I also like that it's 510 so it can be used on mech mods and I had it on my vamo for a bit so I could dial in the hits for insane flavor.

Ever try the Yocan Exgo? Looks similar. Ti coils are an option on the Exgo, also dual coils. Did the Vamo work better than an ego battery with these? Bigger hits? But I wonder if all that is necessary for huge, nail-like hits? Would a Vamo and a dual coil atomizer work nearly as well? I have ssen some youtube videos of HUGE rips off these things. I will have to get mine and try it, I guess. Curious how the taste will compare to a nail.

You will be able to get big hits with just an ordinary ego battery. The vamo is just nice to be able to fine tune but if it's turned up too high the hits taste burntish. You can do some fine tuning with an ego twist too.
Never tried any of the yocan atomizers but that exgo looks like it could be good ... the dual coil could be nice. Seems like the telescoping mouth piece would gum up pretty quick but maybe not.
At this point @2clicker has the best design for nail like hits in an rda imo. I believe he calls the coil the "silver back".
