I had a similar experience as you. I tried going through the Indica website as well as calling customer service. Never heard from Indica service via email. Called customer service and was told they have a 2 day turnaround on getting back to you. PM'ed Mike here and got good service.

TL;DR: PM Mike here.

Edit: beat me to it.

Just got my replacement Indica. Everything's working great.

Mike was very helpful. It was only an hour or so between my first post and him getting an order in for a replacement. On a Saturday night no less! Outstanding service!

Overall this things wrecks. Still writing up a review. Pros: Very nice extraction, its like brown sugar after. One bowl can last multiple sessions. Basically one set and the batteries gone.

Cons: The hits imo, are sort of wispy clouds. I don't get those strong thick vapor hits I get most other vaporizers. I don't know why. I also find the draw to be interesting. For some reason, when I try to inhale as fast as possible I get better thicker hits.

Just a short post. More coming soon.

Tip: Get yourself a 2.1 Amp Wall Charger. Mine charges in only 1.5 hrs.

As many know, my mantra is, "If the draw feels restricted then you're pulling too hard." I never figured out why, but during beta testing I noticed the same thing: pulling too hard on the Indica resulted in thicker vapour. This is the only vapourizer I've tried that behaves like this. It makes no sense to me.

Personally I haven't noticed a difference between how hard or fast I pull (giggity). Edit. ... I modified my mouthpiece as explained earlier in this thread.. At some point I'll test both ways (stock and modified) to see if there's a difference in vapor .. Definitely less restriction..

Pack her tight to the top, then press one spacer down on the packed load making it even more packed. Most vapes would be like sucking a thick milkshake this tight, however the Indica likes it full and packed tight.

Sounds inefficient, but I get 3-4 cloudy sessions this way.

Most importantly keep her air passage clean, best to do after a session when insides are still warm, otherwise the residue won't come off as easily...

I believe it's either that because more air is being passed through that it penetrates through the flower more as opposed to drawing slow allowing for the flower to be cooked while through heating. Or it's because the draw doesn't seem restricted, but it is and therefore we weren't getting the full draw. I find that the Indica has a draw restriction between my vapir no2 and an arizer solo.

I still feel I'm getting wispy clouds with the newfound technique. Draw as hard as you can and you get nice continous clouds. I feel the Indica should modify the draw to more of a milkshake like draw similar to the arizer solo to get thicker clouds. My own possible modification is to possibly put a screen under the mouthpiece. Will try it out later... I am also now getting clouds similar to @Vitolo video. It's amazing. I am getting darker abv now. Now it like dark dark brown sugar. Indica Out.

Edit: Fixed some spelling and grammar errors. See how vaked I am. :freak:

I am pretty sure that the Indica is exactly the way Indica Vaporizer wants, because the most important goal during beta testing was to get the cloud production right. Michael put a lot of time and effort into this. The end result was a design that all of the beta testers could get clouds from, and that we agreed was at least as good as the Pax and the Solo. It can be done without too much effort, so you probably need to work on your technique.

Awesome. I also wanted to point out the amazing design of the Indica. Unlike the pax where the chamber is on the bottom. They ingeniously figured out how to chamber on the side with the addition of the spacer giving another side for it to conduct heat on. Love the design thought and detail.

Yeah careful with what you wish here, I didn't buy a Solo precisely because of its milkshake draw! (and thanksfully I've been told in the Solo thread that the situation improved with the last model)

All vapes differ in their vapor/air ratio and their draw restriction, for some it's a detail but for me it's one of the most important factors.

The restriction on the solo is still far greater than the vapir2 which gives effortless thick clouds. Both great vapes overall IMO...as is the indica, just in a different category as its much smaller and very pocket friendly, easy to clean, perfect for on the go...

Also customer service so far is excellent!

Hi guys, im not an indica owner but just wanted chime in about the harder pull giving bigger clouds. I discovered hard pumping with my mouth, instead of slow breath with my lungs, thus fighting the resistance during draw, got me higher on my solo. One speculation is it has to do with hot air getting in/going through the load faster.

If I had more money I'd buy it, even if I don't need it. I will surely recommend it to my friends so I can have a chance to test it! The reviews are very positive overall. I love that they provided a spacer, because we're still waiting for @Davinci_vaporizer to produce a similar solution for the Ascent! (several months already)

If @Indica Vaporizer manage to produce a V2 with replaceable batteries and in black outfit it would be awesome!

Just got about 5 nice big clouds on the first session tightly packed with one spacer. Would have taken more hits, but I was sent to the moon after those. And my lungs just couldn't take it anymore. Loving it now that I have mastered the draw technique.

Hey guys, I'm just wondering how much better is this vape than the original davinci, in terms of vapor production and quality.

Probably way better. This conduction vape has almost the flavor of a convection. Quality and production are probably about the same. Also this vape is way more robust, the davinci has problems with it scuba flexible mouthpiece breaking. That part is really expensive for some reason... Indica.

Vapor Jesus here. I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles with your new vaporizer. From my experience with Michael, he will do his best to make sure you are a satisfied customer. If you haven't already, you should contact him with your concerns.

Just remember that if you convert back to the sinful life of combustion, you'll burn in hell for eternity just like your poor herbs. So there's that to consider as well.

By convert I mean celibacy :(. Fuck combustion. I did inbox Michael and he did a great job of sending me the first replacement. But 2 straight vaporizers not being able to even use them blows. The waiting, then the having, then the waiting again. It turns me into a neurotic asshole consumer lol.
