Ah ok. I think I will continue to wait then. Unless if I can put that code in and get a glass capsule and a adjustable aero capsule instead of the 5 regular ones?(I have a ton of the regular ones) can we work something out @Inhalater @Inhalater CS ??
I believe the standard boxset comes with 1 standard capsule and 1 aero capsule even though it says 2 standard on the website. I PMed Inhalater about it and they said we would get one of each.

Yeah but the aero is a regular one with a hole drill on the side, it's not the adjustable one we see on indiegogo!!!

ElPic,

Solod out.
I think its both ups and Canada post. Its always like that for packages I order from the U.S. the Canada post tracking website is faster updating than usps.

If you get the aero one already then just give me a glass one instead of the 5 capsules ;) . I just want a little push to order it :) . I'm getting by just fine without it but I miss my flowers on the go.

As soon as I get some meds I will post my review. Somebody helped themselves to all of mine. I hope to do my review tomorrow!
I will take this moment to point out that Vape Dr. has lost all of his meds, but that is not all. His place was robbed, and his vaporization tools were stolen.
If you want to talk to Vape Dr. about his unfortunate incident, send him a message!

Thank you all for your kind words.
I should mention the only vaporizer not taken was a brand new G3.
Interesting isn't it? After a poor review. Makes you think....

Does anyone else feel like they have been/or are being led around in a circle by @Inhalater?

Let me explain at least what I have been thru to come to this conclusion.

On 7/30/14 I placed my initial order at Inhalater. I knew then from this thread that it was at/almost at the point of being ready to supposedly ship even though the web site made no mention of this. In fact, if you didn't know about FC one would reasonably assume that the unit was in stock, especially from a manufactures web site.

On 8/6/14 I initiate an email to Inhalter asking about my order status. I was told in the next day reply that it would ship 8/8/14. Of course a post in this thread that Friday indicated shipping would commence the following week and I knew that promised 8/8/14 ship date slipped away. One thing I did expect was a generic email from Inhalater to all that ordered what was up. Nope.

Here we are 18 days after I placed my order, no less than 4 back and forth emails with each promising a tracking update and the latest requiring a shipping address for verification in addition to my order # which was sufficient in previous correspondence??? Why? Did I mention the PM's that have yet to be answered also. Mind you now, my order 'shipped' technically according to my emails and it shipped via expedited post. That's 4 days to US address. I actually live 8 hours away from Montreal. After 6 actual mail delivery days it should be in my hands now.

So am I right, an endless circle or what actually??

Not I. I feel like a small company is doing all in it's power to serve a very demanding population.. and doing it pretty well from where I sit.

2 and a half weeks does not seem endless.

It is my true feeling that Inhalater is doing a smashup job of conducting business on a scale that exceeds the size and duration of the companies existence....
... and yet many expect the business to perform as though it had been up and running a dozen years.

There are I am sure a few exceptions, where the company may take longer, but it has been my experience that everyone feels they wait too long, and everyone wants a response yesterday.

I wish I could see it like you, and I would except for one thing I see lacking....that's communication. If you post and solicit forum members to send a PM for tracking info and then follow up on members PM's inquiring about tracking with dead silence by not replying to those PM's then you have a large disconnect in my book.

It is endless if every response you get back from @Inhalater is the same promise over and over without delivering. In this case, a tracking number. I have an account that says the item is still 'processing' yet I'm told repeatedly that it has shipped and that I will be given tracking info. That has happened 4 times now. I have nothing. The tone of the emails have been very apologetic, that I'll give them. But don't keep telling me you'll send a tracking number and never do it.

I sat thru the DaVinci Ascent roll out....and while it was hard, we got honest answers.....not at all like this which at this stage of the game seems like a delay tactic.

I pray my unit is trouble free, because I'm trying, or trying not to actually, think of the scenario if one has to return a unit for service/replacement.

I'm back to hoping, because there is not much else I can do, that @Inhalater has sent the unit as they stated.

I am with you, in hoping this gets resolved in smooth order.
I just feel that you are not being served up a delay tactic.
Nobody wants their order to fall between the cracks... that is a given, but it sounds like this may be the case.
Your posts will not fall on blind eyes... Inhalater does catch up and read them all.
Maybe this will push things forward.

I like to keep a positive attitude about things.....so I'm hoping that it gets resolved. I wish no ill will to @Inhalater in any way at all. Actually I wish them success in their endeavors.

Removed. Addressed by Inhalater

More importantly, my unit has no label on the power control at the bottom. I don't know what temperature my unit is on at all.

Also, changing the battery is a serious fault point. the base of the battery receiver is only connected by one of the thinnest ribbon cables I have ever seen. I will be amazed if it doesn't break after swapping the battery a number of times.

@Inhalater Come on.

Hi everyone,

Please rest assured the AIR CAPSULES are an extra perk that were added to your contribution acting as a goodwill, it does not replace the AERO CAPSULES, which will be shipped shortly at no extra shipping cost with the rest of the remaining perks.

Thank you all for your constant support and patience.
