Any UK Vapers out there?

PlasticTastic

So are there any solid members here who have bought from NemasteVapes? I'm looking for my first vape and decided on the FireFly, but Nemaste seems to be the only place that sells them in the UK, and after reading this thread, I'm VERY skeptical, especially as the only positive reviews are from members with one or two posts, which could have easily been created by a Nemaste employee.

I emailed NemasteVapes

Hello, I was looking around at buying my first vape, and I came across several websites. I have done all the researching and I was looking at a PAX or a Firefly (Leaning towards firefly), and I came across your site which seems to be the only place in the UK that sells them. I googled around for reviews and couldn't find any, and I found a forum post including

"I google searched and a sponsered link by google was to a shop at sells overpriced fake vapes look at the portables here id paste the link in if my phone would let me but the website is www.namastevapes.co.uk but fake Launchbox, Pax etc and not cheap either to add insult to injury"

I really would like a legitimate Firefly or PAX, but I'm pretty skeptical buying online. Is there any way you can prove they're genuine?

Thanks!

And they replied with:

Hi Joey

Thanks for your email and I totally understand your concerns especially with buying your first vape. We will guarantee 100% authentic product on our site. Yes there are fakes out there of PAX I'm not sure about firefly but if you receive the vape and have any doubt its not legit you can send it back for refund. Right now we're the only company in the UK offering the PAX and this is due to our relationships in the US. The PAX is really a perfect starter vape as its very simple to use. Please see the link below to order online - if you have any questions please let me know - also if you order today we can get it out with a free high grade aluminum grinder we manufacture specifically to grind to the density for vapes.

I got even more skeptical at the "also if you order today we can get it out with a free high grade aluminum grinder we manufacture specifically to grind to the density for vapes" part. Like... HEY JOEY ORDER TODAY PLEASE PLEASE I PROMISE ILL BE YOUR BEST FRIEND kinda feeling. Also, they're claiming they "manufacture" the grinder... a load of BS if you ask me. Does anyone have any good experiences?

Thanks, and sorry for the long first post.

Hi @PlasticTastic and welcome to FC!

You might have seen the couple of posts I've made on this thread about them, I find that site extremely suspicious to say the least and have personally decided to stay away from it even though it's really tempting from a European customer point of view.

I have used Namaste Vapes (UK) to purchase Firefly,Pax, Wispr2, and Vaporblunt Hydro tool for over 3 months period.

I had some postage issues about broken glass stir and broken hydro tool. (miscarriage by Fedex)
And I was very upset about this and Namaste actually listened to me and change the order for me. (Instead of sending back broken Hydro tool they sent me Arizer solo with little extra 30% discounted cost).

Unfortunately I continuously hearing Fake Pax thread about Namaste vapes.
And let me tell you guys about this.

I am not working for Namaste vapes, but I am purely customer!

The vaporizers sold by Namaste Vapes are 100% genuine! I can guarantee you!

Why and How come?

I have contacted original manufacturers for registering warranties, and every vaporizer they sold me was under warranty with valid serial number.
I personally think that these thread are actually from other vaporizer retailers as Namaste Vapes offering the most lowest price I could get from Internet.

When I had the problem with the CS on Namaste Vapes UK, Sean Dollinger (I think he is the owner) contacted me soon to solve my problem.
This is very exceptional service and I am very pleased with Namaste Vpaes!

I will still remain as the loyal customer:rockon:

Well sometime last week, after I had been
combusting
for a bit, I decided that I couldn't be arsed shopping around for the PAX or Firefly. I decided on the Arizer Solo, because while I was looking, every single vape had the same kind of review: "It's good, it may not be to your liking, if you want to be safe go for the solo". Unfortunately Vapefiend was out of stock so I ordered from everyonedoesit.co.uk

I was actually quite impressed by the service, got next-day delivery (at a small cost), and it arrived promptly and it works fantastic. It's also the newest model (M1T...) which is good cause I can vape while charging and (although this could mean anything to me as it's my first vape) the draw resistance is improved. After my next pay-day I'll be purchasing a wooden draw stem because I'm quite clumsy with grass...

