No the 8 is for super experienced users, the only people who should get the 8 is if they know what they are doing. Since it is capable of venting batteries if not user correctly we recommend not everyone get the 8.
The Persei will get the super easy to operate Touch button, and is for the intermediary user.
This way our line up is complete.
Omicron Persei 8
Also once we introduce the Infinity kit the 8 will be in a different class. Putting it somewhere around $250 if you get both together.

But even for me, a first time user of pen vapes, the Persei is really the way to go if I want to use the SR-74 cart which as far as I have understood is the super amazing tank that will last longer and performs better than anything else out there, right? Also, does it have to have two threads on the top or is there a Persei version with one thread? Can the Omicron drive the SR-74 as well?
The Persei is the way to go if you want a cartridge that won't need to be serviced or rebuilt, you can purchase the parts and have no down time.
I do not understand your question of two threads.
The Omicron can not power the Hercules.

we have discontinued the double top. All Perseis now have a single thread top. Hope this helps.

Medicated me says the size of the logo is now perfect!
Now that it is a reasonable size I don't mind the logo existing!
But medicated me is very OCD and thinks there is a little too much gap under the logo on the adjustable tube. Unless that one has a bottom cap and the 350 tube doesn't.
And the text might be a little small. Maybe it's better in person but I certainly can't read it in the picture. We should still know the name of the company that made it! What if you double stacked the text:

When can we expect the Infinity Umbrella kit THCSCIENTIFIC ?? Is the pic of 8 a polished finish? On another note. I verified a friends v4 top. It is true. The v4 top is badass!!! All cartridges sit flush with the persei v4 top. Hercules, kiss, ect. Center pin always makes positive contact everytime. Even if loosely threaded. Kiss cart no more misfire button flash! Very good and proven changes to the v4 top.

Does anyone one know if im able to use the TI KISS cart 7.4v at a lower voltage. Kinda like the way people with iris tops can lower voltage on the hercules with the white rod? My g pen battery can power my cart but i dont want to keep doing it if im going to break it!

@MArTIs[mārz] You won't hurt a 7.4V KISS cart by driving it at 3.7V. But are you saying 3.7V is enough for it to produce clouds of vapor?

Im not getting LOTS of vapor like with a normal 3.7v cart. It doesn't get as hot, taking about four 4second hits. Enough to have me well medicated.
