Mike went with the cone style base so the water would magnify the fillachello. Added on the marble feet to give some more stability to it since I'll be using it with an EVO. Really like the color on the mouthpiece.

Im seeing improvement every time a new piece is posted. I plan on getting more from him in the near future. Everyone has been satisfied so far, its a beautiful world.

I am more and more excited every time someone posts a new piece. I am not sure if it is improvement as much as it is getting to see the diversity of each one. They each have their own flare that appeals to different people, all of them awesome.

I am surprised that only recyclers have been ordered so far. I am interested in seeing some different styles like Klein and incycler.

I am also planning another order and thinking of a smaller incycler as an oil rig.

Im thinking next time will not be a recycler but a donut perc and worked. Thats all i got for now.

Just a heads up, he had to go out of town unexpectedly for personal reasons. I bet you hear back from him within a few days.

I'm taking the plunge too and waiting to hear from him. I'm pretty excited!

What do you guys think about honeycomb diffusion with a recycler? Is it Overkill? I don't even know if he can do it... Just wanted to get some opinions because I have never used a recycler. This would be almost exclusively for flowers if that makes a difference.

I wouldn't go there. To me, getting a good recycling action has pretty specific requirements that another layer of diffusion would mess with. If the blower took that into mind, it could probably be done without harming the functionality. But I don't see any benefit to balance the downside. just my 2 cents.

I had a recycler with a 100 honeycomb, and found that the drag wasn't worth it. my least favourite out of the recyclers i've owned, fucked with the cyclone way more then any other perc :2c:

+++++1 @syrupy You hit it on the head!! I had read from a glower from DELTA 9 that they were using HC and it was overkill and screwed up the vortex action BIG TIME. Inlines seem to be the preferred perc on a lot of glowers tool kit for recyclers. From what I see here, this guys work is TITS. Waiting for some CN glass to get here and then on over to putting my nose to the grindstone and work my butt off to drum up some coin for this artists work....VERY NICE!!

Ive spent A LOT of time with my recycler. Its everything I could have ever asked for and more. I can do so many water levels and even flooded out to the max I still get no splash. The vortex is one of the biggest Ive seen besides old school HAMM pieces and it functions perfectly. Ive got some e-nano and dab vids for yall, Im just waiting on a buddy to email me them. Ill post a ton of pics though soon here. If you want a high quality affordable recycler, get a distilled glass piece.

Got my function video, and pics with the piece fully complete. I had no idea the mouthpiece was going to look as amazing as it does. I love the magnification/reflections of the fillachello in the base.

Initially Mike quoted me $225 to do a piece with the fillachello base. We talked as the piece was started and I told him I could bump the budget up to $275, and he added the work on the mouthpiece.

It looks like the piece slides a little bit in the function video, but it'll be locked down securely on a nice mat when safe at home :) It looks plenty sturdy enough to hold the EVO though.

It ships out tomorrow, while I wait, I'm:

really love the form of that last recycler! it has a smaller upper recycling chamber then his other ones so gives that sexy sexy tight fast spin. and such a convenient base! how sturdy is it with the weight of those glass ball/pad/things? will it tip leave set it down with a vape left on ? ?

Evo is my daily driver too, i'll have to pm to hear how the weight is :D

I hope to answer all of those questions in just a few short days :)

I imagine it will be very sturdy. Mike knew I would be pairing it with the EVO. That's actually why he suggested the marble feet to begin with. In order to give it more stability since he went with the smaller cone style base to magnify the fillachello. You'll notice most of the others in the thread have a flared base for their stability.

The marble feet just widen its stance for the added stability. And I'll have it on a silicone pad so it won't be sliding anywhere.
