++++1 You are correct,good observations,and you couldnt have said it better..Yu da man Snackie.If your good at relaying info and designs,I have 2 invitations from 2 vendors here that are welcoming designs and be it that you do have quite a knack for it,should seek out some designs and parlay the info over to them and get these guys on track.Your description of what needs to be is whats missing on our import recyclers.Of course no pressure to correct the glowers just make em an offer they cant refuse

I too got the Kathy Ratchet Recycler yesterday. I think I got lucky because I get a pretty decent vortex 
Perhaps it's the low restriction of the LSV? Anyhow, they pair up very nicely.

I also got this mini yesterday - I might like it more than this one now...but it's a bit early to say. I mainly like that the mouthpiece is a bit longer/farther away from the nail, which makes it a bit easier on my eyes.

I got my Kathy recycler yesterday as well. Its sooooo worth the money. With the right amount of water I get perfect vortexes and recycling without splash back. Can't beat it

Bah, I spoke too soon on my recycler. Couple of hairline cracks in it once I saw it in the sunshine. One is right above the funnel about 1/4" or less and another is inside the downstem about halfway down. It's about an inch long. Neither affect function, but they are there. It actually vortexes pretty nicely and hits like a champ with the solo. Hope it lasts. If not I'm sure another recycler will come along soon that'll catch my eye.

So, I found a new seller on dhgate. He had listed a "ROOR" Gb187. A lot of familiar pieces. All in large lots ONLY 12+. I messaged him about buying a single unit to "test function and quality". He messaged me back within 20 minutes. He was ok with a sample order. Said his brothers' factory makes all of the glass bongs on Dhgate. He is new there. He also gave me a retail website. You are wondering why I have not named the seller yet. The website was selling all of these ROOR knockoffs we see and the GB-187 and GB-186 as authentic Möbius. On their website they claim to be (for over 7 years) OEM manufacturer for ROOR, möbius, illadeplh. I'm not diggin' that. There is even a spot on the site to submit a design for them to make (send pic, they will knock it off). I'm not sure how I feel about that. So to stay within forum rules I won't post pics or even the sellers name.

Pretty sure I found the vendor through googling, on the retail website the prices are a bit higher than DHGate. Don't really feel like messaging the vendor to try to get a cheaper price through DHGate for pieces with logos I don't want.

my g187 arrived from DHGATE sans the ROOR logo. Luck of the draw. Their quality control probably would not pass muster with ROOR, Mobius or any other expensive bong makers. My stem was a little off center. It's perfectly functional as far as I can tell, but not top shelf quality. But for $35 or whatever it was, I'm not complaining.

I've used these 14-18mm adapters and crammed a 6" piece of tubing on the little end, curved down in an upside-down "U" shape. Used a loose rubber band to help it keep it's shape. I was able to keep the ecig upright that way, putting the mouthpiece in the downward-facing tube end. 10 seconds of one tube tip in boiling water can help cram it on or in the 14mm side of the adapter.
I used this common bulb attachment (and still use it stand-alone when away from my bubblers), the base of which is used in the photo you posted. Failing at all the free DHGate glass nails with a small windproof lighter, I used this method successfully for about a month waiting for a Ti nail from kathy and scoring a harbor freight torch.

I wonder if these Chinese knockoffs are seconds or counterfeit? Do the manufactures have their own glass producing factories or is it farmed out to bidders?

funny thing is ive seen this bubbler but w the ONLY difference being the connection thing making the stemless more "sturdy" was slyme, not clear. Thanks @DieHard for beating me to stating the obvious. It is pretty clear that almost all of these pipes are coming from the same manufacture and that everyone offering them is just a distributor.
All of the pieces are the same and most of them even use the exact same stock photos. If they are not all from the same place then we have some amazing glowers doing perfect copies of each others crappy knock offs. Which makes no sense at all!

u guys r probably right w a lot of the more basic pieces i guess?!?! but i just find it hard to say that EVERY glass piece is made in the EXACT SAME FACTORY.... i duuuunno. im sure they r made together A LOT, but i dnt think all of the pieces r made in the exact same factory

To me there's no debating the people at dhgate are distrubutors, not the manufacturers. However there's not 1 single blower but a couple, for instance yingmin5 is working with someone seperate to sunshinestore, hence why there's 2 different quality mobius ion knockoffs. These manufacturers have their own websites but they are all in chinese and will only accept bulk buys.
