Pocket size torch lighters

The BBB torch has the ability to switch flame types - doesn't cause any problems here.
I have been wondering what your BBB torch actually is? Is it a creme brulee torch from Bed Bath and Beyond or something else with a BBB brand? Sorry, inquiring minds... ;)

Yup it's the creme brulee torch from Bed Bath and Beyond. Get yourself a 20% off coupon, (you can get one at their website) and it was $26 or so. BTW, I only use this to heat nails, for me it's WAY too much torch for the Lotus.

I have 3 of the Honest Sleek lighters (a.k.a. Vectors!?) - I initially bought just one for my Vapman from a local online store. I absolutely loved it, and so ordered a couple more from China, as they were becoming hard to come by over here. The two from China came in way cheaper than the one I bought in the UK. They all work great though - I guess I've been lucky :D

I must say, I'm really tempted to pick up a Zico Regal T39 - even though I don't really need one - that's one nice looking piece of kit!

Well, at least they are sending them by air. I'm pretty confident DX at least is coming by sea. Fortunately I have other torches...

I like the Honest torches a lot. AAMOF the "Sleek" Honest is what I have coming from DX.

The Zico (which I called Rico elsewhere) ;) IS very nice. I think the T39 is the rounder one, yes? I have the T38 and It feels great to hold which I like, and which is not particularly common in my short experience. It's kinda big and heavy to carry around so mine sits on the table. It could be a little hotter but I like it a lot.

The first one was lost in the mail actually...then when they sent another it was about 2 weeks from Singapore to me here on the east coast of Canada.
Dx lost my first order too...
...a $2.99 lighter with no tracking from six weeks ago. I sent them an inquiry a few days ago saying that I want to order more stuff but this never showed up, still haven't heard back so I guess dx isn't for me.

edit:
maybe this has something to do with it (lol):

Yeah, yikes - didn't think it was that bad. Glad I never actually bought anything off DX

For what it's worth their website still lives. I was just able to log on and look at my order. Can't do tracking, of course, because I went with free shipping...

just curious...

i have been looking into a angled torch for lotus.

was thinking about a Blazer GB4001 because i used to have one and i know it would work. small flame, huge tank.

but anyone know about the vector volt? it looks kinda cool
CL-VVOLT.jpg

the blazer is $33 and that really isnt too much, i arleady spend $10 on the zico but whatever, should have an angled one, cause hopefully that angled vector wouldnt keep sputtering out if held sideways

Hi @exit - it seems the vector volt you mention is also sold as the Honest Sleek - I love mine. If you look back through the thread there are some mixed experiences though.

The BLAZER 8000 ($52) I will get for dabbing. @mvaps has it and loves his.
The GB4001 I will get for my LOTUS.
By the way the D022 is perfect with the LOTUS.
I used my $10 special (angled) works better than my HONEST.
My Regal lighters even work OK. ($26 each)
The BLAZER products are very solid!
It all works and a lot of people like vector.
Once I make my medication area to fit me better than I upgrade my lighters.
For now I dab with a ($8.00) butane torch lighter I bought at HARBOR FREIGHT.

It works for now.

A $10 angled torch for my LOTUS.

I works everytime.
@jambandphan03 gave me the link.
She switches it to a single flame.
The price was super low at first release it maybe closer to $15?

Don't pay extra for the Vector Volt - it's the same as the Honest Sleek torch sold by Mendo. I bought the Honest version (Looks identical except it's silver and black smoke colored, not blue) with my Lotus kit. Nice flame, but mine sputters out mid-draw very often - seemed to be too picky for my tastes. I keep it as a backup, but my other two torches perform a million times better (rarely ever going out no matter how close you get to the plate)

Wasn't there a $10 bump for the "Sleek" version from Mendo? That would make it about a $15 torch from them. Not outrageous but high for that torch.

I ordered it for under $6 on DX, but who knows if I will ever see it. ;) Ordered 6/4.
