Who's a member of FC's Aus vape team!
I'm an Italian dude from Geelong, in Victoria near Melbourne. Born and raised here :)
I know of a few other FCers who are from different parts of Australia. This can be a thread for us to discuss what types of strains we come across, how much we pay, tips and tricks to avoid Australian police in regards to MJ possession, protest & law discussion as well as potential meet-ups and networking :)
Non-Australian's are also welcome to chime in with questions such as 'Do you ride a kangaroo to work?' and 'Do you have to wrestle crocodiles for a parking space?' Just to get the ball rolling; the answer to those two are yes, and yes.

Obviously, it sucks where you live.

"I have a friend in Australia, maybe you know him___________?" (Random name) Because, of course, you have 87 people in Australia, and you all know each other.

However, I do think my friend does, actually, have to watch for crocs in his job....

You seriously need yourself some @dorkus_molorkus in this thread. He IS Aussie....

I don't know. He might be TOO Aussie for this thread. I hear he's really gone off the deep end lately...

Every thread needs some dorkus! Bring him in!

Oi Oi Oi!

:D

Melb here also.
Not all that far from you.
Next door in fact.
OMG, DON'T ANSWER THE DOOR, IT'S ME KNOCKING!

Sweet, where abouts roughly? That's nice and close to home! What type of herbage do you come across in the city? All the good stuff I get is purchased from half-reliable dealers in Melbourne outer suburbs, sometimes it's what they say it is.. sometimes it's shit.
Wouldn't even bother smoking (let alone SMELLING) the shit that comes out of Geelong :( So I sit sober most days waiting for my Cat Piss dealer to get me some..
Currently awaiting a half-pound purchase of mid-range hydro herb too so we'll see how that goes..

Hello there guys, I swear there used to be a thread just like this that was taken down for some reason? Yus I am also a 'sydney sider'. We should all have a meet-n-greet sometime (idk if it's against the rules to suggest that, I looked through the rules and couldn't see such a thing so hopefully that's okay lol)

Hey fellow Aussies

Great thread and thanks for that @Deja Vu
Yes I have had my brain removed he he. And hello @Mr. Gweilo 420 & @Frederick McGuire @herbivore21 @canj00digit? & @4tokin among others.

Background...I'm originally Irish begorra & moved here to the Sunshine Coast Queensland after travelling quite a bit around.

that was 8 years ago from the U.K. to escape the cold and enjoy the lifestyle ,beer beaches and 4wding and fishing none of which I actually do regular, apart from a daily Guinness tonic or a beer or two at the weekend. I live a stones throw from Steve Irwins zoo and actually worked there for a time.he was a crazy guy and is respected and missed here..a little known fact..he loved to party hard say no more:p

I became naturalised last year on Australia Day.we have some of the toughest laws in the world here.i pass police random breath checkpoints daily esp during holidays, the police will just shut down a section of road/highway in a sting and screen every driver who stumbles unaware upon their checkpoints.mostly booze but they usually profile You and that's when the saliva tests are produced from those big white testing vans becoming more and more familiar.kids I've spoke to growing up here are scared and intimidated driving about tbh.its sad for them really.it was never like this for my generation growing up.facebook & twitter however have several threads spying on police cams and checkpoints warning people.

they the govt have just brought a new law in here just a few days ago because of all this Isis propaganda BS which allowed them to go to town with new restrictive laws that will control us more and send journos massive fines & straight to prison if they report on anything that is government sensitive.in other words if you are not govt media, say an independent media journalist and say the wrong thing you could end up in jail.go figure 1984 and Orwell are alive and well.

so for folks abroad wondering how do Australian people deal with their hard knocks and harsh rules?......the only way they know how. Most ignore it pretty much....gotta hand it to em,they don't give a flying f@&k :lol:and do what they want regardless.there is a saying here it's only illegal if you get caught :D

Well laws here and general media brainwashing provoked me to move further away from the grid, that is no more TV in our home. No channels 9, 7 or 10 or even sbs on my TV. I stream all my shows advert free now at home from reliable websites through a PC straight to screen. We don't bother with news apart from google searches or in dependant news channels or Youtube ..life is good and we manage. One thing I m noticing are the amount of people waking up to all the BS around us .the lies and stuff we all listen to.i won't go on about it.its there open you're eyes.the rabbit hole goes deep.

As for herbage I would love more strains.mostly organic outdoor grown round these parts $280 or so on the oz,easy to find if you know people.hard if You don't.

reefer madness is rife here in every day news papers and TV .if you ain't going to the gym or drinking coffee you are the unclean.

Great people here I feel for them they deserve a better ride for sure.

Aside from over the top rules, life is great here.relaxed as,hot as here in summer and rarely drops below mid 60s in winter, the sun hurts you're skin here if you are from colder climates.there are lots of skin check clinics. Free bbqs scattered around everywhere in parks etc.Beer is plentiful and is drunk in vast quantities despite the crazy prices.the Irish drink.aussies drink by the gallon. $60 for. Case of corona which I've been told the govt collects over 80% of that in revenue, god damn pesky pollys.
Fags are $27 a pack of 25.now you see what doing it tough is all about if you smoke.

I love to walk early in the mornings.my favourite places are waterfalls ,many of which a you are allowed to swim in.i usually with a portable, usually the vapman

Anywayz she will be right, the sun will shine tomorrow as always .

I'm going to let the thing about buying packs of fags slide ... but $60 for 24 bottles Mexican piss water beer? Good lord! Those are on sale here for $12.

This is why I vape lol (Also because I don't care for the effects of alcohol).
Everything is super expensive in Australia, our alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, food, etc.
This is probably one of the most expensive countries to live in.

Good to see us Aussies out in force... fightin' our way 'round the world!
Oh wait that's just Russell and Tugga. :D

When I said close to you I was speaking in relative terms :p I am actually on the other side of the bay from you, down the peninsula.

The commercial herb I come across is always disappointing, sometimes downright enraging lol.
Thankfully I know someone and don't have to venture out onto the open market too often.

I did once see some BHO shatter advertised on Melbourne Craig's List... price was $100/g... :o

Man BHO on craigslist? hahahahahahahahaha classic!

I am much on board with MGG for creating an Aussie get together. Perhaps we can start within our states. Still, I was so close to dropping Canj00digit a line last time I was in Melbourne as it is. This country is really like living in the dark ages for green.

Let's pool some knowledge and get ourselves out of this dark period and into the stoned age! :D

Great to see the Aussie thread in action! Yes smokes have doubled in price over the last few years.. Thankfully it doesn't effect me, and I'm not a huge drinker at all.
And as for Craigslist.. Me and a mate have systematically separated the dealers from the scammers through vigorous cross-referencing and sadly they all claim 'strains' but mostly lie and try to get upfront payment via Direct debit for 'deliveries'.. Pricks..
