Discontinued Daisy vaporizer by Triihouse

Hey the Dude Next Door: Yes, I suspect that lighter would tie your Daisy set up together perfectly! Just took another couple hits off Daisy with the new torch and I have to say, it's like Daisy just got the BMW M3 treatment! And that company ships really fast too. I bet you'll be pleased.

Edit: one other thing I forgot to mention: it's SUPER easy to adjust cuz you can pop out a little handle on the bottom and really dial in your precise flame length. And it's very comfy in the hand and quite heavy.

Space is the Place
... and I just won a Vapman on Ebay for 86 bucks shipped (Mica model)! It was my experience with Daisy which completely helped me let go of all my preconceptions about lighter based vapes and after seeing what other Daisy fans had to say about the Vapman I pulled the trigger. It'll be my go to portable if it works out for me while Daisy has largely replaced all of the other vapes I listed (even though I am very happy with many of them--I just love Daisy that much more!) for home use .

This is what I did also and now the Daisy and the Vapman have become my main drivers, both are so sweet and so simple to use. Pretty sure you'll be in the same boat once you have both in hand.

Now I believe it's Time for me to buy a case of butane.

hey guys I'm owner of a Daisy as well and I just had this crazy idea for a water rig. The hole where the mouth stem is in is almost big enough for a pinnacle watertool or something of the likes with same diameter to place in ;). It just needs a little sanding to make it fit on the top snugg.
The outer rim where the O-ring is placed in is deep enough so that you can sand it and still make it fit with the O-ring and the Original mouthstem. It is an idea haven't set anything into motion yet(a bit scared that I will ruin Daisy) but this might be something to get on for @TriiKLe :) to experiment with. Just wanted to share.

Btw I wanna thank Triikle for making Daisy She rocks!! She is definitely every bit as strong as my Sublimator. It makes me wonder why i even have it (except for some sublimate once in a while). It is easy, fast to use no waiting times and packs a punch. enough said!! Anyway they both have there place in my life.
Daisy is more versatile!

Thx @TriiKLe!!!

the pinnacle fits/wedges and hits well in the daisy, but is a little crowded in the torch area for comfort.

Just ordered this guy to give me an 18mm connection.it should fit. Will let cha all know!.

I continue to love this vape . . . :luv: The look, feel, and taste of the wood is a time warp back to the 70's for me and because of the torch it hits more like a "J" than my electronic vapes. I love wood which is probably why I laid down for a Lotto Labs Evoke as well.

As far as connecting to water, my CloudBuddy is almost a perfect fit . . . I have ordered some more o-rings to stabilize the connection but it works now, you just have to be careful.

@TriiKLe!!!

I've been hooking my PNWT directly into the mouthpiece hole without issues. It fits in tight but one solid twist makes the connection strong enough to not to fall out or over on its own.

Delicious, smooth hits (as if the daisy wasn't already smooth enough!). Definitely worth a try imo.

Edit: bwade runner is right that its a bit tight for the torch but it hasnt been a big issue for me once i get a comfortable grip

MIne has been shipped.
You see, I was feeling insecure about the symmetry of my signature anyway.
"It is about balance" in the words of Alan Gray! (I love that guy... inventor of TT and Hi)
I knew that "Daisy" would fill that space just right!
I am not like you guys.. I do not have VAS:uhoh:

I contacted @TriiKLe when I 1st heard of Waldo.. and I was excited, and told him I was enjoying this thread.
Great guy, TriiKLe. In this for the love of what he does.
You guys are all saying good things too!

Did I mention that I did not have VAS?:nope:
Good.
Let's keep that straight.

Gosh if i could come out from the VAS-closet like @Vitolo (No homo bro)....

I am now considering Daisy as "too efficient for our poor lung absorption" category.

Full spectrum cream can irritate lungs.

Vitolo i remember emailing you about this company a few months ago. We were talking about their previous vape called the WALDO....i think you said it was modeled after the Vapocane or something like that. Well i am not going to lie i got VAS in a bad way and as soon as my wallet allows it i will be adding this bad boy to my collection. I am loving these utilitarian style vapes. IMHO i like being able to control temperature with breath and flame. I dont need fancy LEDs or anything of that nature. My tastebuds work pretty damn good and i can get all necessary medication with breath control, flame control and taste. I have VAS and i want this vape badly.

