Would this work using my 14mm gong from planet vape?

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Micro-Showe...520?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1c4240ed00

1 x OEM Glass HydroTube Attachment (does not include Pong Adapter)
Technical Specifications:
Length: approximately 5 in
Width: approximately 1 in
Female End fits any 14 mm Male Adapter

It's cheaper than the hydrotube that comes with PONG ADAPTER. I plan to use it for my SOLO 14mm. It's also much cheaper than the ones selling for 70 that include pong adapter, not sure if that's for someone who owns the pinnacop pro
How did you find this. Does ebay have more of these $40 is very reasonable and it looks like it's small

I love that little diffuser. Is it as good as the fbomb

Thanks for the additional information, that seems to fit the pattern. How old (in both months and recharge cycles)? I get it that they both might be 'educated guesses'.

TIA

First off welcome. I think you're on the right track with Solo, and sure not to be disappointed.

PIU will match prices if money is really tight. Ed is your 'go to stem guy'.

Looking forward to your opinions on the Solo.

Do any of you have the xhale? It's big and it's awesome! Thanks for the welcome. What is PIU

PIU is PuffItUp.com. They are one of our favorite vendors around these parts.

Welcome to FC, by the way, LImom! Just so you know, I've merged your last three posts as we try to avoid back to back posts. I sen't you a PM with instructions on how to avoid that.

FWIW, I think every vaporist should have a Solo in their arsenal. ;)

Caution advised. There are clones out there. Bulk clones and singles if you look around for around for $20-25.
The classifieds here are a good place to look too.;)

I am watching the thread now and I think editing avoids back to back posts. Is that right?

They have a different feel and taste but in a good way. I like both, glass and wood. I go up a heat level when using my wood Wong as a mouthpiece with my Solo. The wood does an excellent job of cooling the vapor. Check out Eds TnT its a sub thread it's under Vapor Related Equipment.

Yep. You (and only you) can edit your post for a while (4 hours? 6?). After that the Mods alone can change things.

If you accidentally double post, use edit to combine them and reduce the unwanted ones to 'please delete' or some thing like that and then use the "report" key to flag the Mods, they alone can remove posts.

Welcome to the fun, you'll catch on.

The best part is all the homework a person gets to do to acquire superb skills. Practice makes perfect, I always say.

Is the Pax battery driven? Perhaps a battery died, check the Pax thread. And welcome to the Happiest Home on the Internet!

You have an evo xhale? The pax is a plug in portable but there is a10 yr warranty so I just shipped it back to them

I just don't know @ this unit yet. I have seen it and it is really small; like that as well. Right now I only have 2 vaporizers and this seems like the natural pick although I looked at the pinnacle for a long time.

How hard is this to learn? Can I really get this smaller diffuser and what adapter/connector would I need?

What I really like about this site is everyone knows something about their devices. When you go to the head shops that don't even know what they are selling. I asked a lot of questions at the shops I was in (NYC and still legally challenged) and they did not have the first clue about how to attach anything to the solo. They didn't know anything about their own inventory

What I also like is that I my lifetime (yes I am pretty old) I may just see bud legalized!!! We are very close and it's a brave new world - kinda like me and vaporizing. I love my bongs but like so much to combine the 2.

The Solo is very easy to learn. Always feel free to ask questions. You can find GonG adaptors that work with most, if not all of your present glass. One place is www.planetvapes.ca. They always seem in high demand, and there is a thread where folks let you know when something is in. I find that the stems that come with the unit actually mate with an 18 mm F. GonG: I usually wrap a rubber band so as to make a nice seal. Some folks add a silicone half-inch tube to stock tubes to extend and nest with Glass. As OF stated in an earlier post to someone new: so many choices, no need to hurry and make choices right away.

I have a Cloud EVO by VapeXhale, and I like it very much. Like the Solo, I like that a person easily has the ability to start out at lower, tasty temperatures, and as each increasing temp level, go for further extraction. For me, If I start on the highest setting, I cough too much, yet if I go through say, 3 levels (low, med, then high) I don't cough, and I may be extracting more efficently. I am extracting more tastily.

I'm 61, and not the oldest by far on this forum. I'm estatic I live in a legal recreation State (WA). I would have never imagined in the wildest dreams of my youth that pot would be legal, or that I'd spend hundreds of dollars on delivery systems...

Im with you macbill, never thought I would live to see the day when I would be living in a legal state.

There is no learning curve with the Solo. It's charge and go. I use my Solo as a plugin as well as a portable. Check out the cheap glass thread. Ataxian turned me onto the D020 bubbler I'm glad he did. Its not very big and works like some of the big rigs out there. I don't know a lot about Water Tools, I only have 2 pieces. The main body of the bubbler is about the size as a soda can.

Circular breathing is what you want to look into if you want to maximize absorption of actives. It is by far not required by any means to enjoy your product(s) though.
. A lot easier to say than do. It's a technique that people that play the didgeridoo use. I tried training my lungs as it is helpful as a piper. Alas I cannot 100% do this. But I know a few people who can and I reckon it'd be sweet to have that tool in my arsenal!!!!

Not sure if @Caligula was talking about the misnomered Didgeridoo 'circular breathing', as it uses your cheek muscles to act as a second lung to expel air, not inhale it. AFAIK, it is physiologically impossible to inhale and exhale at the same time.

The WonG 18mm would be nice to own!

Second from the left mate, it's on it's way in the post to me now, can't wait till it finally gets here:nod:

From anyone 's experience here, which one produces thicker clouds with the solo: D020 bubbler, F-Bomb or PWHT?

I think most folks on this site would go with the D020 bubbler IMO. That would be my vote. I have the Pnp WT and the D020 bubbler. The D020 is better. They all get the job done.

It is more comfortable to use. Your head doesn't have to be straight down looking at the floor. Look at the pic of the glass where the mouthpiece is located.

You will have to decide for yourself what will work better. Also there is the consideration of the cost. What happens when it breaks? Eventually all glass breaks, even if not right away.

Seriously?

The hydro tube style water path for a SOLO?

I speak for myself and not the other's who may disagree.

The D020 I used this morning with some GSC at level 4. I don't know about you however for $29 including shipping and it's thick and well made?
Not any big risk?
You might like a PNWT or a FB?

The D020 is simple cheap and functional!

Have to agree with the good advice already given above... Bubbler is a much better experience than a hydro tube ime

I have a PNWT and it only gets used when I'm watching a movie with the wife and don't want to piss her off with bubbling sounds every 5 mins :brow: as it's a lot quieter... Think I prefer the look of the D020-D over the D020 - although I have tried neither...
