Ever been arrested for Marijuana DUI?

I was reading about a new legal state, I think it was WA, and how it's changed dui laws. The levels of THC in the bloodstream that make the felony are defined low enough that many daily users would fail if tested, regardless if they were high or not. Also I seem to recall that a driver under 21 who tests at any level of THC gets a dui also. Even a student who partakes once or twice a month would be at risk of a dui just by taking the wheel. It seems like the cannabis laws get more lax and more tight at the same time, even within the same state.

At least here, a dui is very costly in a number of ways. It would be interesting to hear from anyone who has been personally affected by the topic. Fines? Jail time? Classes?
