Sorry for the "spam" but have anyone of you guys ever bought extra batteries or ovens from the squaresmoke webstore? Because in the pictures the parts look like from the 1.0 version.

Having read this entire thread, carefully, I decided to purchase the T-Vape 2.0. The order was placed with Squaresmoke through ebay. The order process was very efficient. As described, this unit is well made. The functional design is excellent and the device works fundamentally flawlessly. It is true that the base of the heating chamber, just above the protruding white knob attached to the battery case, does not heat as efficiently as the upper 3/4 of the chamber, though this doesn't bother me at all. If using a rolled cigarette, it's a simple matter of reversing it when the majority is exhausted and then finish the whole roll. Or, since the rolled cigarette can be fashioned to leave the lower 1/4 empty the cigarette will likely be completely vaporized without reversing. If using loose leaf, then one could simply pack the oven from the battery end and leave a gap at that end. The simplicity of the variable temperature control is also appreciated. Counting the seconds while pressing the button to raise the temperature 1 degree per second is as accurate as I require and eliminates unnecessary complexity, in my opinion. As for the quality of the vaporization I have vary limited experience. However, my experience with the T-Vape may be difficult to be excelled by any vaporizer as it does the job, cleanly, efficiently and effectively. There is nothing left to the ABV except cellulose and other non-volatile plant matter. Cleaning the oven is a non-even†. A rolled cigarette leaves little or no residue. The ABV of loose leaf doesn't really leave much, if any, residue and one sweep of the brush seems unnecessary though I do it because a brush is included in the kit. It would be difficult to imagine any more can be had from the leaf except by combustion, which this unit seems to refuse to do, taking vaporization to the doorstep of burn. I own an MFLB, which I revere, a Firewood 2.1, which is a beautifully fashioned vaporizer, and a Vapman, which I haven't really worked with (someday I'll give it its due), yet this T-Vape will be my primary tool as it's an elegant device in all its aspects. To celebrate its absolute functionality I just ordered batteries from Fasttech. One last comment concerning conduction vs. convection. The T-Vape is, obviously, conduction. But controlled heat is the key and the T-Vape controls the heat incredibly well.

Can we use concentrates with this vape?

After TONS of lurking and researching, I have come to the conclusion that this is the best pen-style vape. I want to look inconspicuous (no bulb or nail) but would also like to be able to use concentrates. I dont see why you wouldnt be able to?

Im assuming I could put some wax in a rolling paper, yes?

Dunno. Perhaps this thread will "re-vaporize" and someone with experience will chime in. Seems possible, though. It's an open ended stainless steel oven.

The wax-on-paper idea might work, but I don't think this is the ideal choice if you want to do concentrates. The pen form factor still doesn't have anything that is really good for flowers, but the market is full of variations that can do a good-to-excellent job with concentrates. Also, the T-Vape is actually a lot bigger than most pen devices, about the size of a whiteboard marker but longer—a lot longer if you use the big chamber combined with the 18650 battery.

pakalolo, Can you name some of those variations? Thanks!

The last bowls I done with the T-Vape was very nice, the taste is improved now, there is only a really small rubber taste from the mp and I improved my technique too!

Now I increase the t° pushing down the button 10s between each draws and got big hits from each draw!

I think there is no t° sensor cause when you do a back to back session (load a already hot unit) you can combust, it's better to wait the unit is cooling down.

The T-Vape is the only one from China to get a mp able to be connected directly to a 14 or 18mm glass joint!

Welp, looks like my Gen 1 T Vape has finally died. Everytime I start the oven it cuts off like there is a bad connection at the rubber seal. Ive made sure the area is clean and screwed on tightly, but still no luck.

It was fun while it lasted.

Any tips for soon to be t-vape gen 1 owner?
Does anyone know if the gen 1 is compatible with the 2.0 parts?

They are. I will commonly use the 2.0 battery with my 1.0 short tube. And my 1.0 battery with the 2.0 long tube.

I am sorry I ment the T-vape 2.0. Sorry for the confusion.
I always forget the 2.0 exist, I normally use my 1.0 battery. I'm sure you'll be able to find a charger that works for pretty cheap if the default doesn't.

I am so stocked about this product! After three days with the t-vape 2.0 my life has gotten so much more humane. I work as a waiter so my weekends are quite busy and stressful. Hence the weed smoking. By getting this product I tought I could keep my addiction and not have to face the consequences. Like getting lung cancer. Well the t-vape 2.0 does more. It makes me feel good about self medicating. Not only the green stuff but vaping chamomille is so much more better than I ever tought.
It's everything that I hoped and wished and a pinch more. It's well made and feels sturdy. I likeit.
