Ok, I have an Atmos BOSS in hand charging. A couple of quick pics so you can compare it to the Imag.
The BOSS is a 1 temp vape 385F. We will see if it is deserving of its own thread.
Unit is 5 1/2" long, 6 1/2 inches long with the MP and 5/8 thick measuring from end to end.

The chamber is SS and has a off centered hole at the bottom to allow fresh air in through the 4 side holes like the raw. There is no coil at the bottom, it is a conduction vape.

I'll keep you guys posted.

Hmmm looks good, so from what I gather no air passes over anything icky like electronics, pretty much a pure path? Looking for a pen vape that has a pure path(No odd glue residue/passing over odd electronics/etc...)

I really like the size, I don't like that the heating chamber is not covered under warranty and they sell replacements for it(Seems like a gimmick to make them fail quicker while making bank quicker).

Please read

@HillaryClinton The chamber looks very promising.
I contacted atmos to find out the temp because it was not in the manual.
The set temp is 385F.
They offer chambers separately because they have not yet released their oil cans.
The chambers are sold separatelyy so you can have a dedicated oil or herb chamber.
There is no glue or plastic or polymide in the chamber.
Here is a pic of the chamber for you.
The black you see in there is the same material as the SOLOs top of the heating chamber.

Bottom chamber pic.

I went ahead and gave it test run for you @HillaryClinton.
It has a very very very small chamber.

The taste and vapor production are impressive.
First hit.

Second hit.

The ABV is uniform. Super small chamber.

This is a quick efficient 1 person, on their break, grab 6 hits and go vaporizer people!!!

*****IMPORTANT INFO*****
Heats up in 40 seconds.
ONLY STAYS ON FOR 1:15 SECONDS!!!!!

This is a "one hitter" type vape pen. The chamber is very small, but it finishes it pretty nice because it shuts off so fast.

This vaporizer does get you medicated nicely and fast.

This is a vaporizer for a very quick session for 1 person.
Please take note of this fact.

This could only fill the niche of a "hurry up and vape"! at work vape.
From: off, on, vape, off is 1:55 seconds.
Should be under $50 IMO

I don't know who they are marketing a vape that shuts off in 1:15 to, but that's just plain crazy.

I wanted to post this up fast for you guys. There is only 1 other BOSS video, and he makes no mention of the 1:15 shut off time.

Please not this if you are considering this vape!!!

That timer limit is a killer really....it sounds like it should cost about 50, you are correct, if it drops down to that on sites like buy.com and Ebay like other Atmos devices I would probably buy one for myself even because it truly is small and looks like an E-Cig, no one would have a clue if I took that out my pockets.

It looks nice enough build wise. Thank you for the info :-)!

At that price the whole thing should be under warranty also...I saw a couple of these on ebay for 100 so far, so maybe it will drop.

Haha oh wow didn't catch that, my 420th post, so special!

Wait...so the cart is 510 threaded? So I can just buy the cart and put it on a 510 battery? Or is it more complicated? Maybe with this: http://www.w9tech.com/adapter-tower-style/

No, W9 carts are 601 threading.
The inside of the boss had very close to 601 threading, close enough to tighten and work great.

If you get any EGO style battery or EGO twist (twist batteries are Variable Voltage and range from 3.3V to 4.8Vs with the twist of the bottom) they are all 510 threading.
.
You need a 510 battery to 601 (W9 threading) adapter. Those are like $5.

Then you can use any 3.7V W9 cart (KISS, globe, globe coil with Nibbler G water attachment, Hercules with a black 3.7V rod) with a 510 battery.

So in the crafty thread the 1 min shutoff is not a problem but here it is? :)

Can't you just...like... press a button and turn it back on?

I would normally be intrigued but Atmos has not a good rep so far, so I'm kinda reluctant... possibly for no good reason.

To be fair I would never buy a crafty....not to downplay the company or the product but it does nothing for me function wise or form factor wise, also its way over priced from what a gathered. I feel everything that company makes is highly exaggerated quality wise and price wise though...Just my :2c:.

2 min shutoff on imag pens..1:55 here..no biggie..w all the imag issues popping up this atmis pen might be what I buy..2 min small chamber and it medicates...also clean airpath. Idk but looks like a winner for me..I'm w majority here at sub $70 its a good buy..most atmos products can be found on the cheap an extra to have as backup actually doesn't sound bad...well be combing sites now to pick this one up..thanks for the updates much appreciated

was just about to order a Tvape, but think I am going to go with this now. Seems smaller.

The draw restriction on the boss is nice, even with the ceramic screen left in the mouth piece. The 4 air holes on the allow air to flow up through a hole at the bottom of the stainless steel chamber.
There is little draw restriction, but enough.
It has a very nice draw IMPO, similar to the transporter or flowermate I would say

@Vape Dr. I just got one of these last night did some burnoffs then tried to have a couple sessions I could not get anything other than a wispy cloud or two..taste was there but no clouds..once I'd open the chamber and pull out the flowers and they were still green. ..not sure if its a learning curve or what but it took 3 sessions to get abv in the chamber. I've seen the video review I believe was done by you and the pulls you had looked 10x better than what I managed..haven't fooled w the screens yet left them as is...are there any tips you suggest..packing chamber loose or tight or a technique to draw better? A little peeved I cannot warranty my unit as my brother gifted this to me without a sales reciept he called me over the weekend and a head shop was selling them at 25% off..so he picked it up for me as a house warming gift..worst part is he s a otr driver so lord knows when next time hell be passing through Indiana again where he bought it..I just emailed atmos to see how I could register it for warranty in case I have a bad unit

@Gooeyape if you can hear air blowing out when the chamber is empty then there's nothing wrong w the unit..use the packing tool to give it a medium to tight pack in the chamber...make sure your hands aren't covering the air ports on the chamber and draw the vape like you were taking a long sip from a straw...mine works great now my first heating chamber was damaged couldn't hear air or fell air flowing through it. But now this thing is hitting like a champ I can pack about .10 into the chamber and get a solid 6-10 pulls ...usually run it 2 cycles and I'm good

I always leave my Chambers full but fluffy, I don't pack it down with a tamper. I feel this gives the best results.
