What is right for me based on.....

My circumstances

Hi all,

I currently medicate via cannabutter/cookies, vaporize and tincture

I own the da buddha and davinci ascent vaporizers.
I own magical butter 2 device

My main use is the da buddha which is used daily, I am finding it to be a tad harsh at times and I feel my lungs are getting hit. I would say the da buddha is the best vaporized experience I have had

The davinci ascent, hardly used it. Don't like it. Won't go in to, to much detail unless someone wants me to elaborate but I never got a good hit off it compared to the da buddha and it is rarely used.

I was thinking about adding a water tool or something to add to the experience and give a smoother, cooler hit.

When I have hash made from bubble bags, it is cool and smooth, flowers tend to feel hot and crispy at times, it is nicely cured materials


I am looking in to buying the herbalizer, that seemed to be a good fit based on what I read, the issue I have is getting one in the uk and then you have warranty issues etc. I may wait until 2015 uk release but then if it is distributed to the uk then I would still face warranty issues with delivery and customs as I did with the magical butter


Where does the da buddha sit compared to rivalry vaporizers?

I want to experience my medicine the best I can, if that means buying different tools to do that so be it. Just not sure where to start.

Herbalizer sounds like it would tick the boxes.

I don't mind exploring other vaporizers etc.

Anyone with experience want to jump on this topic and see where it goes?

For starters, I would suggest introducing a water tool to your DBV. Explore vaporbonging to see if it suits you.

You might not need a new vaporizer at all.

With the da buddha just not sure with the temp controls, as you don't know what heat it is on.

Would love the herbalizer, I am traveling to usa this year so could bring one back, anyone in the UK happily using one?

Hey Techmob! How much do you vape? What is your average load and daily consumption through the DB? When I had access to plenty of medication my throat always paid the price, either through water or dry. It's better through water for sure, but then you lose some potency of the hits and tend to vape even more so it gets bad again.

I have found moderation and lower tolerances to be the ticket... I also get much higher and lasts longer! I know vapor is sweet and you can get carried away easily but everything has it's price. I would try using the Ascent a bit more or get a convection portable with a smaller bowl than the DB and start working on that high tolerances if that is the case with you…

On the other hand if you can afford a Herbie and you can go with lower temps perhaps, that might be your way! Go for it!

It can hit you with some harshness, due to higher temps and/or big hits, but it can also be avoided if you're careful. Adding water filtration makes it even easier. The Herbalizer is certainly a top rate model, but if $ is a consideration, it's not really necessary to go that high in price to get smooth hits or a quality vaporizer. You already have good quality with the DBV. It just takes more attention with temp control and technique.

Unless something's changed recently, your UK dealer would be required to stand behind the warranty. Delivery and customs would be the dealer's problem as well.

Do we know if uk dealers are going to distribute or is it going to be international from the USA.

Yes, I do like the da buddha and I don't mind adapting that to help.

As to how much I vape, I do vape allot it is my main form of medication.

I have not measured how much I am doing daily but at a guess I would say on average 3G

The load is approx 1/4 to 1/2 bowl. Grinded.

I think the tolerance is going to make a difference but I am trying to enhance things if possible.
