Your Very First Car....

I know that there's a car thread but this one is different. This one is reserved for ONLY your very first set of wheels that you owned. Please don't post up your 2nd, or 3rd or what you would like to have had. Just post up the first car you actually had. Stock photo's are ok. Try and get the right color.

A trip down memory lane.............

Here was mine. 1956 Chevy BelAir. The only difference was mine was all red.:

All kidding aside, this was actually my first car - an '85 Toyota MR2. And I loved it to pieces.

Was like driving a really big go-kart with surprisingly wide tires.

I don't know where it is now, or who owns it, or if it's still kicking. It's my Rosebud.

Though not a pic of mine, this looks just about identical to it. Very first one I actually owned, not just shared with a sibling - orange 1972 VW bug. Mine was all kinds of souped up- superbug engine, Porsche racing transmission, and a funky distributor cap mod that had the cylinders fire at ~double speed. Regularly out-raced Porsches, Mustangs, Corvettes. Ended up crashed (not by me - lent to a girl who crashed it).

I had a 1966 Corvair with push button transmission. Damn car was possessed.... the transmission and steering wheel had minds of their own.

I had a possessed car. Actually, it just had a mind of its own, and it was SUICIDAL! '93 Chevy Malibu, sport model. Stupid thing. After I had it, it finally got itself totaled - Hit four times, then totaled.

Here's something like my first car - 1973 Plymouth Satellite Sebring Plus... with sunroof!

I loved my little Suzie! She was very similar to this - but was right-hand drive and had tinted windows in the back.......

...... very go-cart-like & the body work was ultra flimsy, but she certainly shifted! I still see her from time to time - she was bought and pimped up by a cruiser - I'm so glad she went to a loving home..... :)

Edit: Oops, I forgot to include what car she is - Suzuki Swift GTI MK2 ;)