I usually order my vaporizers from, Paradox, Vapefiend and Namstevapes UK.
And I think I had best experience with Paradox, as when I ordered my first solo and maple MFLB, I received very next morning, and they actually sent me most recent SOLO with MFLB (Metron's Cube Laser edition) without any extra charge. I was very impressed with their CS. However there only downside was their price was not so competitive.
Vapefiend also has very good CS. The owner of Vapefiend even produce videos on Youtube to help their customers to choose right tools. (Vapefiend)
And finally Namaste Vapes comes first on offering the lowest price on variety of vaporizers with owner (Sean) taking care of their customers.
So choice is up to you guys.
I just wanted to help vaporists in UK with my own experience thats all!

Hi everyone,

I am new to this site and this is my first post. I am currently waiting for the delivery of my first vape. I researched for a week before i decided to go with the arizer solo.

However when i decided to buy i came across 2 websites vapefiend and namaste vapes. Obviously vapefiend is well known and trusted. However namaste vapes isnt so much, and i came across a few posts on the net regarding namaste vapes. Most people are looking for feedback and cant seem to get any regarding this company. That was exactly my problem. People also claim they were sent fake items and claim they saw images that look fake (which just seems silly as an image is just for illustration and doesnt exactly mean you will recieve fake goods, but since theres a lot of speculation i can understand some people might start getting into too much detail)

They offer the best prices and although thats is not a selling point for me, why pay more for the same thing right? So i took a risk and ordered from them so i can give people some proper feedback. I contacted namaste vapes on several occasions and they always promised everything was real. But since nobody believe them why take their word? I contacted vapor blunt, arizer and pax asking about namaste vapes. Pax sent me a letter which seems to be a standard template saying they dont sell outside us, but we all know there are distributers and if you got the money you can get the goods ( i own a successful retail shop by the way so i know beleive me). Arizer sent me an email saying to send them the serial number of the product and they will confirm if its authentic. And vaporblunt sent me the following:

Hello

Yes NamasteVapes is an authorized dealer. They also honor the VaporBLUNT warranty and take pride in their customer service.

Best regards

The VaporBLUNT

That clearly states they sell authentic vaporblunt products. Another user stated they confirmed with arizer that his extreme q was authentic too. So i really doubt they would sell fake goods. Especially when vapes are taking off big time and they want repeat custom not to rip you off. Thats how you make money, by keeping people happy. If it was fake their website would have dissapeared ages ago because people would make themselves heard, come one you know us smokers, we dont like getting ripped off and surely dont stay quiet, thats why we are always on websites like this.

I will write another post once i have recieved my vape and of course confirm with arizer that it is indeed authentic. If this doesnt help you i dont know what will, stop listening to silly people that have no idea and havent even ordered from them before. Save yourself some money, everything they have is cheaper than elsewhere, and if you arent happy you can always send it back. Update to follow:

Peace

Never looked into them but i can say vapefiend are great. I ordered a lotus then noticed tiny splits in the plate as reported on fc. So contacted vapefiend who contacted the makers.

they contacted me to say had arrived so i asked about a short alluminum stem. Pd the £38 and they sent.

however they didnt just send the stem and replacement plate. They sent me a complete new lotus head. So i rec a complete short stem lotus. With case and honest torch. They even sent me a handle for water attachments.

way over and beyond good cust service.

not dissing anyone but vapefiend great.

there seem to be lots of new members swearing there greatness.

vapefiend dont need to do this. Imo.

like i said vapefiend are trusted, but that doesnt mean other websites arent. I have friends who have bought from vapefiend and are very happy, but there are a lot of people who have a tight budget. And im just trying to help those people save a bit of money.

