Really expressive....! I wish I had your talent for that. It seems like good therapy too. Have you ever considered giving classes? Just free form, come right from the creative mind, explore and redeem. People want to get in touch with their internal landscape.
Speaking of landscape (made this by photo in Nebraska - fairly innocuous set of trees - increased contrasts, brilliantized the sky, cropped and rounded and 'framed'; you can spend hours absorbed in playing with images...)

@Dejavu - RE: 'sense'

I'm going to get a bit arty on you, so excuse my french.
  • I think we have similar thinking when it comes to abstract art. Your use of patterns and rhythm in the composition reminds me of my own style. It's very evenly spaced, has a good rhythmic flow, doesn't bleed you off the page, the pattern is neat, and has a very interesting choice as to where your eye is guided compositionally through contrast.
    • I used to do similar types of drawings when I was first experimenting with hallucinogens as a wee ol lass. My choice of hallucinogen was LSD.

Thank you for that! My preference was home-cooked mescaline and many cigarettes :lol::lol:
I really liked your digital art also! Post more!

Sooooo sick! Your style is flawlessly reminiscent of early ska/punk/psychadelic 60s music posters. Loving it!
thank you! I have enjoyed my psychedelia in the past for sure!.. and some present to accidentally lol.

while in school for graphic arts I found a short niche making posters for local music shows... I have 3 laptops now and not a single one works for various reasons ... so ive delved back into phisical media as ive been forced to reject digital media lol.

positivity is suiting you very well! lol (from depressimistic thread):tup:

comments like that keep me showing off what I have simply tossed or pitched or thrown away in the past. I give away alot of art too... but not for some time until recently.

I blame this community :rant:
for the best!:rofl::lol:

Thanks man, positivity is positively great! haha
I give away a lot of stuff also, and sometimes I think 'Maybe I should RESPECT MY WORK and keep it!' but I also LOVE the feeling of running into old friends who say 'Hey man, I still have your drawing/painting on my wall!' or 'Hey i've still got that old sketchbook you gave me' and its amazing to know that someone cherished it and remembered the gesture :)
As soon as I do a piece, it's the worlds. I set it free :)
Always show off your stuff, it's refreshing to see such a vibrant and energetic style being executed so well! I'm a fan, dude
