What have you all been setting your evo to for kief and dry hash?

Had decent results with the dry hash at 2 and 3. Not too dense though and doesn't hit me harder than bud. I have no experience with concentrates. It might not be great hash but it should still hit harder than bud, right? Think i'll try some on max tonight.

Tried a very small amount (around a pinch) of kief at max with a good heatsoak. Wow! An almost instant whitewall of dense vapor! i got the sweats after, which has been rare for me. Only problem is it was pretty harsh and tasted a bit nasty. Is there a possibility of smoke/vapor hybrid like some of you have been discussing or is it just nastiness from using super high temp? Mighy try lower temp next time although I have a feeling the results, apart from flavor, won't be as good.

VaporStore has it for $419.99 less 15% code fuckcombustion = $356.99 + sales tax in Utah.

Used units on classifieds $320, another one $350 includes a nail and 2 extra ELBs. VapeXhale told me their warranty does not transfer and is honored for the original customer, which I guess is whomever registers their device first with VX. So, I'm leaning towards a new unit. I live in CA so I'm leaning towards VS rather than VN.

The extent of the whistle is due to very fine variations in the diameter of the bamboos coupled with the force of the air intake. It will vary with your setup and technique.

I use this flat cord, purchased from eBay. It's definitely better than the stock cord. That said, I also have other round cables that are just as easy to use as the flat one. Depends on the materials used.

The double-cap is made by crushing flat an ELB cap (using something like a Sharpie) and inserting it into a Q elbow-screen. IMO the VXN is much better.

The MassDrop price was $449.99 plus shipping or something like that. and it came with 1 of 2 HTs 2 elb 2 VXnails and a hydrafoot. something like $730 value for 500 or so.

I will say this.

This thing is a HEAVY HITTER and the piece you want to pull out when you really want to get ripped. I can pull on this thing as hard as I can and not a drop of water comes up the mouthpiece. I cant say that about many pieces. Off the vape, you can pull water up with some effort but with a vape in the mix and that little bit of restriction, it pairs nicely.

Now I need one of these I can put TWO Evos on.. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Did the last massdrop have a no hydratube option that was relatively inexpensive? I already have an evo and don't need another hydratube but having a backup evo is something I would consider if the price is righ especially considering mine is currently being repaired. I hate buying things as a backup... Really really really hate it but I think I hate being without my EVO more. I'd rather wait to see what new technology might come out because I can always buy another evo whenever I need at full price.

If the price is low enough without hydratube or low enough with some awesome hydratube I don't have then this will be a hard decision for me.

Welp, I'd rather use my own glass than a Hydra Tube, so I didn't cancel my order. According to UPS tracking, it's out for delivery today. Thanks to everyone for the helpful info and feedback!
