Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud EVO

If you're worried about safety when using ISO you can get an organic vapor respirator/mask and that should keep you safe from the fumes. Probably about $20 at the hardware store.
I hadn't thought about the fumes while handling the ISO (though I should have). I'm more concerned with residue from the ISO lingering on the ELB, and then inhaling it (deeply) during the next session.

Do we know for certain that ISO evaporates completely? Or that rinsing with water after an ISO soak removes all of the ISO residue?

Nesta,

Does anyone use Everclear to clean ELB's or glass? I'm a little leery of Iso, it seems like a pretty nasty chemical to inhale. I know it's supposed to evaporate, but I like to be safe.
Just use in a well ventilated area and keep it out of your face. It's rubbing alcohol and safe for your skin as long as the skin isn't broken. I've used it for cleaning mj residue for decades-no problems. As for the alcohol content, 70% cleans as well as 99% or 91% and is cheaper. And alcohol does evaporate, just like it's supposed to do. ;)

Evaporation of alcohol is easily proven. It's not a theory. And rinsing with water does wash away the ISO, if you're in a hurry.

Are there any active FC codes that would work with the vapexnail or ELBs?
There have never been any FC coupon codes for this manufacturer. Announced specials yes, codes no.

Shipping is 15 dollars for 2 vapexnails and 4 elbs? What? I'm in the US. How could it cost Vapexhale that much to ship it?
Why don't you ask them? They have live chat available. I don't know how shipping charges are figured but they're under no obligation to ship at cost.

The isopropyl evaporates completely. However, both isopropyl and ethanol can leave behind tiny amounts of oil-based residue, isopropyl less so than ethanol. That's why I rinse with a drop of dishwashing liquid soap (like Dawn) because it cuts and suspends oil-based residue (ref: that greasy frying pan). Using hot water for final rinse will remove the soap and residue.

I'm kicking it street-style. Haven't even attempted to clean my HT in months. I tried the cranberry but didnt like the result, would rather have some reclaim build up than the cranberry snots floating around.

I have found the ELBs to be sort of effortless to maintain, and I actually kinda love them in general. nothing like lining a bunch of ELBs with very little material in each and taking multiple flavor blasts in a row. when I took the EVO on vacation to share with a bunch of my friends last month, we would occasionally sit around a table and each load up an ELB for ourselves. we would then pass the EVO around the table, each taking a rip, but keeping our own ELBs the whole time. it's just so easy to pop out an ELB and pop in a new one. it was great. everyone had their own ELB so they could use whatever quantity or material they wanted, everybody got their own green hit and took their extraction as far as they wanted, and the ritual of rotation was preserved. one of my good friends ended up purchasing an EVO after the trip.

anyway I have a little brush that is perfectly suited for the job, and I just brush out each ELB pretty thoroughly after each use. I use 6 ELBs in rotation at the moment and do an ISO soak about every week. rinse the ELBs under a fast running faucet of cold water as I pluck them out of the ISO, let them dry and they come out mostly pristine. I'm not seeing blocked holes. I think regular brushing keeps them clean and takes minimal time and effort

Where'd you get your brush? Anywhere I can get it online?

Also, one other question. I just got a CVault with a Humidipak for storage. Is there a recommended dryness for EVO ELBs? The Humidipak keeps the moisture at a certain level, and someone mentioned that moist bud is not necessarily the best for vaping, so I was wondering. Would it be better to only use the Humidipak for long term storage, and do regular mason jar storage in the week or so before use in the EVO?

Hey guys, what's your preferred method of traveling with your evo?

I'm hitting the beach this week and don't want to leave it behind. Will the box suffice? Wrap the hydratube in a bunch of tshirts? I wish I got the protective case right about now haha

Maybe a cheap plastic toolbox or fishing tackle box and some foam and/or styrofoam might do. I put a piece of "pool noodle", sliced like a hot dog bun to wrap my hydratubes.

Okay, I've been testing various amounts in the VXN, various settings, and I've also discovered that I can get way more vapor that tastes good, if I TURN OFF the EVO as soon as the bamboo goes from Green to Red (use a mirror)... this works great for me!
Here's a vid... you might notice the great WOOD accessories I have now :)

Oh, and like @Caligula , I shot it in HD ...

For the VXN's I put them in a small plastic container with folded paper towels for cushioning. For the EVO itself, I'm using an inverted silicone oven mitt and then just wrap it with a small towel.

I just use a bottle brush that I trimmed to fit the ELBs. make sure to brush off the ELBs cap while you're at it

I don't know if this was directed at me but... in my experience the EVO produces clouds no matter the moisture level, within reason. I use boveda 62% packs for storage, and jyarz for grinded material. works very well.

I recommend you do your own experiments at various moisture levels

I find these work well for a reasonably priced case for my glass and vapes. I think some Walmarts sell them as well.

I also have this case, not hardly as elegant as my larger Nanuk but then again a tenth of the cost. Has the foam cut-outs, too. Perfect for the beach.

"Recommended dryness for EVO ELB's?" - Presumably you mean only your herb. ;)

When I first started vaping, I purchased a humidor with the accessories. Spend a fair amount of time figuring it all out. Sorry to say, IME at least this was unnecessary. It can even be counter-productive, i.e., it's possible to over-moisturize and even create mildew, so getting the technique down is important. Now the box holds my small vaping pieces and looks nice on a bookshelf. But no herb.

I now use an airtight and light protected coffee container for about an ounce, and an airtight jarz for small amounts. For longer storage, a mason jar covered with aluminum foil in the freezer.

Paypal problems solved!

I opted out of getting a Hydratube (again...) since I wanted to get my hands on one of the limited edition Hydrafoot 2.0s. Anyone with a Hydrafoot 2.0, how do you guys like it alone (with only a VXH mouth piece) and what is your favourite Hydratube with it?

what is with people that complain that the evo takes too long to heat up. these people need to show me a vape that can get up to the evo's max temp in that much time or less and i bet you five dollars they'll pull out a mflb. also those fucknuts who say the evo is shittier than the old one because it gets too hot up top and you gotta put something around it. oh boo hoo!

p.s. are we ever gonna see titanium ELBs or something? my friends and i wear out ELB's very regularly...
Sorry to pull a late post, but the Herbalizer definitely heats up faster. We're talking a consistent 10-12 seconds.

I'll PM you my paypal in a sec ;)

I loved my VapeXHale for the longest time, but ever since the herbalizer came out... I do not use my VxH anymore. The heat up time of the herbie is way too convenient. It has spoiled me, and now I find myself too impatient to even use the VxH xD. I always use a HT with the herbie though.

Just curious - do you have an EVO?
