the day before yesterday Inhalater send me an email that my units have been shipped and they will provide me tracking number soon.yesterday they told me again that they shipped via airplane and in short time they will give me tracking number...before some minutes they send me a 3rd mail asking for my adress...

part of the top rim has been removed from the XP to allow the cap to click into the top of the INH05....
With the XP you were only able to see a small portion of the chamber sleeve but now on the INH05 you can see much more of the white chamber sleeve {assuming it is still white}.... once the screen portion of the polymide cap slips down past the sleeve opening it is in all the way..... you should almost feel a small click or bump when inserting it...... it is now normal to see more of the polymide because that extra lip has been removed to make way for the improved cap/cover.....

As far as you comment about number settings.....you like me were one of the lucky ones who got the Q2 "BEAST" and it's lower ranges were simply not there.... our Q2 set to #2 on the dial was the same as the now #5....there abouts...... I like you haven't found the lower settings to be useful but I'm told there are folks out there that love to tease themselves at those lower temps......

This question will likely be difficult to answer now that so much time has passed but.....have you noticed anything different about the experience {buzz}..?

gotcha about the capsule. so trimming it down would be a bad idea? i ask because i almost never fill the capsule to capacity. i usually fill it about half way.

regarding the buzz... seemed normal to me. what i did notice was that the flavor seemed to last a bit longer than i remember. my xp would taste nice the first couple of pulls then sorta bland. im getting 5-6 nice pulls now with good flavor.

Inhalater is the best company...They ask me 90$ for shipping and then they ship my units with 66 $ service which i can see from the tracking number they gave me...so they just ninja almost 30$ like i find them on the streets or something...and i bet they wont be returning this money or sending something worth 20$...This is pure BS...a company that tries to make extra money charging for shipping more than the post office charges and then showing it to the customer as well...

Some more thoughts...

This thing is really powerful. Its perfect for someone switching from combustion. Seriously easy to use, and the temperature control is nice to experiment with. Maybe its also the new stuff I got is good, or its the higher temp (7), or its because I'm tired, but its hitting me hard. no kidding I tried to time my session like five times and just kept forgetting to check the clock when it shuts off. I think it can satisfy two people sharing.

Quick heat up and cool down time means you can turn it on for a couple of hits, and then turn it off and take cool down hits when you're done and leave the rest for later. It won't taste great, but it works.

I'm using the capsule with the air hole, and again, i'll say the enano basket screens are a perfect fit. I think everyone is going to want to get the aero capsules over the regular ones. The vapor can get kind of hot at higher temperatures.

Agreed; the quick heat and cool is the best part. Quick few puffs sesh; off and cold. Nothing wasted on heat-up or cool-off.

I almost like not having labels on my dial, I use a ridge on the plastic for my start point, then just work it up as hits become thinner.

I think my method of a little cotton, grass, then another small cotton pad is going to help keep my unit in 100% mint condition. I've been using it for a week like a madman, and the unit's heating chamber is spotless and my first capsule is still immaculate. I would recommend this method to everyone. Cotton can be used for a few chambers then swap it out.

Just wondering, does anyone hear more than one click (the one where you turn it on from "Off") when turning the temperature knob? I was looking at the Indiegogo campaign and saw it said "30 satisfying clicks spreaded on a scale of 1 to 9..." My unit only clicks once so I was interested.

Mine only has the one click. Though the motion of the knob is rather stiff, there are no clicks other than the off switch.

i find that mine takes longer to warm up than the LED indicates. ill put it a 7 and let the LED go solid and then give it a pull, but i do not get much vapor. if i set it down for another 30 secs the pulls are fuller. is anyone else experiencing this?

so here is my gong solution

and here it is inserted in my 05

this setup worked amazing once it warmed up.

They are promising the clicker temp knob since forever for the 005... And that's the least of the things they say and don't do... :/

I like the dial though, its not loose. You wn't be changing the temperature by mistake.

I just fully charged my inhalator and will tell you how many sessions it can handle probably tomorrow. It took a long time to fully charge. 10+ hours

I do recognise that they fit everything firm and nice. That was one of the reasons I used to love my 004!
Those charging times though made me sell it and get back to my second era with the Solo... I went for a week to a small island camping by the beach and could only access electricity every two days or so. I used my iPhone 1A plug and I had to wait for several hours in a fast food restaurant to wait for a charge! Never made it to full charge! Sold it right after that and I can see things aren't getting better with time.

Another great PRODUCT review.

I'm happy the dial isn't a click type since it would have limited the adjustment levels somewhat. Good move Inhalater, to adopt an improvement rather than sticking to the original design which would not have been as good. Can't think of a faster evolving vape.

