Discontinued The Herbalizer

I just finished reading this entire thread. Great info. FC turned me onto the Cloud and its still my fave. I am an occasional recreational user and the Cloud and Firefly work great for me. My wife is a frequent medical user. She has MS and a few other medical conditions. She had part of her lung removed and has emphysema. She has problems drawing hard enough to get good hits from the Cloud so she has gone back to the bong. Herbie seems like my path to get her to vaporize. It appears that with fan assist that Herbie will power a HT so that she can hit it like a regular bong. Right? All sales are final so I don't want to spend big bucks on something that she can't hit like the bong she is used to. Thanks for any responses.

I have hit my Herbie with three different pieces of glass (2 HT's and one tube with a double perc). With none of them would the vapor be pushed through by the fan itself...it needed me to get it going. Once you inhale with the fan on it acts like a siphon somewhat and is an easy pull. The HT's were easier than my tube (I don't think the fan made the pull on the tube any easier...but it has a lot of volume and two big percs). The fan assist with the whip is a breeze and takes no effort. I'm now using thicker tubing with a wider path and the pull is fantastic. I prefer it to using it with glass because the pull is so effortless. I am now honking on it as hard as I want with the thicker tubing and getting a full hit faster than any other vape I have ever used. I can start and finish a session with Herbie and cache a full bowl in about six to ten hits (depending on the strain) and be done with it in less than a couple of minutes from start to finish. I have been running everything through water for years until now, since I love this bigger tubing. I hope that helps!

I can get herbie's fan to push my ssv bubbler to bubble without drawing, but just barely.

It's like this (zero resistance), with a sherlock mouthpiece.

@stickstones Are you using 3/8" ID tubing? What are you using as a mouthpiece? Does the stock one still fit?

I haven't looked it up yet. It's the obnoxiously thick tubing that came with my beta Baker. When I first saw it I laughed and thought 'who in the hell will want to suck on that monstrosity?' But I couldn't find my old SSV tubing so I gave this stuff a go...and I like it! The stock one still fits, as it goes inside the connector, whereas the thicker tubing goes outside the connector. At some point I will figure out the diameter of the tubing I use, but I would prefer ti be just a tad thinner for a tighter connection. I suggest going with the SSV tubing like others have done.

It depends on the size of the piece. I have a 10mm dabbing rig that I use with the herbie (A little tubing on the joint lets me slide the stock whip mouthpiece in and out of the seal easily like a slide) and the fan assist will basically power the entire thing for me. One millisecond of pulling to get the first bubbles through and after that I can just sit back and let it work for me.

I'm sure if I looked around online I could find one exactly like it.

Good luck with your new Herbie! :)

I concur. It's kinda scary how awesome this vape is.

The sky's the limit with this technology. Can't wait to find out what the future holds. :)

Well may be an herbalizer standard edition with improvements such as:
-top lid attached differently (i does not bother me at all like it is)
-a powerfull airflow getting rid of all unstable results bags experiences
-Does the air intake is filtrated in herbie? if yes, what about the maintenance for user about the filter?

For whip function, the 3/8"IDx1/2"OD tube for a long whip instead of 1/4"IDx3/8"OD and suppression of EQ elbow upgrades the airflow and the milking, like breathing. The pressure in fan mode is increased too.

science/ the diameter leads to a maximal airflow speed in the tube by the viscosity and reynolds number describing a flow, the bigger diameter, the bigger speed. /science

At the end of the hit, the upper screen is oftenly to always stuck with particles, so i blow back in the tube, simple as that and plug it back for another hit.

Enjoy fellows vaporists.

So just got my 7th floor ssv whip ... And for filling balloons .. This thing is awesome. I was kinda hating on the herbie because it couldn't fill bags without leaking (leaked vapor makes my room smell .. People were able to smell it) but when using a little piece if the ssv whip... Wow .. Not one trace of leaked vapor. Now I need to find a glass adapter that will fit into the whip and the other end a male 14mm connection for my glass piece. That makes sense, right? That should enable me to use water filtration I'm thinking

7th floor has both 14mm and 18mm ground glass connector that fit their size of whip tubing. Various vendors sell them. I just ordered some from VaporNation. I'm sure there are other options out there as well.
