My team just emailed me. The o-ring is built into the top selector switch and it will require you to disassemble the top part to replace it so I will send you another unit tomorrow along with a return label. Once you receive the new unit and the label, please drop the old unit in the mail for me so we can examine what caused this. If you still have the o-ring, please also place it in the box. I apologize for this.

Instead of me sending mine in until they decide to replace!!! So I won't skip a beat. As far as the battery and charger here's my problem I emailed to them...

I'm going to call the two batteries A and B. I put the battery A in on the left it turns red. I put the battery B in an it on the right it stays green. Remove.Battery B on right first turns red. Battery A on the right and turns red. Battery B turns green.Remove.Battery A on right first turns red. Battery B on left stays green
Remove.
Battery B on left first turns red. Battery A on right turns red and battery B turns green.

What do u think battery or charger?

So to sum it up I'm getting a new unit I guess I doubt they will ask for it back and send back the original. And they're sending my a charger and battery to see where the problem is with that for nothing. Great customer service IMO.

I am having the same problem with my charger. I just emailed them today and they are swapping it out too.

They are sending me a prepaid label so I can send it back for testing.

They said only two claims like this so I guess it's just us.

I am curious as to how many units they have sold thus far. I hope they are doing well. I am not concerned with the charger. This is a nice unit.

I asked them for the results to see if it's going to be a reoccurring problem. I think when the mouthpiece gets resonated it pulls on the o-ring. I may just take out the mouthpiece after each use. But they did the same with the label for me also. Are they sending u a unit first or u sending urs in first?

No problem with the unit. Just my battery charger. Only one will charge at a time.

I always grind my herb no matter what I use. Haze may work without grinding since it has all around heating system but you should get even better performance if you did grind.

Yea I don't get it... I think it was just a bad o-ring. They said I had to take it apart to replace it I don't see why. Anyway I get a new one oh well lol. Meanwhile it still hits ok, just a little exta air. Anyway it should be here in a day or two hopefully.

I am seeing more stores carrying it now online other than VaporizerUSA. Such a good unit. It should start grabbing attention soon so we can have more people here sharing.

yeah.. i'm afraid to invest that amount of money and then it doesn't work right, i've been waiting for a vaporizer that can handle hash simple and easy. Gonna wait a little more to see more reviews

@k0udek I hear u... Hopefully Trevor's friend can influence u lol I've never seen a portable that is so simple yet so versatile. It will handle any hash, concentrate, or herb but it is an investment so I hear u on waiting. I was looking for a portable that could handle all that and this was it for me.

Guys, I just got a confirmation email from Haze stating they are sending out my replacement battery charger.

They also said they applied with FC to join so it shouldn't be long now until they are participating on this thread!

So I was curious about this and bored tonight so I decided to browse around a bit to see who's selling it. Did a Google search and hit on vaporseller.com. I had seen some dirt cheap vapes there in the past (like a brand new Solo for $112 right now!) so I decided to click on that one.

The Haze was $249. No big surprise there.....

Then I saw something interesting and something that kind of bothered me....

First the interesting. Check out the description posted. Never seen this before on the oil can.....


The can is also used with dry material. You can pack several of these cans and take it with you to anywhere you go. When ready to use, pop one in. When you are done, swap it out with a fresh one. No mess no hassle.

Oil/Wax/Dry Cans:

This is one of the most interesting and useful accessories that comes with the Haze Vaporizer package. The cans are made of stainless steel with a food grade silicone lid on top. Here's what's disturbing though.....

A two pack of oil cans is now $10.99!!!!

I thought it may just be some out of whack price on their site so I went to the Haze site. $10.99 there too.

Ok. I just bought a buttload on Saturday from vaporizerusa.net for $5 per two pack (-20% with the Mr. Weed code) so I bet that price is good. NOPE! $10.99 there too!

What the hell is going on here?

People found them useful and started buying them so you jack the price? There must be some mistake here right?

I understand the economic principles of supply and demand but come on. The price more than doubles? I get it.....it's a business but just doesn't seem right to me.

I am interested to have Haze join in here and chime in on the subject.

Can anyone find these for $5 for a pair? If you do you might want to buy them. It kind of feels like Haze is trying to reset the price point at $11 per pair.

Kinda makes me not want to give feedback if it's gonna cost us money...

At least let us on here still have the 4.99 price lol but I just bought 4 more at 4.99 so 8 cans all together should be sufficient...

I like how some say used to be $16.99 lol

So I emailed them about the can prices and stuff here is their response...

Hi Nick

Your price always the same. There was an error on pricing earlier because the price of the screens were higher than the price of the cans where the cost of cans are much higher to us. We have corrected that. The site is brand new and we used a 3rd party company for design and content. We are still fixing the minor issues with the site. On the other hand, you are in our VIP club and your price stays the same for all future purchases. Just send us a note when you need anything and we will take care of it.

Yeah they mentioned a shortlist earlier. I checked and in fact i did pay 5 bucks for those . Looks like we got away with it hahahaaaa. It does not happen too often to me. Good stuff...
