Has anyone who has this vape tried the minivap? I have a minivap and absolutely love it. The only problem is I'm already on a replacement and even it seems to be having battery issues. Just was wondering if it produces the
taste the MV does?

Taste from the plenty is excellent imo.
Hold onto your ass cause it might just make your mv obsolete...

There are no batteries to mess with, and it just doesn't fail. Huge hits, no stirring, perfect vapor roast every time- it never burns or combusts.

How do warranties work with used vaporizers?

I will drop this at least once. Will it survive? Are the breakable components easily replaceable?

I've heard it has almost zero draw-resistance and that is the raddest.

There are a ton of great vapes out there; most the regular guys in here have more experience than myself. Poke around a few of the dedicated threads for the best info.

With my more limited experience, I have really only felt qualified to answer questions on the Plenty- a unit I have had about 2 years now, with the entire first year it being my sole device and my only means of medicating... we got to know each other intimately, to the tune of approx 1.5-2oz per month the first year.

I am unsure how warranties work second hand, that might have to be asked to each manufacturer. But most of the vendors you will find on this website stand behind their work. For the most part, these retailers are in the business of supporting their customers and will do what is needed to keep you running.

Next to the aluminum stem for the Lotus, the Plenty is one of the toughest vapes out there. Mine has suffered countless drops off my counter top, arm rests, coffee tables, etc. and all on hardwoods. There is absolutely no effect. I take it to festivals and power off my car, it has fallen in countless parking lots and even been accidentally stepped on by a 300+ lb friend of mine... this is a tank, meant to withstand constant use and abuse in coffee shops around the world- it can likely handle anything you can throw at it.

The minimal draw resistance was one of the deciding factors in me buying this vape originally.

I bought a replacement coil thinking I wouldn't want to deal with cleaning it. Approaching time to to something...how does boiling the coil work out for you? Does it eliminate the odor the unit has accumulated?

I did not boil it. Just corked both ends and filled the middle with 91% ISO and salt; shook, rinse, repeat, air dry. Same way I have been doing it for years, I just thought the boiling might be easier... I stuck with my guns but may try boiling next time.

I could not afford to replace the metal whips as often as I clean (1-2 weeks), too expensive. Cleaning works great for me, I hate dirty pieces...

So you never clean yours? How often do you replace [or torch] your screens?

Oh I see. No, I never clean the coils! Bought a new one when I bought the plenty expecting to just change it. I swap screens often. Was every few days, now I go a couple weeks.

plenty user here for a year. long time lurker, 1st time posting. to use the f-bomb with my plenty, what connections do I need? just a certain tubing to connect the f-bomb to the where the coil normally goes?

If anyone has a question for me regarding using the Plenty as a personal vape, and not as a party one, ask away. I've had mine for almost a month now and it is fantastic in every way.

I used to smoke for ten years, and then I switched to the EQ for a few months and liked the experience but it was not long before I wanted better. Although I was packing the elbow, I was still going through too much herb because the EQ was too easy to overdo it. It got really messy very fast.

Now that I have The Plenty, I have tapered off my amount using a scale and I am down to .05 g - .07 g. a session. I use the cooling pad, and although I do not get huge clouds with such a small amount, the unit is very efficient at delivering the goods and now I actually feel residual effects that last many hours after the session is over. The vapor is comfy at whatever temp I use because there is not much material. I've also had great success using lower temps for some sativas and there is no visible vapor at all and I still get well medicated.

There has been no need to clean any part of this machine yet.
It looks as clean as the day I first used it, partly due to the smaller amount of herb I now use. It is also super fast and easy to load with easy-grip parts. Once you get your groove on disassembling the unit and putting it back together, you'd be surprised how quickly you can get things going.

Honestly, I love the look of this thing. The cooling coil works great and it's simple to switch on and read the good ol' reliable gauge. I think a lot of people don't understand that switch on the unit is meant to be gripped the entire duration of your session and it should feel natural. The unit will automatically heat up throughout your session and when you put it down, it shuts off on its own.

Hope this helps someone who is on the fence about buying!

Yea...the lever...im not the brightest guy in the world but i find myself re-reading about when to click the lever...its confusing to me so i just hold it down the duration of my draw and then let go. So on and so on...

Is this right?....

I hear a soft click when the heating element disengages (dependent on what number I have it set on), this lets me know when to pull the trigger again.


But don't think about it like "right or wrong," you cannot do wrong with the Plenty. If the heater is already engaged, and you pull the trigger again, it does nothing.

I notice the sound of the lamp initially,...but cant recall if that sound repeats...
It gets me where i need to be in mere minutes..its a clean beast of a vape and i love it...over an ssv,..da buddha,..Q,...Etc...just my opinion tho....theyre all great...all of em...but theyre all similar basically in taste and draw,...BASICALLY..but the plenty gives me my vapor in a way the others just cannot...its fresh,..clean and powerful.

I've been drooling over this vaporizer for sometime now, I'm wondering if anyone has tried any mods on the bowl to make it conserve a little more. I know talking about conservation with the plenty is kinda like beating a dead horse, but I've wondered lately if one could cut down the surface area if that would help without hurting the unit from the slowing down of airflow causing the unit to overheat. I would think you could put a high grade 1/8" thick stainless steel washer in the bowl, sprinkle your herb in the center of the washer (like .05) then put the oil pad on top of everything. I know the washer might add some conduction vaping to the unit, but I worry more about airflow. Hmm sorry I'm kinda having a think out loud moment, I like to tinker with things, and think of solutions to problems. If I could have the ability to vape .05 on this vape then turn around and load .5 or more would be awesome, I would buy it in a flash. To bad the manufacturer doesn't offer interchangeable bowl sizes for this unit, it would be an all around winner IMO.

Hello....iv modded my nozzle for use w/ an ssv whip...and an lsv transfer wand...both work beautifully,...the lsv long glass wand is especially nice.
Iv noticed bigger draws using these methods,....but the effect is much less vs. Using the steel twister for some reason...w/ the mods its obviously compareable to 7th floors finest...in many ways...effects included.....but something when i use the steel whip gets me zombified...every single time without fail.
But,...as far as trimming surface area down...thats something iv yet to figure out but am very interested in knowing....i use my No.2 scoop...whatever point whatever that holds loaded in the center of the plenty tray.
I then use the smaller diameter volcano liquid pad directly on top.
Works the same..just less surface area..the volcano pad holds it nice.
Your washer idea sounds great.
.let me know if you figure it out....i suppose you could use the same washers you use in the solo for a tight stem...they sit on the solos chamber w/ no issues...
maybe one a little bigger...i think the plenty is a 33 and the volcano is a 30.

Took the plunge and ordered one yesterday and got it today from @VapeFiend.com free postage great service.

Simple to use and effective. Seems to take a lot even with the spacer inserted. Tested it with some below par big budda cheese works well. Drawing is very low resistance.

Very professional packing and not opened the grinder yet. Looks too good in its case

The large flat bowl seems ideal to mix up strains into a nice cocktail of herbs.

guys how much you grinding stuff ? it`s better to grinding to maximum to a tiny pieces or only little grinding and vape..Witch is better with PLENTY ??

P.S. I confirm good words about PLENTY. It`s fucking GREAT ! Tasty is the better i have from couple of vapes !! Cloud are very big ;> And you don`t have to worry about you drop stuff from the wand vape when you use it...I have Da Buddah Vaproizer,Some Chines Station Vape,Plenty 2.0 and Ascent but this have the Best taste and clouds !!
