I was enjoying some SweetWater this morning myself...

Probably not a good sign when you need a beer with breakfast, but.... damn, if this unfiltered IPA ain't "sweeter" than heaven...

If you live on the East Coast, you know SweetWater brewing!

If you like your beer to remind you of champagne, or like your champagne to remind you of beer, give this one a try:

Some of the finest the East Coast has to offer, IMO...

So... how's your night going?

Mine's going pretty fucking good.

Tough to say which one tastes better... HI-brid, or beer-champagne... :ko:

Oh, and it'll get you really fucking drunk.

My first experience with this brewery. I am thoroughly impressed.

Three Philosophers Quadrupel Ale + Pineapple Express + HI + Osage Orange Roasting Tube =

Ommegang is owned by the Belgian beer company Moortgat, which also owns Duvel, and La Chouffe. They do mostly Belgian style abbey and farmhouse ales. their Hennepin is an excellent saison. rare vos belgian pale is also very good. I hope you had some help draining that 3 Philosphers. Its a potent brew

i was never much of a beer drinker (or any alcohol for that matter) but in the last months i find myself picking up a taste for a nice cool beer after a hard days work...

since i live in the area with the highest density of breweries worldwide i do have quite a variety to choose from. Saturday i was enjoying this one:

not as elegant as a good red-wine (which still is laughable compared to a well grown haze) but it does have it's place and can be really refreshing ;)

I like good beer but alcohol is a poison.

I Drinking any amount of alcohol makes me feel immediately nauseous so I never do so unless I have CANNABIS available!

I still have some of my favorites once in a while. Lately I have bought Lagunitas Little Sumpin', Snapperhead IPA by butternuts, and a LOT of Bantam cider! Bantam seriously rules.

cant get it here in STL either. always grab some if i go where it is available. have a couple of friends always on the lookout as well. there is a place about 20 mins away in illinois that says they should have it in stock "any day now"... of which has been forever, but i stay hopeful.

Went on a road trip to STL last month and stopped in Kansas City to tour one of my favorite breweries: Boulevard. Their Doublewide IPA is delicious.

Here's a glimpse into my [mostly] beer fridge of what my roommate and I are drinking:

Belgian style pale ale is my favorite in there

I'm no real beer expert, but I know what I like - Chimay Blue, Leffe, and a few others besides what I make for myself and friends in the kitchen. I Love beer because of flavor, nice with meals, and quenches a heavy thirst when ice cold. :2c::2c::peace:
