I dropped it and chipped a piece and put silicone on it for repair. I love this piece and he doesnt even have it listed anymore. Havent seen a knockoff and I paid more than this thread allows for this

I totally agree, the versatility of this piece makes it very unique, and it conditions & diffuses perfectly without sacrificing taste.
I was going to order this when it was first mentioned but did not because of the labels. Is yours all clear without logos? I am bummed out now. It will probably never come back at that price
So I am home after 5 days of festing, trying to catch up on reading about 10 new pages... also still trying to dispute the warped/melted 10mm joint I got from Kathy, she wanted to offer me a 10mm nail as a solution?? how is that supposed to fix the bad glass joint? Now she wants me to return it in order to resolve this??? that would cost as much as the glass did in the first place so that is not a reasonable solution. I basically said if they don't want to deal with this properly I will leave negative feedback for them sending out damaged glass in the first place. It was obviously melted, and not fully functional. I am now asking for a refund because she is not co-operating with a simple replacement. I think I will be sticking with sunshine store if I buy any more from DHgate, all of my kathy pieces have functional flaws... not just cosmetic. I am glad others have had good experiences with them, it seems to be a random draw as to who gets the good ones. I don't know if they even look at the stuff before they package it and send it out. Now I need to go run up to the P.O. to get the glassblowing glasses I ordered last week... wooooWell Kathy, it was fun, but I think we must part ways for a bit, this is 3 for 3 and I am not happy with your response. I looked past the others having problems since it was an easy fix, but now I'm just unhappy.

Really? When I got my D020 I thought it was so cute! Much smaller than I expected (it was my first glass purchase from this thread). For what it's worth that piece is tagged $155 at my LHS!! If you don't like that design, I suggest you look at the D020-D or the D020-W

No, mine has labels. I dont care for labels personally, but its not a deal breaker. I saw this one has no labels but as far as quality goes it looks really sub-par to mine, and costs twice as much. I'll look into some of the experts on here about removing labels completely.
I did submit a photo of the melted /warped joint, it really doesn't make a good seal with any of my nails, and she first offered me a free 10mm nail (which won't help) and then a $3 refund. I have now sent it to DHgate to moderate the dispute asking for a full refund, when she could have just sent a replacement. They packaged and mailed me a damaged piece, it didn't break in shipping or anything like that, it was a factory defect and no matter how inexpensive this is, I am going to utilize the DHgate system if the product is not functional. They should not be mailing out such obviously damaged glass. I have already let slide that 2 other pieces were functionally damaged (pinholes in the welds causing air/water leak) that I repaired with silicone. It really would have been in their best interest to just make good on this one...
I got a ASH COLLECTOR with a cracked joint so I took a picture and sent it to Kathy and 5 days latter a perfect ash collector showed up.
