I have the original Pinnacle. Should I get the Pinnacle Pro? I'm told a new non-plastic version is in the works.

Hey guys, been lurking for a while and decided i'm set on buying the pinnacle pro.

I found one on ebay for an extremely low price, almost too good to be true I think. Could be fake. Wanted to get a professional opinion from everybody here.

**Brand New Pinnacle Pro Portable Vaporizer Kit + FREE SHIPPING**
If they aren't an authorized seller you would be out the $ if you needed to return it for any reason. Always go with an authorized vendor. You would be safe to go with: theyoyokid1

Sometimes trying to save a few bucks isn't worth it in the long run. We all have experienced a faulty unit at one time or another and its always nice to get our units replaced.

EDIT
It can't hurt to see. That seemed like a really low price though. It could be a knock off?

Thanks. I'll go with that. Would he match the price if I made an offer and gave him the link to that one?

I wouldn't trust that. I've never heard of that seller and he has only 15 reviews.

Sorry, TTYYK doesn't match price of non authorized distributors. Good luck on your purchase!!

Two months since vapoebluntdave promised to ship out my glass mouthpiece when they gave me a plastic one for the massdrop, I have not received it yet.

I've sent an email a few weeks ago and one yesterday and still don't get a reply. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a Canadian customer or something so they don't give af.
I once mailed a package to @Tweek and it took almost 5 weeks to get to him in Canada. Email Dave an ask for tracking #, but they only work to the Canadian border

Customer service update:

I have moved the customer service department from the east coast to our warehouse in CA. Starting this Thursday, there will be a live person answering the phone M-F 7 am - 4 pm PST, that same person will answer all emails during that same time period. Therefor, if you send us an email @ 4:30 pm Friday you will not here from us until Monday.

We are also changing returns from going to a P.O box to going directly to our warehouse. That should cut a day or two out of the process for the customer, ultimately leading to a better customer experience.

I've been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to hit both the Haze and Indica vapes which are both quite discreet.

The vapor is very cool and tasty on both units.

However....

I still feel that the form factor of the Pinnacle Pro is more discreet as it definitely looks like an e-cig.

Both the Haze and Indica get gummed up pretty quickly, similar to the Pax and Ascent.

What I appreciate even more now about my PNP is how the vapor path is completely external to the body.

Also, the bullet system keeps everything nice and clean.

With my extended glass stem mod, the PNP is even cooler than any portable vape while producing massive clouds.

I'm very anxious to see what TRVB has in store for us with the Pinnacle "X"!

@TherealVaporblunt, I hope you do end up using the same bullets as the PNP and PN OG.
This would allow the end user to keep using the same bullets!
This bullet system seems to vape the material more evenly than any other portable out on the market right now.
This bullet system also allows the end user to swap out bud quickly and discreetly.

Maybe we have been spoiled by TRVB with their ingenious design?
Loading any other portable vape I find is not nearly as easy (IMO)

NEW METHOD OF FILLING BULLETS!
(someone on here may have already done this, but while vaked out of my mind recently, I had a eureka moment)...

I finely grind the goods.
Keep it in a small jar (baby food or mini jam jar works good)
Let fully dry out if required (of course in the dark place, because we all know that the light breaks down the goodies in the goods)

Now for the quick fun part.

Take a bullet.
Hold it upside down.
Push it into the jar full of ground goods while twisting the bullet. (1/4 TURN TWIST motions work well)
Do this 2-3 times, and Done!
A nicely packed bullet to the brim!
No mess
No stress!
Buddha Bless!

Hi Best Forum on the Net,

My Pinnacle Pro that I purchased in 9/14 is having severe problems as of yesterday. The plastic at the top where the mouthpiece attaches is now broken and the battery doesn't charge as the first temperature light just blinks. These both occurred on Saturday 10/4/14.

I emailed VaporBlunt and received a reply within 24 hours that "Normally we consider this type of a claim damage" but "we are covering this under warranty one time per customer as good faith."

I was then emailed an excel spreadsheet, asked to fill it out and send it in the original box with the untit and charger. I'm going to ship it to them tomorrow and I'll report back how Vaporblunt handles their returns on an item that is less than 30 days out of warranty.

Just FYI - I use my Pinnacle Pro about once a week, take extremely good care of it and clean it after each use. I can assure you that in no way is the damage to the unit my fault. I'll report back.