I opined way back that the xp was overall top portable, but the 005 did improve in every area, except the charging challenge. But then again, how many other portables have on the fly battery replacement?

Thanks for the link. Nice review.

"The unit stays on for about nine minutes before auto shutoff, and on a full charge the battery lasts me all day with moderate use."

Does anyone have any data on, say, average aggregate minutes per charge, based on certain temps? I haven't used mine for more than a few minutes at a time without doing at least some recharge, so I have no idea how much time I'd get out of a full charge if I were out of the house.

It's a little disheartening to see so many people jump to Inhalaters defence when their customer service is so atrocious. Yes they're a small company and they're working hard but that doesn't excuse it. Perhaps instead of moving into a swanky new office they could have hired some more help?

I've been lurking in this thread for months now, excitement building. I jumped on the indigogo campaign pretty swiftly and not long after I managed to talk a friend into doing likewise. We read of the delays, disappointing but what can you do? We both received the colour choice email a month ago from Frederick, started to get pumped again! I replied and asked to double check my address, no reply but didn't think too much of it.

Inhalater announced they'd start shipping soon so I grabbed the contact email from their website and again asked to confirm my shipping address. No reply. Five days later my friend received his tracking number so I emailed again, still nothing. He now HAS his inhalater (which I talked him into purchasing) and I can't even get a reply. I'm 4 emails deep and I've finally quit my lurking in hopes that I'll get a response on here.

I've tested his 05, it seems to work very well and I'm jealous! Seriously guys, please get back to me. This is to the point that I'd just like the order cancelled, it has gotten ridiculous. To all the people blindly defending this company, please keep in mind that others experiences may vary drastically from your own. I run a small business myself and I sometimes forgo sleep to reply to emails. It sucks but that's what you have to do to succeed.

NF nice to see you are still looking in on us.....good to hear from you again.....I also felt the same about the beach thing so I bought 2 units for both my GF and I.....but now with them delivering on there earlier promise to be able to swap batteries on the FLY...... much less of a concern for sure......
USB port in lock down....swapping batteries on the fly.... come on now lets give credit where it is due...:peace:
OK in their efforts to provide longer battery life they inadvertently inherited a longer charging time.... go figure...sounds to me as though a new ICU able to deliver the higher amperage might address that issue..

It is my assumption, that you not only sent emails... but that you also attempted
private messages to BOTH @Inhalater and to @Inhalater CS
If you have done so and not gotten a response, then it is understandable that you reach out as you have.

If you have not done so yet, then perhaps your public attempt to catch @Inhalater or @Inhalater CS eye is premature, as a private message could potentially be more easily noticed than a public attempt.

A note.
Many defend the company because those that complain about it expect every company they deal with to follow a business model they are used to and prefer.
Truth is a company can run things any way they choose.
If they are not on the same page as a customers desired business model, the customer has the right to move on, and even has the right to voice that things did not go as they are accustomed to things going. They do not have the right to demand that a business owner run things the way they want them to be.
I think THAT is when the people here jump to Inhalater's defense.. when it feels as though a customer is not just "moving on"... but rather harping on, and repeating their view.
That behavior brings out the defensive part of a user.

I agree. I got results from them by calling them. Then they asked if they could text me. I said yes, got a text that they'd send me a tracking number by end of day. They didn't. Next AM I texted again, politely. An hour later I got emails and text with tracking numbers. 48 hours later I had the package.

Their communication is bad as is whatever they use to keep track of statuses for their website. But, they appear to be honestly trying to get units out. Right now being a polite but persistent squeaky wheel yields results. You shouldn't have to do that, it sucks, but my experience is that's how you get results from them, at least right now while their systems and communications are in product-launch-mode chaos. Good luck...start with a phone call...

Can someone with an 05 please post pictures of the heating element .. While I want this unit I hate how bud can just fall out of the whatever you call it and into the heating element. This is why I love the PNP so much because the bullet helps to avoid mess.

There is no heating element to see.
There is a slick walled chamber, with a screen at the bottom.
There is no mess.
Inhalater is so much neater and cleaner than my PNP.
The capsule is bothe the mouthpiece and chamber... and it serves as the pinnacle bullet would, only mouthpiece is already attached.

Not to mention the inhalater even on the highest setting is still 1/50th less harsh than the PNP. I really dont understand how you guys use that vape dry. One session on the PNP made me feel like I smoked 50 blunts back to back. Inhalater I could do multiple loads and still be fine. Inhalater is a MUCH better product.
