Social media is free advertisement. And I'm sure FC could spread it around social media pretty damn quick.

This. Seems like retailers are getting a lot of mileage out of Instagram give-aways these days by having users re-gram (or whatever the hell it's called) product photos and tag em with appropriate tags (@Enchantre suggested the logical #epicvape and #enano) or account names. Then you have a drawing for a free product. Minimal effort and investment for a decent amount of exposure.

I'm not a huge fan of the vape critic ever since he gave the herbalaire 2.2 a negative review without even getting close to unlocking the units potential. All of the problems he had were super easy fixes such as putting a screen on top of your load

You should check his website. He adds things that he missed in videos. For example:

"One issue I mention in the video is that particles get through the mouthpiece screen and travel up into the bag when using the vape in balloon-mode. This is how it works out of the box, but I’m actually wrong when I say the mouthpiece screen is built-in and you can’t change it, because you actually can remove that screen and replace it with a finer one if you were so inclined."

It would be nice to see more Nano presence on youtube, but If someone needs a "famous youtuber" to review a vape for them to like it or want to buy it, in my opinion, that's very unfortunate for them! If I hadn't of found FC and all the massive amounts of info here a couple years back and only relied on youtube and other more mainstream sites for vape knowledge, I believe I would be exposed to only the currently buzzing/popular mainstream vapes and I think I would still be having somewhat underwhelming experiences with vaporizers instead of thinking they're the next best thing since sliced bread!

I was addressing one specific person, not the wider world. Thought someone wanted a good video showing what it works like.

hashtags. use em. I vote for #epicvape & #enano
Just wanted to say sorry if my reply came off rude in any way I did not mean it that way. Just an honest mistake I see, and most definitely a valid point in the right context! :)

To be fair, I've never made an actual "review" video. Just how to videos and a few demonstration videos.

In either case I don't think YT would be worthwhile versus something like Instagram. With Instagram you can showcase your stuff in small digestible bites while also allowing customers to take pics/videos and tag under the EpicVape (or whatever) profile.

It's literally free advertising with instant response/views.

I'm also adding #logvape, the usual #fuckcombustion, and anything #mj

As I think of hashtags, I add them.

Speaking of the Nano... it was featured in my morning coffee in bed Insty.

I don't think there's a limit to hashtags. You can use anything that would attract a wide audience. #vape #vaporizer #dryherbvape #dryherbvaporizer #logvape #logvaporizer #weed #marijuana #cannabis etc etc lol you can get as vague as you want, as long as it pulls in an audience.

Really? I found VLW gives a decent review of the design whereas TVC gives a decent review of the functionality/quality.

Is there any video reviewer worthy of FC that I should check out?
Will is cool when he's not "bro-ing out" too hard, lol. I'm sure he gets some free stuff, but he seems the least biased of the (probably) paid reviewers. Vape critic is about the same, a little more intelligent about it, but you can tell they're both sometimes hesitant to be completely honest. I like Vaporizers Reviewed, but he hasn't done too much unfortunately.

I wish some of the guys on here who obviously know their vapes were more inclined to do reviews, but I understand why they probably don't, the unfortunate legal status of cannabis. Regardless of who you watch or read, take it with a grain of salt and remember to keep your own needs in mind.

I'm really going to believe some narcissistic reviewer?

Just decide for yourself!
If I like a certain vaporizer for my condition thats the one for me!

If it cost $500 maybe that helps their ego?

With glass my arguement at first was do I buy a piece for $400 and break it first session or do I buy a $30 piece and 1 year latter it still functions?

@Enchantre #tags I need to learn.
My niece texts all the time sent me a text with: "IKR"

I say what do you mean?

She say's: "I KNOW RIGHT"!

Not everyone has money to blow on vaporizers. They're not $10 items you can buy, test out, and toss away if you don't like it. With so many on the market, how is one to know which is good for them without reading/watching reviews?

I had no clue what a log vape was. It took me a really long time to first discover log vapes and then learn about them. That lead me to FC which brought me to the enano. Most people don't even know this option exists. And as I mentioned earlier, it's not so easy going through 300+ pages to find the answers we're looking for.

No one can argue that a properly written review or a quality video review wouldn't be beneficial.

