Depends on when we are gonna be 60 days away mmmkay

One thing TRVB is pretty good at is bringing a device to market without a lot of postponed dates. If he says it's 60 days out, I'd put money on it being 60 days. Until then, I doubt you'll get anything from him that will raise false hopes. Patience, little grasshopper.

Hello,
I have ordered my PnP DLX at an online-store in Germany (I'm not sure about the policies on company names in this forum) and just received a pretty shady e-mail. They practically told me that there are too many warranty cases with this unit so they advise me to buy another product instead and even offered me a discount on one of them. I'm not sure what I should do now. Is this a known occurence?
Did this happen to some of you as well and how did you proceed?
This is my first post on here, I hope i didn't violate any rules, sorry for language errors.

Hello,

Lots of companies push different agendas, may I ask who you were dealing with?

Thanks for the quick answer. I am dealing with Namaste Vapes Germany.
Hi you might want to read some of the threads in this discussion,, some guys have recieved fakes from namaste,& others have the recieved the real deal,,in my experience but only from authorised dealers that's the only to guarantee a real one & on top of that the health reasons. Hopefully you'll recieve your vape& there won't be anything to worry about.

After i received that mail i did some research (which I should have done before I ordered, but I guess thats the way to learn) and I also found some reports of people not getting their vapes at all, getting fakes or getting real ones.
Do you know if I can take my order back? I mean, they obviously haven't sent the vape yet so it should be no problem, right?

UPDATE: So i wrote them that i want to cancel my order and they replied just now telling me it has been canceled. So they have customer service and it doesnt take unnecessarily long for them to reply. Guess I'll just never know whether they would have sent me an original PnP or some fake.
Thanks for your replies, guys! I'm off to searching an authorized reseller now.

Pinnacle version 3 update:

We have decided on a design and laid out the internals, however this is a whole new circuit board and molds, so it will not be a fast process. There is basically no way to get it out by Christmas, so our attention will switch over the holidays..... All of this likely adding up to a march release. I have to keep a lid on the details because every vape I make gets knocked off in china, but I will start releasing them 7-8 weeks before we launch. Please don't expect many updates, I just can't release any specifics so there isn't much to update!

Edit: I can't give one detail I suppose. It will be available in 2 different body materials, neither of which is plastic!!

This is very exciting. I eagerly await new details. :-)

TRVB, posts on here document the problems I had with my PnP DLX, so I won't go into it. Even though I have shelved it, and pull it down only for occasional use, I love it best of all. There just is NO portable, out of all the ones I've tried, that perform the way it does. It truly stands out above the rest. The combination of its free draw vs vapor density almost dosent seem possible even when compared to my second favorite unit, the Solo. In fact I love the PnP so much that sadly that is why it is shelved. After all this praise, I just found it to be way way to fragile and I want to extend its life, so I don't use it much as I'd like. It makes me a little sad every time I look at it. Like owning a Ferrari that you are afraid to start, cuz each turn of the key could be its last...

But this is why I am so excited. I am hoping the new unit will perform exactly as the old one ( Please keep the free draw concept. Please! ), but be military field grade tough. lol. ;-)

In my perfect portable vape world your new vape would perform exactly the way the PnP does now, with a better mouthpiece connect system, possibly longer battery life, continue to allow it to be used while charging, and built with the new tougher stronger material.

You make this thing and make it strong and durable, and you will have a return customer who will be convincing his vape buddy's that they can't live without one either. ;-)

I've kind of been on a quest for the perfect portable vape. ( For me. ) They are all so different and quirky. Your product performance-wise is the closest I've found. I'd love to find that your new product is my holy grail of portable vapes.

Well, as I said I am pretty new to the world of vaporizer online-stores, so I dont have any experience to rely on. I'm sorry if I acted unfair by posting what I posted, but I can assure you that it happened without any malintent. I just acted on the facts that were present at that time.
Guys it does not make sense what you are writing up to a couple days ago http://thevaporblunt.com they had the Logo of Namaste on the website.
That may be, but as I looked at thevaporblunt.com yesterday to check if Namaste is an authorized reseller you weren't listed. This has made me suspicious.
I also read some posts of people saying that you claim to have warehouses in many different countries but send the vaporizer from somewhere else to the people who ordered them at their local website.
I didn't say you are selling fake units, I literally said
So they have customer service and it doesnt take unnecessarily long for them to reply. Guess I'll just never know whether they would have sent me an original PnP or some fake
I even made a rather positive statement about your support.

I think my caution was completly reasonable, and I'm sorry if I offended you personally. That was at no point my intention.
I'm surprised by the amount of recognition I get, which is rather nice, although your last post came across a little aggressive.
Still thank you for getting in touch with me.
Greets.

Handling warranties in Europe has been a difficult task for us. We are working hard on improving our customer service for our overseas customers. With that said, European customers with issues should reach out to Dave and we will try to make the process as painless as possible

VB will be coming out with a newer version of a Pinnacle Pro six months from now. Wait to buy one of those from theyoyokid1. It sounds like they are shying away from the plastic housing they were using. That's a step in the right direction IMO.

I am very up and down about this situation. Although i have been able to get in touch with VB about my unit that stopped working after 3 weeks, I am still waiting (3 weeks) for my replacement. I really like the unit but gosh C/S is okay but still needs more improving. Kinda makes me want to just pass my losses and get a different vape.

Two months since vapoebluntdave promised to ship out my glass mouthpiece when they gave me a plastic one for the massdrop, I have not received it yet.

I've sent an email a few weeks ago and one yesterday and still don't get a reply. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a Canadian customer or something so they don't give af.

I sent my PnP to Vaporblunt for repair a couple weeks back, confirmed via tracking that they received it the other week. I've sent 3 emails to ask if they could confirm receipt of my vape and haven't had confirmation, is this normal for this company?

Try getting a hold of Dave@Vaporblunt. He seems to be the main man these day to get things done with the emails.

I have had difficulty getting my emails responded to. I have read that Dave is the go to guy now. Last Sept thru Nov great customer service for me.

2 quick questions, please:

I see there is supposed to be a glass mouthpiece (gong (sp?)) somewhere, but I can't seem to find a place to buy it. Can anyone direct me to a vendor for it?

Second, we were hanging out and using the PnP with the hydrotube. I cracked my friend up while she was drawing and water got into the PnP. After drying it out all last night, I did a quick test and it turned on. Is it safe to use now, or should I do something else to make sure no damage was done?

Thanks!
