Discontinued Tvape Vaporizer

Are you using the long or short oven?

I recommend loading the herb after heatup, heatup doesn't seem to acknowledge much temperature control.

Combustion is most likely going to occur around heat up, I am curious if it continues combustion if loaded after heatup.

I tested it with the stock battery and loaded it after heat up. It took a little messing around with the button and temperature but i finally got a good amount of vapor production. I found that letting the spring pack the load down a little bit yielded the best results.

I bought a brand new tvape 2.0. Seemed like a good idea. It worked one time. It then failed.
Company offered... to see if it could be returned. They would have to check with manufacture ( I thought i bought it from them) ... they tell me after a week, my tvape 2.0 could be returned and then maybe i could get another. It depends on what they find I guess. I tried another battery no different.
I asked if they could trouble shoot.
I really wished this would have worked... mine was not at all dependable.
It was around a hundred bucks and bought from a "trusted legit source"

How have you guys contacted the folks over T-Vape/ squaresmoke?
I havent recieved any replys yet from squaresmoke and I have quite an urgent issue.
I ended up paying three times for my T-Vape 2.0 +shipping&handling(total almost 600$) when buying it from squaresmokes webstore.

I've tried. I was one of the 10 selected to try the TV 2.0. After I got mine I had some questions that I wanted answered before I posted a review, since I wanted to be sure that I understood the TV before giving an opinion. I never got a response, so I've never really posted my full opinion.

What were your issues?
The T-vape 2.0 was used once.
It now turns on and the red light stays lit for 10 seconds then it shuts off.
It works that way with both batteries. When i put the battery in the red light blinks 3 times. Both batteries are fully charged. A new battery made no difference, I tried to trouble shoot this issue myself.

Same thing happened to me. I went through multiple batteries, and each would cease to work after being recharged. I decided to buy a new charger and that seems to have done the trick. The tvape charger would start out red and take a few hours to turn to green so I assumed it was working properly.

mine worked one time.... I tried new batteries and charger. bought from squaresmoke off ebay. It took a couple days for a response. I contacted them ebay. Squaresmoke, at first told me they would have to contact manufaturer to see if i could return it, as it was used it one time. They then said I could return it and then they should be able to send me another. I really wasn't pleased with that response. Gee i trusted them when i sent my money no questions asked... I have not sent it back. It was a big disappointment. It worked one time. In my business i try to trust my customers and take them at their word, most people are not out to wrong others... My old school the customer is the reason i am able to enjoy my business.

@Rizzalso were those batteries damaged or do they work now with new charger?
still will not work. dissapointing

@justme if you call squaresmoke instead of emailing them you may get a better answer then a "maybe we'll cover the warranty". I know that reply would be past disappointing for me and I'd be pissed off for sure.

Sorry but that's the most help i can be in this situation.

:peace:

Yeah. Nobody is going to come and pick your broken T-vape up. You have to apply a bit pressure to get the things going. I'd reccomend you to call there. I got my issue fixed right away. Also if you send your t-vape back once they have said it's ok they are gonna fix it.

Have anyone bought extra batteries or ovens from the squaresmoke webstore? Because in the pictures the parts look like from the 1.0 version.

Weirdly enough, everything is working again. The only thing I've done differently than before is making sure every compartment is screwed in as tightly as possible. Aside from that, I've gone a day and half, with two different batteries, without a problem.

I am Getting Over my defective t vape 2.0. Sounded like a great idea with a good design. I bought Mine new and it was defective from very first use. I think, that it does not matter what kind of guarantee you have. (s.smoke) pointed out, to me, that are not the manufacture. They would have to contact their manufacturer to see if I could return the item.
Does the distributor really think i believe they have to contact the manufacture to see if a defective item is returnable....to the business i just bought it from... Really ? It's like shopping at wally world and trying to return an item, only for them to say.... got to check it out the manufacturer in china to see if you can return it to our store.. They could have just said no problem... Not all people are out to get things for free. I paid 119 bucks plus shipping .... from a legit distributor.... they could have just sent one that worked, lesson learned.
Thanks company, I probably would have bought more of these for my friends... too bad.
If anyone come up with a work around or a fix lmk. It turns on the right back off, even with other batteries and charger. thanks. Maybe i will just take it apart to see what would have made it work... I might even come up with better design ideas... My customer support will be just that too, supportive to customers, without customers what would you do with your product. Customers first, old school style where a persons word and intention is respected.

What you describe is most likely caused by a bad contact. If the TV isn't properly screwed together or something prevents a good contact, it will simply flash red and turn off. You could examine all the threading to see if there is anything that would interfere with the connection. Failing that, if the TV is useless to you then you could try returning it to Squaresmoke. They did say the might be able to replace it, didn't they? I don't understand the "might" part myself, but isn't that worth a try?

I agree 100%. I was having the same problems as @justme with the vape turning on and then off again in about 10 seconds. I tried buying new batteries and a charger, but what worked in the end was just making sure all compartments are screwed in as tightly as possible.