I concur. I am someone who always does a lot of research before buying a higher value product, and I read quite some recommendations about the e-nano on reddit which is what lead me here. I still tried to search some reviews on google and youtube, but unfortunately could not find anything. Now I have read through pretty much every page on this thread, however, I believe the general public is not on this forum or on reddit vaporents, so unfortunately they would never get to know that this product even exists.

my 2 bob........its a fact that most folks in the uk know next to nowt about vapes. I had been vaping for 2 years till I heard about logs.......they are almost a secret unless you are on FC etc. I even had a copper(policeman for our US friends) who was taking my stash admit that he didn't hae a clue what my old N02 was. Had to explain how it worked. He wasn't getting it so I asked for a nugget of my weed to show him. HE GAVE ME IT!!!!!! hahahahahaha. Still took the rest of my weed tho......my nano is on its way home!!!! YAY!

I am going to try to leave it on tonight . Maybe at a lower hear as suggested by @Caligula and see what happens . And I will just keep the cats away .
I'm just paranoid (not because of cannabis) and would rather have less vapor then have anyone get hurt !

Just my 2 cents, I don't leave mine on when I'm away because I have a cat, but I find that it performs perfectly well after a 2-3 minute heat up at 10, then I go down to 7 or 7.2. Remember that the dials have a small margin of discrepancy from unit to unit because of how they are clipped together. I understand what people are saying about heat soaking -- I do find that the unit continues to behave differently as it is on for a longer time, but this just means I turn it down to say 6.7 - 7. FWIW I load pretty small amounts, and I like to position the load a bout a quarter of an inch or less from the end of the nano heating element.
Keep playing with it, I hope you get the results you are looking for!

I store and use my nano in the garage, with the weather getting colder, I find my glass stems to be pretty cold in the morning. Does anyone know if the stems will break if i put an ice cold glass stem on the hot heating element (setting 7)?

My second question is what color of ABV are fellow nano users getting? The darkest I can easily get is light brown with specs of golden green about the color of tobacco. It's very hard for me to get dark coffee brown ABV, I have to have the herb touching the heat element and draw very slow at 6.5, or do the same at 7 with a little faster draw (flavor isn't good when i do this). If I have a 1 or 2mm gap between the herb and heating element there is no way I will get dark ABV no matter what my draw speed is, does this sound normal? I leave my nano on all day, so it is definitely preheated up to temp.

On a side note, I'm absolutely loving my nano, I wish I was rich so I could buy nanos for all my friends and family and convert them over to vaporizing.

Hey @Lahey Thanks
I have found it works best for me when it is left on but that does not work for my house so I have been letting it heat up for about 10 mins before using it . not ideal but it works .

Also after some experimenting I find id does hit better through water than mt Solo .
But I am still messing with screen placement .

I actually put the nano on sale for a few hours and pulled it down after experimenting and after looking around and finding that there is nothing out there that fits my needs any better !

So for me this was a case of operator error, and my impatience (i really need to work on that )

So again Thanks again to all of you FC Nano folks how have been so helpful and great ! I cant say it enough !!

I saw you put your enano up for sale. I have sold many vaporizers on FC that were not for me. It is so great we can do this here. It has saved me a lot of money.

With your great attitude I have no doubt that you will get the enano to sing for you. Hang in there. Diligence is rewarded.

Thanks @steama
Just happy I found this place ! And all of you !

funhouse if you need a faster heat up time crank that baby up to 10 for about 2-3 min then set to your desired temp and wait another 2 min. Should cut your heat up time in half, but nothing beats a fully warmed up e-nano. This is for me personally, but I dont mind waiting and usually let it rest for about 15-20 min after I turn it on.

Another key tip is the screen placement, use your "e-pick" as a measuring guide to where you need to place the basket. This is also personal preference as well....with my GONG I like to load just enough so that I get one fat ass milky rip of vapor that whites my recycler out. When I use it dry I like to move the screen further back and load more product in there that way I can hit it and stir it about 5-7 times before the load is spent.

If your looking for a QUICK hit, move your screen up a little and pack loosely enough so that you feel the "heater core" push down the product itself onto the basket screen. I would recommend only doing this while you are waiting for it to heat up because it can combust doing this method after its fully warmed up on level 7.

Or another option for @FUnhouse would be to get the Belkin WeMo Switch or maybe even a simple timer, that way you could turn the nano on 30 minutes before you get home.

Sometimes I place a Mobius Slide onto my nano to trap the heat, make it warm up faster.

That little ridge around the slide fits perfectly into the nano.
