Any FC'ers using custom torches?
Be it a glass torch or a Vector; show what ya got!





I have been looking at PuffnDabs, but they have been unresponsive to my emails... I am going to give them a call.

Is anyone else out there offering custom torches?

there's a headshop here in boulder that had 2 or 3 dab rigs that actually has built in blown-glass torches, they were in the $2000-3000 range though....waaay above my spending limit on glass....pretty impressive though, i'll see if I can snap a photo of them next time i'm there....I can't recall who the blower was...

I told you guys I'd try to get some photos next time I stopped by that shop with the torch rigs, and fortunately the guy there was super cool and offered to take it out and show it off for me!

This is the worked one, they had another 2 clear ones. The cost? $6000...I wish I was making that up! I don't think the clear/non-worked ones were that much cheaper either.

That is far out of my range but is one fantastic piece!

I would like to know where to get the torch parts.I'm a blower of 12+ years and would like to take a shot at making one of these

So they got back to me. They actually don't carry the parts they advertise. But here is a place that does carry almost everything needed for this project. now I just need some capillary tubing!

I'll check it out, the valves are almost $100 each! That's a big expense, I now see why these things go for$600+ thanks again. Just looked at the website. The capillary tubing there is soda/lime not Boro. This weekend I'm going to try and make some capillary.
