Just wanted to say THANK YOU to CentiZen for the extremely open, well communicated, and thorough explanation of the delay. I was never upset about the time, as again, I do understand the supply vs. demand of a very specific and specialized replacement part, but mainly wanted to express that simple communication (good or bad) serves to provide an important level of expected customer service that is vital to ANYONE doing business these days.

I've yet to receive my order, but based on the sincerity and integrity of CentiZen's update/state of operations, I feel confident that it will be here soon enough. And if it's not, I have no doubt he'll do what it takes to make things right.

I appreciate the quality communication!

Here's my feedback for Vapepower HC solo battery:
WOW!!!!!

Also, installing it was very easy.

Just went hiking yesterday evening with a friend, and had the chance to test it. We had like 4 or 5 Solo sessions at the mountain and the battery indicator dropped just from level 7 to 6.

I am really amazed how tough this new and enanced battery is. Will quite probably change my way of using the solo, bringing it back to the top of my vaporizers list :)

Thanks a million CentiZen, you developed something really to be proud of.

I've ordered a HC battery on June the 10th, e-mailed you without getting a response on July the 12th and reminded you on August the 3 of my previous e-mail, neither did i get a response.

I thought i was getting scammed, and searched for a solution and so i got to this tread, where i can read your statement.

Are you aware of people not ordering/getting to know you just by this tread, but also find your batteries with a google search? I'm very sorry to hear that not everything is well with you, but why don't you mail the statement to all your customers that are waiting? Why only on this site?

And why is there still "Please note that due to a large volume of orders, coupled with shipping delays has introduced an estimate backorder time of 2 to 3 weeks. " on your site if this isn't true? I'm waiting for about 8 weeks now and did not get anything from you, but just a order confirmation.

I understand that there are problems, but you really need to communicate with your paying and waiting customers. And not only on this forum.

Eight weeks? That's a problem. I don't know what happened, but if you PM me or email me at sales@vapepower.ca with your order number I'll look into it and take care of that ASAP.

I have been having some issues with my main email provider so there is a good chance I responded to your earlier mails but they didn't get to you. It seems that GMX has been blacklisted by some email providers. I'm switching over to my own domain because of this, please get in contact with me there and I will get back to you right away.

fyi GMX also permanently locks accounts if you don't log in every so often... lost access to a couple sites because of that, so better to get off GMX sooner than later...

Got mine today, you can unscrew your Solo with a #0 or #00 screwdriver. As for the battery, wow. EXTREMELY impressed... Shits on my old battery by far

Glad everything is working out so far!
I placed an order on Aug 1. Still waiting for updates or maybe hopefully I'll find it at my doorstep soon.
I too am from Toronto! Let's hope mine isn't too far behind!

Update on my HC Battery order....(ordered July 4th, asked what was up August 10th). I was told, as I said, in the previous post of mine, that my unit would be shipped out in 3 days and I'd get an email with a confirmation number.....
Didn't ever get that email , so I emailed him again after a week or so, and he apologized once again and gave me the tracking number. It was shipped out August 14th, like he said it would be.
It's August 21st and according to the USPS site, it should be here tomorrow. I paid $27 for shipping from Canada to California.
All in all a good exchange with only 2 mistakes.
I'll let you all know when it arrives and how it works.

I did have a conversation with him on this site. In the end he ended up refunding me through paypal and I bought his battery from planetvape. They fulfilled the order in one day and I should get it tomorrow. So a few hiccups but if the battery works as advertised I am happy.

May I say that @CentiZen has got a really good ethic about his company, communication, and working with individuals personally.
He's working with me right now to work everything out.
Never had a company reply so fast and responsibly. Thanx, vapepower.
(More to come... the goal of vaping with this battery is close at hand !)

I'm afraid not, with the FireFly batteries we are dealing with a different chemistry of batteries that operate at a much higher wattage than the Solo requires, as well as having a custom enclosure and connector. It would be very difficult to make a safe battery that offers any tangible increase in performance to the first party solution.

I was among those who, barely a year ago, ordered my first and only battery upgrade for my Arizer solo model M1A4. Never had any issues with Centizen, battery was shipped fast, and communication was excellent. And i got to say i'm still impressed with the battery, it's a HC 3400mAh. I still can get aprox 16 - 18 12min sessions on heating level 4. :tup: Could never do this with the original solo battery, thank you for this excellent product :cheers:
