The Pinnacle Pro is way too harsh for my throat... Even on level 1 it burns. Anyone with the glass lined mouthpiece who had similar heat issues as me want to chime in on the difference? :tinfoil:
If it burns on 1 then idt the PNP is the vape for you i think you need a low temp vape. Dont get me wrong the GPONG helps but if your having trouble with 1 save you money and get a vape that gets lower temps.

Have you tried it with the water tool? For the first two weeks I had my PnP I didn't use one, my throat was getting really irritated. The water tool made all the difference for me. Still, even with the w/t, I found that flowers at level 3 will get to me if I'm vaping too often at that level.

You'll need to extend the air path.

I cannot hit the PNP with the Gpong alone.

I use an extended glass stem, j-hook or a bubbler to achieve this.

i try to inhale ultra-slowly... and keep a bottle of water on the other hand so that i can sip some water between the hits

Still wondering why VB hasn't come out with a car charger or USB charger. Things like this attract more people to the unit.

Mainly money tbh, designing. 6 vapes in 3 1/2 years cost a lot of $$$$$$, the car charger wasn't part of my original plan and it's hard to change the course . I will try hard to design one for the pn pro version 2 when it comes out next year

I really wish this was said before I purchased one... I remember reading that we were on our own with the pong/gong situation. Did I imagine it?

It was... changed very recently...

Don't think there's a solution for us UK users yet though mate, chances are with postege and (potential) customs charges you'd have been better off buying one anyway.

Oh right OK, thanks... I remember now. The parcels were marked with a stupidly high value right? If a product is supplied with faulty or not fit for purpose parts then I don't really think the customer should have to swallow the costs (even P&P) especially when there are health risks involved.. My thin walled pong was replaced completely free of charge so I think the same should apply here... When you consider the ride us early adopters have been on I think that would be reasonable to assume. Not that it matters anymore as I already got one. I'm yet to try it out though. My pnp has been collecting dust since the melted plastic hit the fan.

Update:

I just left a meeting where we decided we're coming out with longer glass stems for anyone that wants to extend their air path. Stay tuned

@TherealVaporblunt,

Thanks for your continuous improvement!

BTW, if there is any chance that you guys could provide it in black glass, it would help keep it down low key undercover discreet non-heat score!

Despite the Conduction heating, hits running too hot and dry, and plastic-like materials within the airpath, the first couple of hits off of this unit (Pinnacle Pro) is saturated with unadulterated flavor and fragrance (if the unit and water tool is clean). I would definitely agree that vaping has gone a long way! I would like to mention how much I like it when a company listen to its consumers and tailor an experience around their demands. Kudos to you, VaporBlunt.
Much love,

This thread is so schizo...

Just got my GPonG yesterday, have tried it twice....I know some people were impressed and some were not with this improved accessory, but I LIKE IT. Flavor improvement is very good and the draw does seem tighter with a better seal. I am looking forward to easier cleaning and reclaim from the glass insert. I did not get bigger clouds but the stone seems a bit enhanced as well, I am guessing the seal makes more of the good stuff get inside you.

I give the GPonG a big  Thank you @TherealVaporblunt

My PNP failed with scrolling red lights as others have experienced. Sent 2 emails in last week to Vaporblunt with NO reply. Is there another way to contact them? Thanks!
I think at this point there are 3 or 4 emails floating around for customer service, I'm fact contacting Dave is the most efficient way. I will update our website to remove all other emails and only lost Dave's to eliminate confusion.

I got my replacement gong and dave sent a follow up email just to make sure I got it off my porch and if there was anything else they could do for me. The customer service took a 180 and VB is taking care of business. Thank you Dave and all those hard at work at @TherealVaporblunt I really appreciate the gong.
No, no....... Thank you!!!!!

Whelp, My Pinnacle Pro died on me tonight.. cascading red lights of death...

Back to the mflb, waiting for my e nano!

We are aware of the problem and you should have zero issues with getting a warranty replacement if it is indeed under warranty still.

Dave handled my GPonG issues, I can confirm that he is "the man", very helpful, fast replies and easy to deal with.

Please do not inflate Dave's ego ; )

Hi guys,

I like to add too that Dave has been great. He agreed to send out my replacement ASAP and I can't wait to vape again.

I'm a little curious, and been researching a little, and ashame to say I still have no idea what this Gpong is... I can't seem to find it at vaporblunt site too... What does it do? Is it worth the investment, is the design still flawless?

Apologize for my ignorance...
