Discontinued Indica Vaporizer

Indica Vaporizer

President
Manufacturer
@AtmoskZero, we have been in open communication which you are welcome copy and paste. As of last week you stated " Thank you for your prompt response......I am certainly willing to give your product another chance in the future" My previous response to you was last Friday. I'm hoping to have your replacement Indica shipped shortly. If there is any specific concerns regarding the credibility of my commitment, you would be the first to see this occur. I take pride in Indica and in the promises my company makes to it's consumers. Please feel free to PM me and we can discuss this one to one.

For the benefit of @AtmoskZero, he had requested early on a refund which I had mistaken for a replacement. The matter is resolved. I only request that if there is "true" issue, please work with me directly. I stand by my earlier words and commitment.

I'm watching the thread and seriously want you all to be content with not just the current models but the future iterations. Thank you all for the input and suggestions. They have made my job as a developer/manufacturer that much stronger and responsive.

I know I've said as much before, but feel the need to step in here and say that @Indica Vaporizer is exceptional among manufacturers, both for his determination to make the Indica the best device that he can, and for his dedication to making his customers happy. I was an original beta tester and frankly, the first attempt wasn't a success. Instead of sending a flawed design to market, IV kept changing it not just until it worked, but worked really well. His customer service speaks for itself, as anyone who reads this thread will see. I'm really looking forward to see how the next stage advances.

Hey @Indica Vaporizer, I'm loving the product so far. It took a few sessions, but it's good now. I was wondering when my order of the accessories bag will come through? My pre production indica does not come with a bar in the mini chamber, so it's a mission trying to get that sucker out haha. Again loving the product!

I know I've already told a couple of folks in pm's but I wanna say it here for everyone to see... I received my new replacement last week and now that I've got my hands n lungs on a properly working unit, I could not be happier!! The Indica is a mean little machine and its been in heavy use ever since it arrived!! In fact I have only turned on my No2 twice since my Indica arrived and that's when the it was being charged. I truly think it's one of, if not the best portable device that I have tried. If your on the fence about getting one or it's on a wish list and you can't decide which one to buy. Do your self a favor and go with an Indica. Other than a great, new portable device that can provides both great tasting light vapor as well as vapor that is rich n thick, you will also get some of the best customer service to ever exist!! How many companies do you know of where their president handles customer complaints and issues them self's on a personal level just to make sure the customer is happy so the company looks good! And I seriously doubt you'll find another company so willing to send out replacements based solely on the customers word and not ask the faulty device to be returned for an inspection by their people.

Yea I really cant wait to try out the black version with removable battery! My favorite vaporizer is getting a much needed upgrade and its the 2 things I wanted changed! Doesent get any better than that and like everyone is stating, Mike will go above and beyond what he needs to do to make you a happy customer. Ive NEVER received as good as support as I have with Indica with any other company. It makes me laugh because with other companies when you try to contact support youll get some random no body who might not even know what they are talking. Not with indica, anytime I have contacted them it has gone straight to Mike and he is always ready and willing to help with useful information.

Best vaporizer company IMO.

Absolutely @TNT_error! People just don't realize how small the Indica really is.
It is nearly the size of a MFLB without the battery and stem!

With the Stem, battery/batteries, And the MFLB it is about equal to the size of a MFLB with less pieces to carry

Which would you rather carry around in your pocket.....

IMO the Indica is definitely the smallest most convenient, heavy duty portable vaporizer on the market.

My mflb is taking a indefinite hiatus now haha. You get a long, good session with the indica. Sometimes I'm fully baked, but that sucker keeps on going haha. Damn @Vape Dr. ! That black indica looks so smooth. When will that version be released? :o

The black Indicas are tentatively scheduled for release in October if all goes well.
They are extremely nice, it is a very durable black powder coating, as an alternative to the stainless steel Indicas available currently.
The current Indicas are stainless steel. They are not chrome dipped as is a common misconception.

Is there a difference between the black version and the silver version? I'm waiting for one and it's killing me.

Yes, the black beta units have larger air paths and the replaceable batteries. The enlarged air path is quite an improvement! Better taste and more vapor production.
Maybe i'm confused but indica said the silver unit is different than the regular stainless steel version. I think it's a beta. Is that the same as the black one or are you unaware of it?

Edit: also what kind of battery is the replaceable?

The ones I have received prior are stainless steel. The black beta units are powder coated.
I cannot comment on the battery as of yet.
When I am able to, I will answer all of your questions and more, I promise you that.

The chamber is the same size which is about perfect. The oven will hold .25-.3 with a spacer and up to.5 without a spacer.
Do you know if there will be a way to upgrade/trade-in an older model Indica for the new black one. I'm also pleased to hear that the air path is larger!

@OMEiAM I will find out and let you know!:)
@TNT_error The unit is amazing! I was testing battery life and it does not get hot during a full 10 minute session. It seems a bit cooler though all in all, maybe not by much but a little. The rubber mouth piece tip is a very nice addition to keep the mouth piece cool! The black powder coating seems to keep the unit a tad cooler (or at least it seems that way). But IMO it feels like it radiates less heat through the body.

I can not wait for this thing to come out! @Vape Dr. You could sell the shit out of these vapes haha. Has mike mentioned anything about price? I really hope it doesn't end up in the 250 category as the other high end portables.

Lol, @TNT_error He's trying to keep it around the same price as the original units.
With the new black Indica, not only does the vaporizer have many more features, but the box will include extras as well!

Damn. Took me a long time to catch up on this thread, but I've now read 100% of it. I've had the unit a week, and have been *trying* to use it exclusively.

I have the new black unit, and I find there is a lot to love about this little guy.

I've also found I've had some mediocre sessions, and then a few *excellent* sessions. I'm blaming the difference on user error, and just need to practice more. :) MORE PRACTICE!!1!

I'm not ready for a full review yet, but I do have a few thoughts collected. I'll post more once I have had a chance to collect my thought, but overall, I think I need to expand my quiver. :)
