Got shipping email late last night!!!

Now I'm sure I'll obsessively track, check the mailbox and bug the postman. With any luck, the Nano will arrive before the holiday.

I'll keep watching this page too as @ACE OF VAPE has confirmed he was going to get/post a picture. Can't wait to see this work of art!!! Thanks Andy for your efforts (and you too @Snappo ). :)

I thought a timeline might be interesting to other UK/European nano fans:

EMAILS RECEIVED FROM EPICVAPE:

14/08 - "Thank you for registering"
15/08 - Order confirmation email
17/08 - Shipping confirmation email (includes tracking link which takes you to USPS website)
19/08 - Shipping confirmation email (identical to first, no change to dates/location)
20/08 - Reward points email

EMAILS RECEIVED FROM USPS (you can opt into these when you first visit the USPS site using the tracking link):

19/08 - Pre-shipment activity sent to USPS
20/08 - Arrived at Anaheim, CA; "Origin"
20/08 - Accepted at Santa Ana, CA; "Origin sort"
20/08 - Departed Anaheim, CA; "Origin"
21/08 - Arrived at Los Angeles, CA; "Origin"
21/08 - Departed Los Angeles, CA; "Origin"
23/08 - Processed through sort facility at Los Angeles, CA
26/08 - Processed through sort facility at United Kingdom

NOW LOOK WHAT I HAVE GOT!

(I don't think I have worked out how to use imgur properly!)

There was a lovely little note in there from Andy, which was a nice touch and makes me happy.

Also, it was delivered to me at work (the postman does this if I'm not home, since I live and work on the same postie route) and no customs charges to deal with. The last update I had was yesterday, confirming it had arrived in the UK, then it just turned up somewhat nonchalently given the enormous build-up!

Only disappointment so far is nothing to do with Andy or the product; my stuff tastes rank! I guess it will vary depending upon vape style/temperature/blend etc. Looking forward to experimenting!

I'd already bought my UK power supply converter, and have some other bits and pieces on the way, including one of Ed's Pipes and some aromatherapy oils. Fun fun fun!

unique nano you got there scarlettohaira

There had been a problem on the website I think, which let me "order" a fiddleback walnut but the confirmation email never arrived and when I tried again the fiddleback was gone so I impatiently went for the straight walnut. The note Andy included refers to the mix-up, though I wasn't sure he would have even known about it, and hence my unique nano! :)

Greetings everyone!

Anyone here have an eNano AND a Vapman?

I've heard only great things about this vape and I'm considering ordering one.

My only concern is efficiency. The Vapman delivers a strong effect with very little material. It has saved me soooo much money already that it literally paid for itself.

Can someone tell me how the eNano compares with the Vapman in that department?

Thanks! :peace:

@flotntoke has both - Though I don't think he ever used the vapman as a daily driver.

You would never be disappointed you purchased an enano — I love it. The enano WILL SAVE YOU MONEY and is possibly the most efficient vape available.

Steama, I trust your judgment, so I will order it as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Edit:Does it do concentrates? Is that what the "Aromatherapy Cup" is for?

@ACE OF VAPE Can you tell me some more about my lovely nano?

By the way, the fiddleback walnut is showing IN STOCK again on the website... can you confirm it's available? (Not for me, but I'm sure others would be interested!)

It is indeed a unique piece of walnut that is close to the edge of the tree, giving it the two tone appearance. I have a few two-tone Nanos from this tree, the fiddlebacking was just a bonus on your piece.
There is a new fiddleback available on the website. It is a dark reddish one, very different from yours.

BTW here is the first Cocobolo Nano. I call it the screamer for obvious reasons.

That's some speedy service you got there @scarlettohaira just goes to show how much time the UK customs side add to things... result on lack of charges too

Wood is far more resilient than plastic (for being dropped etc)., not to mention a million times more pretty...

Can't get much more affordable than it is for the quality of this thing (product and vapor).
Can't see using plastic instead of wood making it cheaper. Maybe the opposite. It would certainly take a lot away from the beauty of it and make it less special imo.

You know best.
The plastic is more of a high molecular durable type.
Their are many different types of plastic!
(not the low grade type)
This would bring the price down considerably REGARDLESS.
Please do not miss understand me!
Labor saving as well!

True, but I believe the thermal properties of wood play a big role in the Nano's performance. I don't believe it would be the same machine with a plastic exterior.

Sorry only facts!

My mistake

Back on topic, I love my new nano...

yes sir mr Low... I have been stalking this thread and the EVO but this won out... and I am sure glad it did.

I feel exactly the same. I too had been hanging on for the EVO for a while now, but with the 110V issues I started to look else where for a desktop.
Boy am I pleased I did now...

I honestly don't see anything the EVO could offer me (personally) that the nano doesn't deliver in abundance, apart from it maybe being a more cumbersome, ugly unit that would be prone to breaking and using up all your herb quickly.

I'm already considering, at the back of my mind, what wood type to get next ;)
