Glad to hear it is working well. I am using this tube setup for almost all of my roasting lately. I get so many more hits and the flavor is always great.
It works damn well, even with small amounts.

The joint on my Versa has got an internal crack, right near the heater. I have no clue how it got it, it still works but I can tell its got a bit of loose air.

Bags are still pretty enjoyable but I also broke the bowl for the whip adapter, it got a small crack and when set on the Versa too many times it eventually just cracked more until it snapped.

I also have a small crack on the heater cover, right over the heater. It just kinda showed up one day? It's been like that for a while now but it doesn't seem to effect performance.

I just got my replacement infinity body back from versa, can't wait to fire it up again! Chris didn't even charge me for it because it took a few weeks longer than he would have liked, just wanted to give him props for that since it was 100% my fault that it broke. It's great to have it back, when I get some worthy material in I will disclose a couple of new anti-bong tipping strategies that I will be trying out :D

I've been a bit absent from FC lately, have only had time to mostly lurk lately, you miss a week or two and the backlog gets crazy

But I wanted to post that I also got my Infinity back from Chris about 2 weeks ago. I told him to go ahead and give me the prototype body withe the glass handle. A lot of people, including myself were a little negative about the handle design, but after using it, I have to say it is quite "handy" and I like it. I'll post a picture when I get more time, hopefully soon.

I AM SO HAPPY I GOT IT BACK!!!

I have an Herbalizer and also picked up the Massdrop Evo when my Infinity was gone, I now have a lot of experience with top end vapes and I have to say the Infinity outperforms them all. The only thing I haven't tried yet but want to is a modern day log vape. I was really hopeful the Evo would be a good backup for the Infinity, but I was rather disappointed in it, the Infinity just produces gigantor clouds with minimal material through water tools so effortlessly by comparison. May have to put the Evo up for sale, it's #3 behind the Herbie as it is.

I hope Versa gets this thing on the market soon, people who use the Evo or other vapes for big clouds and a "bong hit" experience may be in for quite an awakening.

I have the same top three @Mister G, but +1 for the sublimator. It took some effort to get the sub operating the way that I like it, but I have to add that it is the only vaporizer I own that can milk glass like the infinity does. I use the sub dry for economy's sake, but through glass the adapt-a-bong is capable of monster hits!

I have a Sub UFO, but have always wanted to try the plug in model. Agree, it also produces big thick satisfying clouds, but my UFO is a lot more cumbersome to use than the Infinity or any other plug in so they're not really comparable. Someday I'd like to try a real sub....and an e-nano or a heat island.

I also have a special place in my heart for the Herbalizer...

I broke the flower bowl for mine the other day :uhoh: Got some 18mm male to male and 18 mm female to female to use as a replacement on the way. I sure do miss using my versa and can't wait until it's up and running again.

You may want to pm chris on the versa forum, to let him know that you are anxious for him to get more in stock at his e-store. It will probably take a while so it's good that you have something on the way now, but there's a few of us that already have so another vote certainly couldn't hurt.

My Versa survived an ISO and salt wash. It had a lot of abv inside of it. Bags are working well and this thing is just delivering like no other. I do wish I had a more convenient bag setup where the bags would just pop off the glass. I would previously remove the bag with the bowl and the abv would pollute the Versa's inner walls and allow vapor to escape.

Its a very small zone for getting the perfect draw speed for bags, but with less than .1g I can get 5 bags on 75v all filled with medium vapor.

My crack on the heater appears to have gotten bigger, its now all the way up to the tip of the joint. But you can't feel the crack just see it.

This thing is probably my second favorite vape for oils. Its phenomenal, easily had a miniscule amount of oil get used in the Hammer first then it ran out of butane and the Versa allowed for 20+ more hits.

Do you have a sub1.0 or 2.0?

This vape looks really great, Does anyone have any ideas when the release date might be?

Chris was supposed to send me one of these after the design was finalized. Never heard back from him again.. kind of like the first time around with the MajikWand.

Between the repair and the dry spell it's been quite a while.

Finally got my male/male & female/female adapters to use as flower bowls. I must say after not using the versa for a few weeks...it's kicking my ass:nod: So glad it's back in action!!
Gotta mess around finding my sweet spot again tho as there's a greater distance from the heater.

At $250 I think they would have done great if they could deliver. Are they having manufacturing problems or something? Seems like the product is ready but not the company?

I'm not sure what the issues at versa are but it is a shame. This vaporizer hits as hard or harder than any others i have owned which include the cloud & sublimator. :2c: I admittedly didn't initially like it at all but after a few tips from other owners about temp etc I love it.

I think they have other things planned for the product unless Chris was just telling me lies about some future ideas and current goals. When was the last time someone actually recieved a response from Chris.

paytonpenn,
Mine has been collecting dust for the last few months. I might get it out this weekend. I find I prefer my e-nanos but it certainly hits hard.

Chris repaired my broken infinity body recently, I got it back a few weeks ago.
Just an update my repaired infinity works great. It hasn't missed a beat, if anything it gained some horsepower. I would say about 5% since I was at 78 before, now my sweet spot is 75 volts.

This vape is worth $300 or more, for the $250 beta price it's a steal. I would feel better if more parts were available on the website, along with new kits for potential customers. I would definitely buy another bowl or two if they were available, my cracked one was destroyed in the accident so I'm really glad I had a chance to buy a backup earlier. Aesthetically I prefer it without the handle, and functionally I see no real need for it -- but I'm sure I could get used to it. While it's nice being in a private club, it's a uniquely powerful vaporizer and I think it would be great if more people could try it; I hope the website gets refreshed soon!
