Sorry, I just saw this...yes, we discontinued those colors due to lack of sales. They just weren't all that popular.

One thing you could do for easier navigation is add an Accessories tab under collections. I like how you have the colors organized under one item now

That's a good idea! Particularly when we start selling replacement glass and gaskets for Satchmo and Chico. Although the glass in both is so think I hardly think there will be much if any demand...time will tell.
....I just added "Accessories" to the "Collections" menu item..hopefully that helps. Thanks for the suggestion!

Just wanted to say thanks to Aldo and Eliza of the JyARz family for a quality product and pleasant customer service. My order went "missing" for a day or two, so I contacted Aldo for the shipping information to try to track the package. Ultimately, postal service located the missing package and delivered our new Satchmo JyARz (and another classic - who can have too many of those???).
Speaking of the Satchmo, I was wondering the purpose of the white (felt?) dot on the interior of the plastic on both units...is it there to keep the glass insert snug?
Love your product, Aldo! Love it even more that it helps save our oceans!

As for the felt dot, its there because glass, even the fancy scientific glass we use in JyARz has a fairly wide tolerance range (meaning when produced the diameter of the glass can vary quite a bit). We add the felt tabs to ensure the glass fits snuggly every time.

just received my order. I really like the new big models.
BUT I have a problem, there was an error with one the items:
I asked for a Frenchy Cannoli Skulli with Chapeaux (black), but receeved it w/o chapeaux...It was another model!!!!
I don't want to be whimsy, but I ordered this one on behalf of a friend and he specifically asked for the chapeaux one, so I will have to ask you for an overseas item exchange...
I will be filling up my jyarz while I wait for your feedback, cheers!!!!

Glad you like our new products! Great to hear. If you have time please fill out a review on JyARz.com. I know I'm a "broken record" and I keep asking everybody for reviews...really helpful to us if you have the time.
As for Cannoli Skulli, sounds like we screwed that up. Please send email to support@jyarz.com with a description of the issue along with your order number. We will make it right, sorry for the hassle.
