Were you able to solve the issue with the vection?

not yet, but trying, the next part we are doing will make it or break it. Lets hope it makes it because this is one sick as vape once we get it in a small package.

Oh man...I wish I could come kick it with your engineers...I'd bet you guys have a great time passing ideas back and forth.

I'm very interested on this two vaporizers.

plus the scientific guy is a terrific hype maker:D

Speaking for myself here, but the hype went down to the point I don't even know why I'm still subscribed to that thread.
I understand technical challenges during the design phase but maybe, just maybe it'd be wise not to get ahead of oneself by announcing a product that only the next generations will have the opportunity to see.

Edit: happy belated thread!
2nd edit: @Breathemetal ok.

I disagree full heartedly with what you said.

I am very glad he announced this early. Its always nice to follow the entire process. @THC SCIENTIFIC you keep it real and keep these innovative products coming!

i understand your point, but i think differently.;)
in this conditions, the scientific people can read the preference of the users and what they really want from a vaporizer, and correct the possible design\functionality flaw with the help of the community and not with the vaporizer almost ready and the incapability of make few adjustment on the road like he could do right now.

like the indica people do in the past.

sorry for my terribles english, i'm italian.

Not getting a head of anything, we do have prototypes of them working, but we rather not show anything since its not final. Getting these things off the ground takes a lot of finances and work. These two units are our babies, they will come out when we feel they are right. I would like to add that we thought about doing a kick starter type deal but feel that as a company we need to stand on our own two feet.

The reasons that are taking so long is, when we think we have a product we can prototype out, i go and change something to make it better, sometimes it doesnt work, some times it does, but each change i do has to go through few engineers, then mold process, then building it, then testing it alot to make sure we have a great unit. Some times the people we work with dont deliver what they promise, sometimes they just bs.

One thing we dont do is start projects we dont finish. It takes time, takes a lot of money but we will get there. To make things work faster we could use help by supporting our products on all the forums you guys visit this will help us in generating sales and capital to make what we think is the ultimate vaporizer.

Other then that nothing else can be done but to wait. We dont have investors, we do not have any disposable income, it just takes time.

On a good side note we did start the final prototyping of the Duction H20 and once done we will start testing that and production after that.

Vection H20 is harder to do, but we will get there.

I would just like to add, while I await more details on the duction/vection to be discussed here-in... Gary has a lot of history in the EO MMJ marketplace. He is, as I have come to understand, an originator. I love the fact that he is very present on these forums and it is one of the reasons I have supported his company to the tune of a number I would rather not think about. Does he have his faults? Sure. Are his products always perfect? No. Sometimes his desire to communicate bites him in the ass, but he always comes back for more.

Not to :horse: but it's great to get to share in the creative process that a product designer goes through. As a creative business person myself I appreciate all the sharing he does.

I hope he earns a raise!!

And what of the vection? I think I am more interested in that one.

You have a photo of the final prototype available for the community? Is the 8 Oil Vaporizer anyway related to this or is that a separate project that is completely unrelated to this thread?

The 8 is not related to the Duction or Vection. These are totally new desktop vapes that Gary has been working on for some time now. No rush though G, take you time.

God i love my job.

While initial testing of the Duction went smooth and i do mean smooth.

Some minor quarks to work out but its going.

In turn i realized that the new design our engineers have given me allows the DuctionH20 to become the ultimate vape?

We shall see.

Time to rig things up, and once we get some testing done a video will be presented.

ok so here it goes.

Current Persei with the Hercules comes in at 9 inches long ( everyone concentrate )

The Duction without the built in Bubbler will come in around 7.5 inches tall plus width 2.1 inches wide and about 1.2 inches thick.

i think we have another .8 inches to shorten it but the max i see it being is 7.5 inches.

With the bubbler its going to come in around 9 inches tall.

We did our best to get it in a small package and have a vaporizer that is unmatched but bringing it in iphone size is simply not possible without further development and funds.

Please take into consideration that this unit is fully capable of being taken apart and cleaned and parts replaced.

At the same time it can be converted into Ejuice use and oil as well.

ok so here is the bad news.

To make this work the Duction is going to retail for $400 and we need to produce minimum of 500 units to make it cost effective.

The Duction Kit will include only batteries and charger.

But Duction H20 kit with all the bells and whistles your looking somewhere around $600+

When we say ultimate think of it this way, you can pretty much assemble this unit how ever you feel like assembling it.

2x18350? no problem
2x18650? no problem

Want electronic controls? ha we got that covered

You wear a tinfoil hat and dont like electronics? we got that covered as well. ( Parts included in DuctionH20 kit )

Want to run oil? ya thats also covered (parts included in Duction H20 kit only )

Want to run ejuice? do not worry we have you covered ( Parts included in DuctionH20 kit)

Want to use the Core with it? what do you think? ( Parts included in DuctionH20 kit only)

Want to use water to cool down your hits? To the select few. Maybe if im not lazy enough to forget to include it in the kit. ( Parts included in DuctionH20 )

So as of yet we are not sure what to do with this as we need everyone to pre order these before we can build them out.

Only thing we dont have is temperature control, dont really need it if you know what voltage to vape at.

Thats the skinny.

Taking applications for investors now.

As this will change but this is what we are looking at atm price are not set firm. Once we get initial feedback from the videos, we ll gauge to see how to proceed.
