Underdog Log Vapes

Well, I was sitting today at office and a coworker just passed by and left me a tic tac box with some wax as a gift! Good thing for celebrating the dog´s day :p

But, I also have some questions, since I've never had wax before, and I don't have a a dab or something similar, just my dog, so I was wondering which would be the best method to consume it?

Was thinking of just mixing it with herb, and then hitting it normally as if it was some hash. But also, I was thinking of bringing the Dog to a higher temperature and using two screens closer to the heat, and use just wax. Or maybe using some cotton?

Suggestions are well received :) and good day to everyone!

Indeed, I got him into vaping, and now he is the one bringing me wax :p

hmm, I don't have GonG (no glass survives my sloppiness), but a short silicon one would do I guess.

Place a small piece of wax inside a small piece of cotton (cotton from a medical or vitamin bottle should be clean). One level higher than flower.

Enjoy!

Making a wax sandwich works really well too. Load a bit of bud then your wax then a bit of bud on top ... you'll get a long lasting head blasting session out of one stem.

Hey we've been getting a lot of messages asking if we're going to be running a birthday special this yeaer so I thought I'd drop in and answer it publicly..

Whooo Hooo,

Just made the plunge and ordered an air core. I have never vaped before in my life and I am a little anxious to see if it is for me. Wish I knew someone who had a UD to try out. I did not want to spend money on all the cheap vapes out there and the log-styles really seemed to suit my approach (low-key, independent, easy to use, artistic) more than other quality models. So, after weeks of research online starting from the bottom working up toward VAP Bros, D' Buddah, Volc., H.I. etc., and then thinking I could still order a PD, RZ, or MZ, this looks like the best purchase I could possibly make.

Grew up in a party family in the 70s and eventually said enough to smoking, but I now had THC in my DNA. I haven't had any flowers, excepting a couple of times, in a few years-- knew my lungs could take no more. But it was like a part of me was gone. Edibles kind of didn't do it - maybe sort of like the Jewish wedding night sheet myth- "It happened, kind of, but I didn't get to see, touch, or taste."

I'm a teacher and haven't been able to settle in with a cadre of folks the likes of the FC gang. We keep moving around- the benefit of which is that at least I got a MMJ card out west here. So thanks to all for participating in such a great and enlightening thread. If it were not for FC, and this thread in particular, I don't know if I would have had the info or confidence to jump into what I am quite confident will be a very fulfilling relationship.

Thanks Dave and Amanda; and A very foggy Labor Day Weekend to you all :)))

Bobby pins make everything easier. Go buy a pack of 100 for like $5 and it'll last forever. I always use them to mix up my stems and get in tight places.

I've also noticed that if you put a small hole in the middle of the weed in the stem (does that make sense?), the weed vapes more evenly and I get a better hit that way. Has anyone else experienced something like that?

is the sale the 3 ash pieces currently on the site at a discounted price?

Haha, how'd you know I'd be going to turn off the office computer and catch me with a question there llamaman?

To answer your question before I get outa here, no the ash pieces are not part of the birthday special.

We'll be putting the birthday special up on the website tomorrow then announcing it here, on facebook, etc.. might be in the late morning (PST) but more likely not till the evening. :peace:

I was fortunate enough to snag this Big Leaf Maple on the last big refresh . I'm diggin' all the eyes on it, which makes for a lot of cool faces. Of course, many which only appear after usage. Thanks again underdog and underdogette.

Interesting, I will try the small hole out. Thanks for sharing cuz I am looking for tips on how to use my soon to arrive UD. Seems that tips are a bit hard to find because the dogs are so easy to use that you hardly need any advice!!!:leaf: :rockon::love::leaf:

Heya Dogs, happy September!

The Birthday Vape special is up and live as promised: http://underdogvapes.com/birthday-vape-2014

We're doing the special a bit different this year with some choices and options so make sure to read the description and then go ahead and get your get on.

We've also posted a refresh with 2-3 dozen new pieces including some real lookers.. I think my favorite is the Dyer Oak one that we posted a teaser pic of a while back.

Wow! Some real beauties up for the birthday special. I like the simplicity of many and the price. What a deal and with free shipping.

We used a UD for over a year after the State Police invasion over two years ago, compliments of Dogville. What a screamer. That baby barked and howled and whined and even purred depending on what we wanted. Excellent craftsmanship and customer service. When a dog goes up on the UD website, it will ship the same or next day from ordering which is the way it should be in todays "give it to me NOW!" world. We put ours in semi retirement once I went on supervised probation. Looking forward to someday getting that big old happy yawn back from our sweet Underdog.

I surely can't speak for Dave but my guess is the birthday sale will last till all or most of the birthday units are sold. After all, business folks have sales to sell their product. The neat thing about Underdogs is they are a win-win type product. Happy sellers and buyers. The thing with well made log vapes is how nice they are to display in your space. Buyers are not only happy with performance and economy of material used and durability but also they are proud of their functional art. Sometimes pride is a good thing.

Good job Dave and Amanda!
