hey guys im trying to figure out if this is a good vape to buy for dry herb vaping. I've been looking around a lot and this one really stood out because of its price and apparent functionality. At such a great price, $99.95, i have to give it some consideration. check it out and get back to me. i want some advice on whether to buy it or not. is it comparable to the pax and others?

With the very vague statements on there page and without trying one it would be very difficult to say how it compares to a pax.

The oven holds just over one bowl??? What the hell does that mean
No mention of any materials.

Also says because there is no exposed heating element it's impossible to combust? Simply not true

Also says that the mouthpiece will get hot right on their front page. As well as being their #3 most popular product after they suggest buying the new atmos.... I would stay clear personally since they show no actual info.

But one review does say "dope shit!" So how could you go wrong with reviews like that:lol:

Welcome to the site!

I love how they focus on the temperature settings. Yet they don't ever really talk about how the unit heats. I bet it uses conduction heating

I don't see anything about this vape listed as a thread in the PV section of this site. In my opinion, steer clear of it. The lack of information is concerning - what materials do they use for the vapor path?

One thing to remember, right now there is really no vaporizer that looks like an e-cig which can handle dry herbs. The Pax is about one of most stealth vapes you can get which works well with dry herb (but you pay a price for stealth - lack of flavor, too harsh, high heat, and requires religious cleaning for proper operation). There are a few vapes which do *ok*, but nothing awesome.

If you need something in a small form factor, I suggest looking into a concentrate pen vape.

If you're curious to know the most popular portable vape on the market, it's the Airizer Solo - start your search there, buy one used if funds are cheap - its worth it.

This is a titan-1 Chinese cheap vape clone. it is a knockoff. it is also being sold by grenco science and force vaporizers. its nothing new and nothing good.
this video review is a marketing scam to get you to buy it. the unit itself does not perform well. very little flavor and small clouds.

the video is cut in odd places and only the first one of the exhales looks like decent clouds. subsequent draws are very thin despite the narration claiming otherwise. it does not taste good either. i have tried the force version at the champs expo which is what I am basing this on.

Heres how I would narrate the part where hes demoing:
The first draw tastes Ok, and has a nice cloud. then your material tastes bad and looks spent and produces thin whispy clouds.

IMO we are trying to be healthy by vaping, dont use cheap Chinese knockoffs that have who knows what in the vapor/air path.

There's a lot of "excited" e-cig reviewers that have only used e-cig dry herb pens.

Then they get their hands on something that actually vapes and its the "best" and "top of the line" to them because all the e-cig dry herb kits end up combusting.
I can see where these guys are coming from, but their credibility with vaporizers is 0.

So in comparison to something that was never meant to vape dry herb, of course it is "fantastic". But in comparison to the arizer solo (which is old tech too) it is abysmal.

What about the Lotus Vaporizer - it's a bit different with a butane torch - but I absolutely love it - simple and elegant