TRVB,

I keep thinking about the new model and what it may be like, of course the new materials teaser was awesome and has been ticking my curiosity every since. One material seems fairly obvious, at least generally, the other is fun to think about. ;-)

I am not attempting to get more details in this post, but one thing keeps coming back to my mind over and over, and that is the current free draw. It's such a HUGE selling point of the PnP and a major part of that "Performance" I'm always talking about.

So what this post IS, is an attempt to let you know that this is one of the first details I would like to know, in your own business related time. Does the new unit still have a free draw like the current model?

The fundamentals are the same, just rethought. Example : the way the pong attaches to the unit has been rethought. The bullets fundamentaly stay the same, but they have been rethought and improved. These new bullets will also work in the pn pro.

I am excited about our progress.

That's more than I should have said, but I will provide u guys details as soon as we are ready to finalize things

Loving what I'm hearing. As excited about the new model as I am, I was also worried some of the features about the PnP that I already love, would get changed.

Love the free inhale.

Love the bullet load concept.

Love that vape does not pass through the unit, making it nearly cleaning free.

Love that you can charge and use the unit simultaneously.

Love the sleeknes and small size. (Although I would take a minor bump in size if it meant a big improvement in a place like longer charge duration. )

Definitely love the vape cloud thickness and while I find the taste delicious, it does have a different taste than glass lined vapes, so the new materials are quite exciting in this way to. A new unit will have its own flavor.

Basicaly what I'm saying is that if the new unit IS the old unit, with a few of its kinks and weaker spots worked out, I don't see how it isn't hands down the best portable vape on the market. Not even a contest, step aside all the rest and acknowledge the best.

This is what my heart of heart hopes you are making us TRVB. ;-)

Hello fellow vapists. My two friends and I all have PnPs. They work great. The other night my friend let someone use his PnP and they must have been drinking and didn't realize liquid was going from their mouth to inside the water tube and then inside the bullet and chamber. The liquid mainly hit the material in the bullet making it damp, and a little got on the bottom chamber. We quickly dried everything off and it seems like it still works just the same. Seems like it's heating up just as much, just as quick.

That being said, as long as it is still working correctly there should be no long term effects on his device right? His vape seems to me like it's the same, but he thinks it might not be hitting quite as hard. I feel it may be due to the material being used isn't as dry. Can anyone tell me what the likelyhood of this incident messing up a PnP would be?

A little bit of water mid-session? Should be fine. I had a water tube crack/shatter while attached to my new PnP almost a year ago. Some water got into the heating chamber, but not much; just enough to dampen the load. It's been fine ever since.

Which reminds me, my PnP is almost a year old now. It's had one collar change and the battery only gives about three sessions (on level 3) these days. However, it's still going strong and it has been used 3-4 times almost every day. After slipping down the pecking order a little earlier this year, my PnP was given a new lease of life with the introduction GPongG and the long glass stems (purchased from theyoyokid1).

Looking forward to seeing the new Pros when they come out!

Had the same happen to me, but I reached back out and now he wants me to send the unit back and go through RMA because they were receiving fake units. It would have been nice if I was told that 3 weeks ago, i would have had my replacement by now. I still haven't sent mine back.

Out of nowhere, my battery seemed to start functioning normally and holds a charge...almost like new. I'm not sure what exactly I did..just let it run out a bunch of times and then let it charge fully (couple of days). Right now I'm just testing the battery and it is on for the 3rd time (20+ minutes), to level 3, and still going. hmmmm wonder if its just some software thing where the vape gets confused on how much battery is left..and not the actual battery itself (hardware).

Hello everyone,

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I searched a bit and not found it.

I previously owned a Pax, and purchased a hydrotube and made an adapter with some silicone tubing to use it with the Pax. At the time the Hydrotube came with a clear all plastic PoNG adapter.

Recently, my Pax broke so I purchased a Pinnacle Pro. The device has been great. However, this new device also came with a regular mouthpiece, and a PoNG/GoNG adapter. This new adapter is black, and has a glass core. However, this adapter came without any screen in it. I attempted to use it with the hydrotube, and all of the plant matter of course immediately shot up through the mouthpiece and into the bottom chamber of the hydrotube.

I contacted VaporNation and Vaporblunt support, and apparently that is just how the mouthpiece is supposed to be.

Surprisingly, I haven't been able to find any specific examples of what screens people have to use when equipping this mouthpiece with a screen. Can anybody tell me what they use? I have read that some people use a glass screen inside the chamber to supplement the mesh screen, but none of the round metal screens I have are really easy to put inside the mouthpiece. I bought a few extra bullets/screens, but those screens don't seem to be the right size for the mouthpiece either.

Thanks for any ideas