Like i said why pay more for the same thing? Vapefiends profit margins must be incredible! Their prices are pretty high compared to other websites. But whatever floats your boat! :)

Of course. I dont find the expensive at all. I pd £89 for my lotus with a jhook. Then £38 for a short stem.

like i said hvnt looked into the other. Can they compete with that. How much is the solo on this site.

I bought it from their ebay page, i paid 113 pounds for it. You get a 10 discount on top of all prices on their website. Believe me price wise you cant beat em, plus they have warranty and will deal with it for you. On vapefiend i believe it is 133? Saved 20 pounds, not bad ey. Get yourself a nice smoke with that!

I dont think the pax is great, just small and good looking. You can always order from america and pay customs. But i believe namastevapes might have the real thing, their feedback on ebay is great.you can always open it see if its real, and if not send it back.

I will also be buying a pinnacle pro or arizer extreme q but havent decided yet as im not sure about the whole plug into your wall thing. I have a dog and a toddler in the house, plus i smoke a lot and tend to get lazy at night, and im not sure i could keep putting it away every night. The solo and pinnacle can just stay in my stash box.

Namaste is 100 % genuine and 100% authentic. I can guarantee that.
The forum can be written by anyone who just creates FC account, therefor I don't believe their negative threads any more as I have more than 5 genuine vaporizers purchased from them with full warranty.
I also found Vaporizer.NZ (Obviously retailer from New Zealand) made whole web page on their website claiming that Namaste Vapes selling fake Pax. lol. This is for sure because of Namaste expanded its business to NZ as well. (Namaste is Worldwide!)
Come on. Every retailers! Stop messing around with good company and start reduce god damn prices first!
I will still use Namaste as every penny matters!

Cheers!

As i said im a business owner and know a whole lot about business. Competition especially online can be fierce. From what i gather namaste has been around longer than most vape sites so maybe thats why people are trying to put them down?

Also people that do get good products and service never post! Its coz they are happy no need to post.

Ps-just recieved my package at work, eager to go home and try it out, will post later and see how it goes!

Spam? Im a turkish man, i am married and have kids own a green grocer store and make a shit load of money. I dont need to spam mate, im just very carefull where i buy from so when i searched namaste vapes on google this page came up. And i needed quick delivery so even though all the negative comments i bought one anyway. And now since i own this shop and can pretty much sit here at work and do whatever i like, i decided to post my experience.

You dont need to read this mate, you probably buy from another site im sure, good for you, but there are people that actually need honest comments.

You Gather Wrong ! One reason namaste was suspect is that they appeared out of nowhere 6-8 months ago claiming to have warehouses on every continent then shipping everything from the USA, and at that time selling quite a few vapes of Questionable origin. And some genuine Fakes.

Genuine fakes? Dont know mate all i know is i just got my solo and its charging. Im waiting for email from arizer they will confirm the serial number. You dont make money selling fakes, especially online coz you need a reputation. People are a lot more careful when shopping online so it helps to have only positive feedback.

Yeah for instance they were selling a copy(fake) of a 7th floor LSV and several other off brand copy's of popular north american vapes on their non-USA websites right alongside the vaporizers from known and respected companies.
Mostly They do sell the "Real thing" but for most brands all warranty and repair will have to come from namaste, that's how you save a couple of bucks now. When the Namaste web store is gone so is the warranty and repair support. Many vaporizer web dealers have made a splash of sales then vanished in the last 5 years or so, leaving people in the lurch with unfulfilled orders and warranty work.

It's cool you can overlook things like namaste giving out misinformation(lying about) such things as where they ship from. Shady practices in my book and I will always be wary of any business that starts this way.

The thing is who cares where they ship from? As long as you get the real thing. They dont have to have a depot in every country they sell in, that would mean more rent more tax etc. And maybe there is more than one depot and they sendout orders depending on whats available where? I dont no mate to be honest. But all i can say is a few peple have confirmed that their items were authentic and they have 100% feedback on ebay.

But i can understand where your coming from honesty is best.

The customs care where they ship from... and so does my wallet.
