also preforming like a champ and has become my daily driver. I started pairing it with my minitube at first as you can see in the video. One of the things I hope I show in the video is my draw speed. You can see that a slow long draw speed produces a good sized cloud. There was some talk a week or two ago about getting good clouds out of your Dog and I think that this is key, the faster you draw the more heat you pull away.

Anyway, loving my Dog so much that I gave it a new set up.

I have to say that the Orbiter is fantastic! It goes SO well with a Dog. I could rave on, but just enjoy the vid and have a good week. ;)

Alright Dogs, happy Monday hope you all had a great weekend.. we ended up spending most of ours working on maintenance and retooling projects in the shop. :freak:

Back in the saddle today, shipping orders from the weekend and then starting on a batch of high-end Dogs for an upcoming refresh. Lost of exhibition pieces coming up soon.. :ninja:

I hate to bug and bother but has anyone come up with a reliable portable solution? If someone wants to discuss it via PM, Im fine with that too but Its the only thing stopping me from ordering a 3rd dog.

I know there's a certain user around here that runs all his Dogs via battery pack if memory serves.. hopefully he'll see this and chime in.

That collectible multi-wood

Thanks man, I've got a few last ones like that coming down the pipe then no more.. guess that's why I decided to call them collectable.

I really like the look of that 3 step doggie!

Thanks llamaman all those Ailanthus are special to me since I cut the tree for those and milled the wood myself.. all the extra work = more special. :luv:

Damn underdog! I dont think Id ever be able to sell something I put so much love into! It would literally be like selling my puppy dog!

I would guess When you raise dogs you soon learn you can't keep and feed every pup from each litter or you'll soon be overwhelmed with caring for a large enough pack you could soon call it a "herd". Best bet is to allow people to adopt One(or two or three or four) for a small fee. A true win-win for us all.

Damn that black and white ebony underdog looks almost identical to my black and white ebony Heat Island. You guys are seriously tempting my VAS right now by adding that. There Is no way I could justify owning three logs though so I would have to sell my current underdog first.

edit- Thanks dave for sending me those two pieces of silicone. I was able to make a stainless tipped gong with my old school gong stem with no problems and it works great. Basically took two stems I dont really use at all and turned them in to my favorite stem now.

Threw some underbutter on my Aircore, this poplar has same really nice lines, and it goes really well with my vapman(s).

Edit-I haven't plugged in my PodDog in awhile.. I better quit neglecting her :(

Glad to hear you're enjoying the AirCore there Kid. I thought I saw the PodDog up for sale in the classifieds a while back?

Some offers but I wasn't really looking to get rid of it, still at home with Kid! One nylon stem is usually more than enough for me so I just rock my Aircore. I need to order more oils, I keep forgetting!

I apologize for this complete newbie question... I've never used a vape before, and I'm trying to figure out what I should order from the underdog website:

Why is there an option for 4 stems? If someone is a complete newbie and just wants to vape some meds every day in the simplest way possible, which stems would you recommend?

Thanks!

The simple silicone stems are my favorite, but i have an older UD and can't use the Nylon stems otherwise if i could i'm pretty sure i would use them most.

I will get both when i pick up a new dog.
