I use this. I use my gong with the nano and a small piece of silicone to connect the two glass piece but I guess if you have a female to female adaptor that would work too. I like to use it kind of like a j hook where I hold the glass up and bring the nano to it.

yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh finaly my nano arrived... it s even smaller then i thought.... looks really nice.... and thanks for the free gong adapter epicvape.... will test it later and comment here... but only judging from the look i am very happy.........

I've had this a few months now and I want to say i'm still so happy with it. It's been dropped 4-5 times now and it still functions like brand new. I still get VAKED from 0.1g. Best vape i've ever purchased, haven't even been looking to buy any others (cured my VAS!)

I just hope mine comes in for the weekend just checked the tracking and it hasent even been shipped yet lol. Had the tracking info since Monday and ordered last Tuesday so I've got my fingers crossed it gets shipped today!

Thanks I buy them at Costco in 6 packs but never need to use them unless i'm doing a massive overhaul. I only do the quick blow to clear any dust on/in the screen, or that went stray to the bottom. It's just part of my ritual and don't even think about it.

i've dropped the Nano lots and also remains flawless. One time though I dropped it hard and it developed a rattle. I opened it up and the screen shim was knocked away....i'm glad I had it apart though, because there WAS ABV INSIDE the unit, not tonnes, but enough to want me to clean it. Put it all back together, no rattle, perfect performance and the only casualty was one of the little round cork pads fell apart taking it off. The other one was stuck back flawlessly. I guess my warranty is void now? lol The only thing I can really see going wrong with this Nano is the dimmer switch/cord.

Where can I get the exact matching cork pad to stick back on?

Also, I find it odd that some members are getting free gong's thrown in, but some who pay for more than one get short changed and have to go through the runaround to get it shipped back out. I am one of those, and it sucked and i'm glad it's over. No offense Andy, I know you're busy....but every single one of my customer service experiences has been painful. But in the end, with patience, you always come through.

Yeah I found this out when cleaning my camera.

A Giottos Rocket is a great alternative, pulls air from the bottom so it doesn't suck up the dirt you are currently blowing out.

Or I like Vitolo's idea, placing the stem on the unit and then using a dry vac.

If your looking for conservation, the nano can't be beat.

As far as form factor, the nano pairs with water so much easier and the dry stem is so simple to use. But for dry vapor and bigger chambered water pipes, I still prefer the SSV because the whip adds some distance for the vapor to cool off and the SSV wand can hold much more than a nano stem.

IMO, they make the perfect combo. I highly recommend both.

What's a cleaner, more pure, vapor path? Do you get and off gassing tastes with either?

I'm down to the nano, vaporbros, and SSV...just trying to decide what is the cleanest air path (avoiding inhaling questionable metals and materials), and I want to be able to hook up to a small bubbler.

If I have a small bubbler, would connecting a whip to either the Nano or SSV be the only way to use my bubbler?

They cant hook up everyone biohacker. It seems lately that underdog has been throwing in full underdog twigs with some regular orders as a surprise. Its just all a matter of random luck I suppose but its always nice hearing about someone finding a surprise in their package.

maybe i had got a free gong because i wrote the fclove code to the comments.... did you use the code... and had already paid the full price via paypal... so no discount but a free gong... and if you are from abroad and getting shipped the nano via usps first class... forget the tracking... because if i would belive the tracking its in transit.... but it arrived today...........

The nano doesn't need a whip. The unit goes right onto a GonG bowl which is placed into the bubbler's downstem.

My suggestion, pick up the nano now and then add the SSV later if you still want to try it. Unless you are just chasing the biggest clouds possible, then the SSV can't be beat.

Who owns a pax and e nano? How do the size loads compare? How much do you save? What's the overall comparison?

I'm sold on that picture right there. That is exactly what I needed to see. What is that piece you have to connect to your female? I don't know what a gong is, is it glass on glass adapter? I have a 14mm female bubbler, very similar to yours.

*What is that second downstem you have? Is that a plug in it to use as a carb? If so, where did you get that!

Also why is your water pink? (I'm colorblind with some shades of red, green, brown...so maybe it's not)

Anyone have experiences with USPS Priority Mail? Mine says it's been 'processed at ISC Los Angeles' but I'm not entirely sure what that means, or why it's been stuck at that stage since July 4. Isn't Priority supposed to track until the end destination, even internationally?

You have to pay extra for international tracking IIRC. Also processed means it was received and sorted through a specific processing facility. In this case the one in LA. Unless you live in that city, this typically means it's OTW to another processing facility closer to its destination.

BTW the holiday weekend probably screwed things up a bit.

Nice idea, I've just realised I made a bodged version of that for my mflb a while back, I may try to re-bodge it into a nano whip tonight. I just want something I can stick on the table after dinner and share with friends in a more relaxed fashion.

I had the rattle and it was easy enough fixed as you said, luckily my cork pads stayed intact.

I also had a bit of a run around with Andy and my gongs. I ended up never getting the gongs I wanted and gave up after two wrong packages and two emails that weren't responded to. I'm having a go at Andy here, he's a good guy for sure, just my experience wasn't as amazing as everyone else's.

Still though ,LOVE the vape! does exactly what it says on the tin.

@ataxian could you post a picture of the nano on that blue honeycomb perc peice you've got? Please, please pretty please?? After another failed attempt to buy a bubbler for my nano at the various LHS I'm seriously considering this piece. Any thoughts? If you can I'll owe you one bro.

The y adapter is a Cloud Buddy. Thanks to @alltoreup, you can get a much cheaper version (dubbed the Cloud Pal) from ebay, just look for Claisen Adapter, just make sure all ends are 19mm.

But yeah, basically a carb. Stops you from needing to lift the nano + gong every time you clear the piece.

Yup. Glass on Glass adapter. Here is is without the Water Pipe in the way, 18mm.

i didn t try the nano until now... but as i understood in the stem fits 0,025 to 0.05g... i didn t checked but i think in my pax i loaded 0,25 to 0,4g also pax is a conduction vape that means it is cooking your herb all the time even if you don t draw on it... the nano is a convection you take a hit and then take the glass stem of the heating element and the convection process stops so it should be much effective then the pax... also the pax is known to use a lot (even with the screen trick)... i owned for a short time a solo, also i own a cera, a volcano... and they are much much more effective then the pax...

also the nano is a plug in so it should have more power then the pax...

if i would be you i would get a home unit... if you use it every day you will have your investment returned in a short time because you will need less herb... i only use the pax if i don t have a place to plugin my other vapes...(and to be honest even then i do not really enjoy it because of the taste) and i hope after getting my cera back i will perfect my technic and stick with the cera for on the go...

@JeeSee if ordered usps first class and if i would belive the tracking info mine is also in LA processed and in transit... as mentioned before after you didn t pay for priority mail i wouldnt count to much one the traking info.. by the way i got mine to day...

So I managed a nice easy bodge. @HSIHP you might appreciate this one. I put a glass shorty inside the end of the whip and put that in the gong. Nice and snug. I assume the mflb silicon is high temp enough to handle the end of the gong?

Now I've just got to go and buy a 3ft whip as I cut this one down making my mflb wpa bodge with a pnp pong. lol

I might show you lot my current water pipe set up later if i get time. I think the saying over there is mcguyver?

I use both hands for this configeration.
This set up is top heavy.
I like it any way.

My D022 by it's self is what I go back to doing next session.

NANO's pair well with bubblers, ash collectors, JHOOKS. The favor is so good with a NANO I don't think I would use a whip?