Yes, I remember the email.
The Vap-o-cane has been around for a bit, and uses a similar technology. I am not sure if TriiKLe got the idea from this system, but I am dead sure he improved upon it. Vap-o-cane uses a small "balanced" basket called a conical gauze to contain the meds.

conical gauze
This can be jarred loose, and fixing it takes time as the glass surrounding it is hot.
The Daisy using this system never affords user the chance to touch that hot glass, and can hold quite a bit more meds to boot.
Your email made me focus more on this system.
I have used vapocane, but I do not care for using water filtration.

Floating on.
Has anyone found problems with filling the Daisy chamber too much? I find that if there's not enough in there (enough to completely cover the screen + a bit more), then I don't get very good performance (like, no whistle, no thick vapor).. but then if I fill that thing way up, too much, I get restricted airflow and little-to-no whistle. There seems to be an ideal sweet-spot as far as herb amount goes.

aha always fun to get a new vape even if you don't suffer from VAS.

i've enjoyed starting light and powdering with fresh every other toot until it's half full, then once half full enjoy til desired darkness. which with good technique can be quite as dark as you like. initial grind with 4pc santa cruz shredder, then finishing grind with black nano from mflb. stir with picker after every toot.
as an aside has anyone gone thru first thorough cleaning and screen replacement? my screen was far darker than looked from top side and the bowl block was rife with keify powdering clumps. which i dumped. sorry vitola. hitting daisy freshly cleaned was super awesome and this routine seems like it'll be fun.

Hey there @euphoric1: I find that less is more with the Daisy. I just cover the screen with herb and that seems to work for me. I have experimented with adding a bit more and find that works too (although isn't necessary when it's just me) but I agree with you that if you put in too much it can affect performance. I have had Daisy for just over a month now and I feel like within the last two weeks I have really hit my stride. I get great hits every time now whereas at the beginning every once in a while I would get a non hit. Not that she wasn't easy to use from the get go but real mastery took a bit of practice (which was great fun!). Also, I got a new torch and THAT has made a huge difference. The original works just fine but this new metal torch I got rules and definitely kicks things up a notch. I listed the link above in the thread if you are interested.

But back to herb levels, I find that just spreading it out to cover the screen (which is what Triikle himself advises) works very well. You might want to try adjusting the torch or changing your technique of holding it over the heat intake and see if that helps matters, too. These are both things that helped me. It'll completely click soon enough for you I'm sure. Enjoy your new vape!

Anybody else finding they have to change their screens after just 2-3 sessions? Not a big deal, but just notice they clog much more quickly than other any of my other vapes. What say you?

Well @TheDudeNextDoor It could depend on your products your are vaping and your stirring preferences. An heavy bubble would clogg faster.

For screen clogging, did not notice any change. I blow back the bowl cube every session, not a signle pb.

Hey @TheDudeNextDoor

Hmmmm, I've had exactly the opposite experience just like @vapordudule--never changed my screen in just over a month. In fact Daisy seems to be my tidiest vape of all; just poke out any leftovers stuck by the edge then swivel the bowl part upside down and blow through the mouthpiece to clean it all out. I was thinking that perhaps it is time to see about cleaning the reclaim out of the main airway as mentioned above by (not that it's a problem just that I want to extend my stash as it dwindles!) but I haven't had to do one thing to the screen. Sorry, that probably doesn't help! Maybe you just have some really quality product!

:whoa: Could @TheDudeNextDoor be experiencing extreme dank?

Right now I have an Odd bounty of five strains of top shelf quality herbs. With one Skunky strain that has very sticky dense buds I have to remove the screen and torch it every half dozen bowls or so. I can also just crank up the torch a bit and vape up most of that goodness with an empty chamber.

With the other Four strains i could probably go a week at least before removing and torching the screen.
I'm still using the first screen i installed, torching it makes it like new.

but my momma said
I would agree, how fast the screen gets clogged always seems to depend on the strain.

My Daisy is starting to get quite a bit of build up AFTER the screen. What have you guys used to clean her up real good?
